Besides, the Master will reward kumuyi even as I'll be rewarded too. Kumuyi may choose to
to be rewarded here, which I don't think he wants. I want my reward after this life of vanity on earth.

Again when you say GROWTH what is the driver for the GROWTH? Is there any discernible strategy? Do you have confidence that the management/board can actually do better than the competitor? What is the advantage that they have over the competition? How able are they to retain their 'good staff'?

GROWTH does not occur in a vacuum.

Subject those companies to Porter's 5 Forces analysis and see what you will find!
