Ghanaian Actor John Dumelo and his wife Mawunyo Gift has welcomed their first baby, this will be the actor's very first child ever at his age.

Mother and baby are said to be doing fine, Sharing the photos on his page, the excited dad captioned:

Spanish giant, Real Madrid are planning to take legal action against a Portuguese newspaper that reported the club forced Cristiano Ronaldo to settle with the woman who accused him of rape.

In a statement, the club said the information published by Correio da Manhã is “categorically false” and was printed in an effort to “seriously damage the image of this club”.

Real said they have “absolutely no knowledge of any of the information that the newspaper published with regard to the player Cristiano Ronaldo, and therefore the club was unable to take action on a matter of which it had no knowledge.”

The club are expected to take legal action against a Portuguese newspaper that suggested the club pressurised Cristiano Ronaldo into seeking a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with his accuser.

This comes a day after Correio da Manhã published an article saying that part of Ronaldo’s defence will be to say that Real forced him to settle. It said Ronaldo was against settling and always declared his innocence.

According to the newspaper, they said what they published and everything that went into the article was checked.

Kathryn Mayorga, 34, filed a lawsuit late last month in Nevada saying she was raped by Ronaldo in Las Vegas in 2009. The teacher who was an aspiring model at the time of the alleged assault, claims Ronaldo raped her in a bathroom at the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas in the early hours of June 13, 2009.

But Cristiano Ronaldo has repeatedly denied the accusations but admitted that they had consensual sex after which 'they returned to Rain nightclub and spent several hours together.'

He also admitted that he paid Mayorga $375,000 (£284,000) hush-money payment in 2010, after she signed a non-disclosure agreement to keep quiet about their hook up.

Police detectives in Lagos have recovered the picture of an unknown boy who was slaughtered and cut in parts for money rituals after the suspects behind the cruel act were arrested with the human parts.

Three suspects have so far been arrested and detained at the SCIID, Panti, Yaba , Lagos in connection with the dastardly act.
The suspects were Mrs. Folade Folake, Mary Iwinkunle, 30 and Gbenga Fadele believed to be a native doctor who requested for the victim’s blood for money rituals.
The police arrested the suspects and intercepted human parts inside a bag at Cele Nizer area along Aiyetoro Badagry expressway, Lagos.

It was gathered that when police detectives searched the bag Folake was carrying, it was discovered that it contained human parts and assorted charms. She was then arrested and detained by the police detectives while the parts were recovered as exhibits and transferred to SCIID for further investigation.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that during the investigation, the photograph of the boy said to have been murdered was recovered but the details of the boy was not known. Mary Iwinkunle and Gbenga Fadele were mentioned by Folake as accomplices and Gbenga were arrested.

They were later charged before the Ebute Metta Magistrates court for murder.
When they were arraigned, the prosecutor, Inspector Bayo, informed the court that it was a clear case of murder for ritual purposes because the cut parts and charms were recovered from the defendants.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. O.O. Olatunji, did not take their plea and ordered them to be remanded in prison custody. The court directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to DPP for advice.

It was gathered that the case may be transferred to the High Court which has the higher jurisdiction to try murder cases.

A Mapo Customary Court in Ibadan, has dissolved a 14-year-old marriage between one Bunmi Adewuyi and Adegbite Adewuyi over spiritual attacks.

According to NAN, Bunmi told the court that her life was in serious danger due to series of spiritual attacks in her husband’s home.

Bunmi said, “My Lord, if I had known that my marital adventure will be characterized by unrest, bitterness and trauma, I would have chosen to remain a spinster.

“For over three years now, I have been suffering from uncontrollable menstruation after Adegbite had sexual intercourse with me.

“When I went to the hospital, the menstrual problem almost defiled treatment, but there was remedy at last.

“When Adegbite slept with me again, the problem started all over and since then, I have been battling it all alone.

“Then, he had been demanding sex from me without helping me to find solution to my problem.

“Since I stopped allowing him to sleep with me, Adegbite stopped catering for the child and I while enjoying himself outside.

“Worst still, anytime Adegbite had sex with me, some spiritual forces used to strangle my neck.

“At other times, those forces carry me into the jungle and present food which I must eat.

“Besides, our newly constructed building is usually a meeting point for soldier ants while a given snake also carries out its own threat.

“Lately, I have been experiencing a symptom of stroke on my leg, arm and leg.

“Adegbite has just married another wife, please release me from Adegbite’s bondage,” Bunmi cried.

However, Adegbite, who is a trader denied all the allegations against him and also opposed the divorce suit.

He expressed surprise at his wife’s arguments, adding that no form of dispute had occurred between them.

“My lord, I have done everything within my power to show Bunmi how much I love her and I even gave her a worthwhile 40th birthday celebration recently.

“On her complaint about spiritual attacks, I wanted to take her to a Celestial Church, but Bunmi turned down the offer.

“We have just moved to a new site where snakes and soldier ants’ attacks are normal occurrence.”

Ruling, the court, presided over by Chief Ademola Odunade, said that the court terminated the union in the interest of peaceful living.

Odunade awarded custody of the 13-year-old child produced by the union to Bunmi and directed Adegbite to pay a monthly allowance of N5, 000 for the child’s upkeep.

He advised Adegbite to also see to the education as well as the other welfare of the child.
