Fhemmmy: Totally agreed, but show detailed pixYour contributions help us to serve you better. However, property investment goes beyond mere perusal of pictures. It requires tenacity, perseverance and personal involvement. If you reside in Lagos, I invite you to Ikorodu at your convenience and if you take up the gauntlet, I promise to personally drive you down for proper inspection. Regards. |

Thanks lawyer. What you do on nairaland helps to differentiate the phony agents from expert brokers. Let him that have ears hear what the Lawyer is saying. |
It's a shame. |
Well, six months is too small for such offense but he's nevertheless an ex convict the moment he steps out of prison. Even if its three days imprisonment. |
Reasons Baba wishes to sell: 1) Old age and incessant sickness and the need to relocate nearer to extended family 2) Loneliness. Baba's grown up children have gone their separate ways to live their lives 3) There is a particular child that 'evidently' wishes baba dead in order to inherit the property |

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT I wish to announce that the advertised 3 bedroom bungalow has been sold. Many thanks to every nairalander that called or sent email enquiries and to all who posted a comment. A special thanks also goes to the MOD for magnanimously placing the post on front page. Even though the eventual lucky buyer is not a nairalander, the enhanced publicity really helped me in many other ways. Please watch out for VICOLONI in few days for other high value low budget deals. HAVING SAID THESE, I HEREBY BRING THIS THREAD TO A CLOSE! |

omonnakoda: Just for the record Abule Eko is not IkoroduWow, it's like someone telling me Adeola Odeku is not on the island. Abule Eko is just minutes drive away from Egbin power station at Ijede. |
Mr Aboki: Whats the size of the LAND?!Half plot. |
jude33084: Be careful bro, flood is another thing that makes people to sell their house. Some part of Ikorodu is swampy you know.Ijede is never known to be a flood prone area. Abule Eko is in Ijede. Thanks. |
1) For the records, I've never met or spoken to seun. No one collected a dime from me to put my advert on front page. 2) Many thanks for the moderator for putting it on FP. I guess that is the reason why my phone almost exploded with more enquiry calls. 3) For those who dissed the price and roof of the property, I refuse to be offended because am sure you are one of the ASUU strike victims. I understand your plight. Thanks for contributing to my post anyway. 4) For the people who rose in my defense, may you walk and never stumble. 5) Finally, to all the prospects that have called and the ones at the verge of sealing the deal, may you become a homeowner like me soon or acquire more as I aspire too. 08065344562 |
