What do u mean pls?

Many folks think that activities in heaven is going to be limited to singing song after song and going to be boring, hence they want to enjoy themselves here on earth. This is not true my brethren. Though the Bible told us that eyes have not seen nor ears heard all that God prepared for those who love him. Yet the scripture gave us a very little light of what we'll enjoy in God's kingdom.

BELOW IS A TIP OF THE ICEBERG OF WHAT WE'LL ENJOY IN HEAVEN, WHEN ALL THESE ARE OVER.

First, we will clearly worship the Lord. Revelation 5:13 shares, "And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, 'To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!'"

Second, we will feast and eat with the Lord and His people: "On this mountain the LORD of hosts will make for all peoples a feast of rich food, a feast of well-aged wine, of rich food full of marrow, of aged wine well refined" (Isaiah 25:6). Other passages note Jesus speaking of feasting or eating in eternity future (Matthew 8:11; Luke 22:30).

Third, we will live together with all other believers in heaven. This will include the saints of old such as Abraham, Moses, and David. How exciting will this be? In addition, it will include being reunited with believers who are parents, grandparents, spouses, children, grandchildren, and other loved ones from whom we have endured painful separation in this life. This alone is exciting enough to greatly anticipate heaven.

Fourth, we will celebrate for eternity in heaven. For those who enjoy parties, heaven will be the greatest party of all time. Revelation 19:9 and other places describe the future marriage supper of the Lamb as a time of great joy and celebration

Fifth, the surroundings will be amazing. The descriptions of the new heaven, earth, and heavenly city in Revelation 21—22 provide a dazzling picture of the believer's future home, a place that should cause us to greatly anticipate living there for eternity.

This is why I've always respected u.
U are one of those mature enough to engage constructively, and I like that.

Now to the crux of the matter;
I once wrote an article( https://www.booksie.com/604507-p2p-analysis-weighing-in-on-the-value-accretion-between-access-bank-uba) on these 2 banks drawing an inference post the comparison of which is better.
At the time, ACCESS despite their huge cost line and associated risk from asset detoriaration still managed to deliver more NPM than UBA.
Before I continue, permit me to correct an impression u might be having, considering that part of ur post in bold.
Banks derive earnings from either their CORE or NON-CORE banking line. ...so in retrospect, a bank must either be broadly INVESTMENT DRIVEN or LOAN DRIVEN or seek to strike a PROPER BALANCE in both lines. Where it is more investment driven, u'd expect the non-core banking line/channels to contribute the bulk of net margin, and where it is more loan driven, u'd expect the core banking line to do so.
For emphasis, the extent or degree of weighting a bank decides to attach to either of the 2 lines WILL ALWAYS depend on which way the economic indicators play out within a specified period.
To put things in context, at the height of activities and boom in the fixed income space btw 2016-2018, the banks(including uba) diverted funds therein and as expected, made far more from their non-core banking lines compared to their core lines.
The goal, at any given time is to grow, so NONE of these lines is as in important as delivering a positive in NET MARGIN/INCOME or at the very least, maintaining previous growth track. This is especially true of the Nigerian terrain where unfortunately, the real sector is given little or no consideration... no thanks to the many structural deficiencies in the system. The banks are there to grow and make money for their stakeholders. ...how it is made, is of very little importance here.
Hence, EFFICIENCY in this case is broadly defined by that part in italics and NOT whether ur growth margin had come from the core or non-core banking line.
By implication, of what use is UBA' higher growth in NIM if NPM went down?
We already know they had it good in that line(core banking). I mentioned it here then(see 1st post above)
But after that what happened? NIM is just one part of a banks profitability line. What does the other KEY indicators like NPM, EM, ROE, ROA, AER(asset efficiency ratio), CGPR, EFIR(external financing index ratio), PEG ratio and ETERPRISE VALUE say?

At the time I wrote that article above, this was also one of the issue that UBA had.(delivering higher NIM without a corresponding improvement in NPM). Fast forward to YE, 2019 and Q1, 2020, and they did improve on it. The bank had the best loan book portfolio ahead of even GTB and ZENITH and was well weighted in its investment income streams.(I remember mentioning it over a pchat with u then) And after that? ...well, the parts in bold from 2nd post above happened.

Historically,(look at the past 10 yr financial prints), UBA has often had this off and on growth. The bank, given its pedigree and African spread, ought to have moved past this stage.
That bank is supposed to be way bigger than ACCESS and near the class of GTB and ZENITH by now.
2 things; its either the management haven't managed to set up an entity that can maintain the needed growth trajectory.(inflow to outflow/expense in view) or there are some persons playing occasional pranks.

With all the net positive at the income front, the bank still couldn't maintain its last growth track. Look at the statement of CF and u'll understand what played out bro.
Some of the items I've noticed in UBA recently, are a bit similar to the ones that played out with the gross mismanagement of funds in FBNH under the former GMD.


