but his body language was wrong. He was asked a simple question as to what he was doing about corruption and instead of giving a direct answer, he deflected from the question and decided to lecture us on the dictionary meaning of his earlier gafe - stealing is not corruption which wa salso an attempt to deflect from the pressing question...what a competent fool, competent cos at least he was able to convince people like you. Guy, we dont need dictionary definitions, just tell us how many public figures were prosecuted on corruption charges during Jonathans regime and please do not give me the yam and goat theory. Am not a primary school pupil. Whynotthetruth: Jonathan was right in his usage of those words...Just as our constitution supports same...

but you people wanted GEJ to continue with the status quo, so why complaining Runaway: "My plead with Nigerians is that since they were patient with PDP/GEJ for all this years respectively, it will only be fair to be patient with PMB for 4years then we decide whether to give him another chance or not if he can continue in his age. All this sentiment of who and where someone is appointed from has never help us but only the relations of these office holders. If all our legislators for example use the community development funds to fix their various constituencies, we will be better off since 1999. Same with governors. When i see DUBAI, i shed tears for this nation and i ask myself; How old is Nigeria compare to Dubai? We are less than zero behind. Okay let not go to DUbai, lets take Ghana for example; they are far ahead of us and we shamelessly go there for vacations. Kai!! Why are we where we are today as a Nation? CORRUPTION. In Abuja where am writing from are so many cheap properties for sale because people cannot find free money to steal again. Every linkage for siphoning government fund is blocked. We must encourage it. The resources of the nation must work for us all not for a few individuals and their families. Government needs our support to fight CORRUPTION AND INSURGENCE. The action of these two menace affect us one way or the other. May God give our leaders the political will to do the right thing."
Most we always follow the old ways of doing thing? If GEJ did that I thought we said change has come and everything will change? |

For anyone of those incidences found in Yorubaland, u will find many more on igbo soil. I laff when igbos absolve themselves from ritual killings. Seems you've forgotten okija shrine and clifford orji. Besides, my response was directed to an hypocritic comment abt how igbo traders love themselves and watch out for each other but you were so dumb not to realize that. Goto a regular brothel usually filled with igbo ashewos like sandra and jessica and watch how they will almost kill themselves untop a prospective client. xtrorse: Stop being a hypocrite! What about the high profile assassinations, frequent ritual-killings and treasury lootings that go on unabated in your region?
The people of Ife and Modakeke engaged themselves in a war and blood flowed. Are they Igbos?
Immediately after Nigerian Independence, the Yorubas started 'Operation Wetie' in the SW and Lagos which resulted to arson and great loss of lives. The raging violence persisted which led to the 1st military coup and the eventual termination of the First Republic.
And right now see the fresh news emanating from your own backyard... |

Lol...igbos wey fit kill themselves untop who get customer...love indeed. Come see dragging for dugbe or aleshinloye market. Like five igbo guys would pounce on a hapless customer each dragging one specific body part in the hope of convincing him/her. Smh BuddahMonk: At OP to start with you.
Even in remotest part of Igbolland you can never find a man that can't communicate in English.
If those Okadas were to be Igbos I know they must take you you there because this is the route they ply but being a abookii they must have plied that route for 100 times and still can't understand anything there.
If you want to know whether Igbos love themselves visit all the international markets in Nigeria and beyond and see how Igbos help themselves.
There is different between love and suffering and smiling |

I was so young then and I never knew the meaning nor the implication of what was going on back then. To me it felt like another form of punishment from our wicked maid and I cried my eyes out.
Back then , my parents weren't often absent at the home front and whenever they got back, both would have been so exhausted that none of them ventures to chat and bond with we the children. This created some sort of aloofness and disconnect btw my parents.
We had this maid by the name of tunrayo whom my mum employed to take care of the household and the children. We were mostly left alone with her. On that fateful day, she led me into her room, brought out my "kini' and started to UnCloth herself. I felt this weird feeling all over me cause it all looked strange. I couldnt make anything of it, whether its some form of play, punishment or normal chore. After she undressed, she carried me unto the bed and started to stick my "kini" into her pussssy. Her pussssy opening was bright pink despite the fact that she was as dark as a ghanian. Inside the koko felt hot and slimy and I soon began to weep out of confusion as to what was going on. Miss tunrayo just kept at it probably enjoying herself. The feeling is quite inexplicable. It was both soothing and tortuous as she continued dipping my "kini" in and out of her pussssy.
One thing I can never forget was this uneasy feeling like I was gonna pee, but the pee never came. This episode continued until my mum got back from her place of work some few hours later. Poor me, how was I going to explain to her what happened. Immediately I sighted my mom, I broke down into tears again believing she was psychically going to know what had happened and punish our maid for it. My mom obviously tired just shrugged me off and ordered the maid to get me something to eat as she felt that was the cause of my outburst.
Well to cut long story short, that was the one and only time I got raped and miss tunrayo got away with it cleanly. It wasn't until I was about 26 yrs of age that I was finally able to narrate the incident to my mum.
Pls parents , be very observant of your children especially with males and other strange adults. Be close to your children from a very early age and make them your confidant. Let them be comfortable enough to divulge just about anything worthy of hearing to you. I might have gotten infected with HIV aids just like that if our maid was a carrier back then, not to talk of the tremendous negative psychological effect it is going to have on the kid and his or her sex life and adult relationships. I was able to manage mine due to the grace of God.
Thank you |

Cosbyrich: I am a new graduate of the University of Lagos, I read *Applied* Mathematics. With
the dirth of Jobs in the country, I am now a proprietor of a primary school. Just
recently branched into Secondary School. 2 and a half years to be precise. Watched
the trends of things in Lagos and decided to make this clarion call to all Yorubas
especially in Lagos that they should try jettisoning the idea of sending their wards or children to
learn crafts(vulcanizer, radionic or whatever they call it,mechanic..lol etc) again and embrace the blessed path of trading like Kwarans and Ibos.Just like I posted the other day,the Kwarans had
nothing when they came to Lagos,so also were the Ibos. Both indulged in trading
and in no time had landed properties than any ethnic group in Lagos. The Kwarans have more lands than the Ibos.We have seen some of them owning virtually a whole street numbering up to almost 100. We know one of them(I think he is/was called Oladimeji) who owns more than a hundred houses and they have also produced a governor in the person of former Gov Lateef Jakande. So also do the Ibos have a lot of landed properties. My observation is
that the Ibos are trying and succeeding in overwhelming the Kwarans with their Population in Lagos which
could be 4:1 and trying to take up the businesses or trades of the Kwarans who
are Yoruba. Taking Loans with the large population that they have and putting them massively on their businesses thereby using their population strength to give the Kwarans a run for their money. In my
research, If anything is not done about this, the resultant effect would be
devastating for Yorubas knowing the tendency of the Ibos to dominate. Yorubas
should come together and enter trading in Multitudes because reality has shown
that trading is the in thing to success in Nigeria now. Shun crafts for a while.
Most of the touts and area boys learnt crafts according to my findings but because it has been
saturated with people and because the blessing attached to trade /biz by God is not
there for handicraft, most of them have become burdens to the Community.
Yoruba act now before is too late!!! .LET US DISCUSS AND FIND A SOLUTION. Cc:areonakankanfo, gbawe, ritchiee, yoruboidmuslim, eshinwaju,coolitempa,anulaxad,Princedebola201, After1,Nochildsplay, GentleToks, attacker231,Rilwayne001,wytecat
