I never knew so many persons had 300+ following the complaints abt Jamb's unfairness.

Bro a lot of ppl did oh. As at wen I was getting ready to come home, an exco in UBEMSA (Med students association) told me dat d Merit list had already been complied. Nd abt thirty something ppl were on it. He said d cutoff was above 300, nd dats wat d Dean of Med said too. Dat was in lyk July. Later I got word dat PUME may hold after JAMB withdrew their list, which I shared here. Now itsnt holding. U guys shud jst pray. As there is no knwn criteria nw, it could be better or otherwise for u guys.

We protested. With some parents. At d frnt of UNILAG. UNILAG had also alledgely increased deir cutoff to 250 too. So it was 2 birds, 1 stone.

Just hrd Dentistry is 267. Hmmmm..... U originally applied fr Med? Tricky. Dey normally serve those who applied originally fr Dentistry in first nd d major part of 2nd batch. Dey admit only 25 ppl. All d ppl studying Den in my set applied fr Dentistry. Jst keep praying.

Deyl be given admission if dey meet d requirements. Normally wen dey lose accreditation for a course, dey dnt admit into dat course. Dey may admit Anatomy applicants into other courses nd transfer u guys bk to Anatomy if dey get bk d accreditation. Lets jst watch sha.

I don't see us resuming on the stipulated date..The date is going to changed because admissions have not been given.

SUG EMERGENCY UPDATE!!!
Good morning Great minds, a particular school calender has been spreading online which is contrary to the UNIBEN calender.
This is to inform us that wether or not UNIBEN would change her calender depends on the conclusion that would be reached by the University Senate, as at now University Of Benin Senate has not met and the school calender still remains the same pending the time i receive an official statement from the management saying otherwise.
This is also to sound a serious warning to whoever is in charge of spreading this false rumour and among other false rumours to desist from it as the consequences would be too hard to bear if been caught.
We urge the good people of UNIBEN to discard any news contrary to an adequate information so as not to progress in error.
Any change in the school calender would be related to the students via this same platform.
Enjoy your holiday and do not panic as we are always ready to serve you better.
