unfair and unjust? thats why the terms and condition of work is given to a staff to sign. once you are sign, it is bounding. if after reading and you are not satisfied, you decline the job.

i believe there are some clause you did read properly in your previous job. some jobs require you to give them notice some months before resigning or return the last month salary or withholding of your pension......if you have your employment letter or conditions of work of your last job, go through it and cross check these details. if there is none, you can go through legal means.

Things are just beginning to get tougher.
The refineries are not working, steel industry not working, textile industry no where, agriculture threatened by bandits, we import even to the basic raw materials for some productive industries.
For now, let's start patronizing locally made cars like innoson (some materials imported too but at least), buy Rico tomatoes (people go talk), even Dangote & BUA cements that use raw materials here even don high (wahala deh o), our herbal medicines can now be researched upon for quality drugs, what again can we manage locally ( I no even know again) but fact is we need to start thinking inwards, strengthen our standards agencies for quality locally made goods to meet standards......God help us.

Ordinary Nigerians are the most hit, but mind you, the politicians too will start devicing ways to increase the things they get (they will approve for themselves and we will only lament...lol)....

In accident, there are no IFs, IFs are afterthought, weda one engine functioning or two engines functioning, when accidents want to happen, they happen. These are machines, subject to malfunction.