In all, there is no doubting the fact that ACCESS is better than UBA for now !! All key profitability, efficiency and growth indicators points to this.
And the statement of CF and BS lends even more credence to it.

I'll see if I can erk out the time to do an article on this later.

There is a high possibility of Brent going below $20. If it goes towards the March low of 16, then all oil producing countries will battle with revenue issues, currency crisis, social instability.

Something should cause Brent to spike and rise rapidly after touching the low. Is it a war? Who are the parties in the war? I don't know. But if oil falls low again, a catalyst will force it to rise very fast.

We always hear Christians say things like “I have been doing everything right. I have been fasting and praying, giving, loving my neighbor, obeying the Lord, reading Scripture daily, and walking faithfully with the Lord. What did I do wrong? Why has God allowed me to go through such hard times? Does He not care about me? Am I saved?” To be honest we have all felt a little something like this ... Beloved, there are many reasons God allows his people go through tests, trials and tribulations. Great people like Abraham, Sarah, Joseph, Esther, Moses, Naomi, Job, Ruth, David, Jabez, Meshach, Shadrach, Abadinago, Daniel, Elijah, Stephen, James, Peter, Paul, etc. wouldn't have gotten everlasting fame, if they didn't go through tests, trials and tribulations. Your current earthly lifetime is your own opportunity to make an everlasting fame for yourself. Inasmuch as God uses tests, trials and tribulations to work out some of his wills on earth, HE always heavily reward those who successfully went through them.

The prodigal son wouldn't have remembered his father(God) if he didn't go through hardships.

5, GOD COULD BE PROTECTING US FROM BIGGER PROBLEMS WITH THE PRESENT LITTLE ONES.
Some people do later realize that God saved them from fatal accident that led to death of many, by one disappointment or the other ...

6, GOD TEACHES US TO BE COMPASSIONATE THROUGH WHAT WE PASS THROUGH.
You may not know what poor people pass through, until you loose your job. You will also be more compassionate with someone who is experiencing a certain health challenge you experienced in the past.

7, SO WE CAN SHARE IN THE SUFFERING OF CHRIST.

The Lord tells us to be perfect in matt. 5:48. And also tells us through an apostle in James 3:2, that whoever controls his words is perfect and able to control other things. There is something very important about controlling our words, the Holy Bible says in ecclesiastics 3:7, that there is time to speak and time to be silent. Apparently, this is one of the hardest things for most of us to do. I am not writing because I am perfect in this area, rather, I am writing so that you'll work on yourself as I am seriously working on my self. So that at the end we'll all make heaven with good grades. The time every Christian must speak is the time to preach the Word of God, and time to discipline and rebuke others. While some of the times we must remain silent are when we’re removing ourselves from conflict, listening to instruction, and when controlling our speech. We should learn to silently listen very well before saying anything in meetings, cause words we say in such gatherings could stir up negative reactions, that could cause others to sin. Of a truth, silence is golden and also a great virtue. Below are some of the Bible portions that commends silence.

Pls let this message go round, peraventure, you may help some of our brothers and sisters out there. A SAINT simply means a person that is holy, kind, honest, righteous, Godly, straight forward, sincere, genuine, etc. All in heaven right now are SAINTS, however, they didn't become SAINTS in heaven, rather they were SAINTS who died from earth and joined the saints in heaven.

There is a denomination that only ordain and adresses few of their dead faithfuls as SAINTS. Few years ago, in 1998 precisely, the leader of the denomination came to nigeria and ordained one of their dead priest. According to them, he is the first SAINT in nigeria, since the advent of christianity. This action is contrary to the Bible, we should be very careful of the dogmas and denominations we follow. Since only SAINTS make heaven, does it mean that all that has been dying from Nigeria are in hell?

According to the scriptures below, the early believers were adressed as SAINTS, while they lived on earth. In fact, despite what you claim, you are not a Christian if you are not a SAINT, and you are a SAINT once you are a genuine born again. No man should ordain you a SAINT, you make yourself a SAINT by the way you choose to live. Hence, I doubt that Nigeria has produced only one saint since the advent of Christianity.

...If I may contribute to your question, I would say most stocks move up as the index is going up & most stocks also go down as the index goes down. However, some stocks moves faster based on their perceived fundamentals and what is called beta. Like GTB, it has a beta of 1.1420, which means if the market (index) moves either way, GTB has the tendency to move same direction as the market by x1.1420. While UBA with beta of 1.3485 will move faster by x1.3485. And on the other hand a stock like Nestle with beta of 0.9 will move slower than the market.

There is no point comparing d--k sizes, stick to what works for you. NSE was never meant for and there is no crime in that, less than 10% of Nigerians actually know about the capital market and less than 4% of them are making money from the market.
