Straight to the point. In all my years of med school, I must say this is the only place I've both been appreciated for my efforts into ensuring we all succeed. One would assume that the medical students in my school would be primary beneficiaries, but that's story for another day.

Some weeks ago, I discovered some textbooks in Internal Medicine and Surgery that will certainly make your journey in Clinicals very easy. They're very straight to the point and contain relevant details that will be required of you. This would be the only place I will give those books to anyone.

I'm one of those folks that unapologetically googles stuff that I don't know, cuz there's a LOT of stuff I don't know.

The profession is so broad that you'll take the rest of your life learning one thing and the other. Some by proxy, some by contact, some by pictures such as this case. If you really do pass through a Med School were you not told what to do when you found cases beyond your comprehension, instead making weird diagnosis and telling us it's a diagnosis of exclusion, differential diagnosis and all sought of jargon. How dis escalated into a pep fight for who is more superior in a discipline is beyond me.

For a doctor u are quick to pressume anything that comes to mind, which is dangerous. U have been insisting that it's not an enlarged lymph node on d lads head when u haven't examined or taking proper history or adequate investigations of the lumps.

U also assumed that there are no lymph nodes on the calvaria which I corrected for you. Ps read ur link for other details.
