Veteran actor, Mr. Femi Robinson, popularly known as the Village Headmaster, for the role he played in the television series by the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) by that title, died on Wednesday aged 75.

His two sons Seun and Wole Robinson announced his death on his Facebook page.
The Facebook status read, "This is to notify you that we lost our father, Femi Robinson this morning – Seun & Wole Robinson (sons)."
The cause of his death is unknown as his sons didn't say.
Ironically, his last post on Facebook was on Friday where he talked about protecting one's family name, urging the public to join hands with him and fight corruption.
The late Robinson was a graduate of Botany at the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in the 60s.

May his soul rest in peace. Amen

I agree that it's absolutely uncalled for but which other avenue has the country provided for citizens to gain recognition??
If I have to trek to etch a better life for myself and gain the attention of Nigeria's movers and shakers, I'll go all the way...

The actor who created the hit shows, Magnum P.I, Knight Rider and Quincy M.E has died from esophageal cancer at the age of 77.

The incredibly successful writer died Friday night at the UCLA Medical centre, according to his son, James.
Larson was one of the most prolific producers of the '70s and '80s, creating strings of iconic hit shows including, BattlestarGalactica, The Fall Guy, B.J and the Bear and Buck Rogers in the 25th century.
He also wrote the original Six Million Dollar man pilot and T.V movies.

Quincy, Magnum, Rider and Fall Guy alone, accounts for 513 hours of T.V as wwell as 21 combined seasons fromm 1976-88.
Safe to say, he helped define an entire generation of T.V watchers.

Here are some things that might help:
1) Believe right.

2) Know that Christ Loves you.

3) See yourself as God sees you.
God doesn't see you as you when He looks at you but sees Christ instead.

4) Receive His forgiveness and keep in mind that forgiveness is received not achieved.

5) Win the battle for your mind cause the devil will play mind games with you. He'll make you entertain thoughts like: I'm an addict, I am filthy, I can't overcome this addiction, e.t.c. Instead replace those awful thoughts with; I am not an addict, I am a child of God, righteous and whole in Him.

6) Find rest in the Father's love for you.

What is in you is what determines who you are. Fill your inside with the undiluted Truth of God's word and you'll experience a great change.

You won't change the next minute but a constant dwelling of your mind on who you are in Christ will grant you freedom..

A child is never to young to be taught about sex... He should be told about the birds and bees the moment he starts making friends and attending school.

After Living in Abuja for over seven years, Lagos has lost its appeal to me. I doubt if I'll be able to live there again only if as someone pointed out, a beautiful career facilitates the relocation.

But putting all sentiments aside, Lagos is a city that leaves a great impression on you and its memory lives long in the hearts of its visitors and dwellers. It's the melting pot of the Nation and a place where survival is key.

I'm happy I was born and bred in Lasgidi, it allowed me have a fantastic childhood in its Mainland and a beautiful adolescence in its suburbs.

As the musician, I.K. Dairo said in his song, Eko ile ayo which means Lagos is a desired place. And truly it is.

So let's say a big Amen to this Lagosians' favourite prayer, Eko oni baje o.....

I'm in a bus and let's say someone sees a scribbling on my skin and asks what it says. I then tell him its a verse of the Bible that says I can't be condemned because I have Christ. Through that medium I can share the Good news of Christ. Just like a means of Evangelism...
