It does kill. But could be avoided if properly taken care of. And the health system aswel isn't so good.

But question is: Is there any ailment that doesnt kill? Even Headache that we neglect at times and count as normal, has taken alot of people.

Look at the statistics of people killed by this Ulcer in Millions.
It's so hard to believe it's true, cos it's too outrageous. But yet, nothing is impossible.

It's not really necessary especially if it's not so good.

But here, it's good to include it for some jobs as some of those jobs are competitive and "some"employers base their shortlisting on that.

Some employers will even send you an email to state your CGPA.

So it totally depends.

But like someone said, Most experienced jobs, doesnt require it.

It only gives an upper edge when youre a new graduate.

After years of experience, your skillset is all that matters most.

Someone made a 30 seconds video of what Female STEM conference meant to her, and this earned her an invite to the HQ of one of these famous IT companies recently and other good stuffs.

Now, the company is requesting she posts that video on a Youtube channel so they can use her as a model to encourage young ladies afraid of taking up challenges in STEM.
