Is it compulsory to tell your university during application that you have a sibling or family in Australia ? Is there any challenge in doing so?

I wanted to sponsor her but I was advised that my/her father is the best bet. I did managed the application process and I kept it simple. Here are the documents submitted.
- CoE
- GTE statement
- Five months bank statement
- Reference Letters from Bank confirming account has been active since inception
- Sponsorship Letter (written on business letter head paper) from sponsor
- Court affidavit of sponsorship from Sponsor
- 2 page resume and IELTS test result
- Reference Letter from High School Teachers
- CAC document for sponsor's sole proprietorship (one man business) business
- Yellow Card
- Applicant's passport biodata page and WAEC
- Birth Certificate
- Sponsor's passport biodata page
- Applicant finished high school in 2020 and has been volunteering since then. So we submitted a reference letter from place of voluteering and the offer letter issued in 2020.

We received no correspondence from CO.

I applied for my visa two days ago. My uncle that owns his own company is my sponsor with over 300,000 USD in his company account that I presented. I was asked (In the application) if I have an offer of employment, and I said yes in the application, with an explanation that I shall join his company when I return. My question is, do I need to provide an offer letter as an evidence or is a written letter from him that shows that I will work for him be sufficient. Or is my explanation satisfactory (that I shall join my sponsor company when I return). I am an Engineer and his company is also an Engineering/construction company. But I work for another Engineering/Construction company at the moment.

You need to present an offer letter starting you have employment after your studies. This will also serve as ties to home.

Met one of the officers in the bank and he said the statement of account I sent is what they are asking for but I shouldn’t change the name of the file.

I should just upload it just the way it came. That there’s a code attached to it and that is what the embassy wants to see.

This is the first S56 request they sent 2 weeks ago.
I have my bank send me my electronic statement of account with 7 months duration to my email.

I forwarded it to them with the other documents and they sent another request which I already attached here.

I use First bank and their mobile app is not generating statement of account. Went to bank and they say it’s not working yet.

I activated the internet banking but it can only generate 3 months SOA but embassy is asking of 6months.

The only option is to print it 3 months each and upload.

I sent the unlocked one and they are replying me with the same thing again.

The locked one can't be uploaded.

The Statement of account was sent from my bank to my email.

I have tried to generate the bank statement from my mobile app but its not going.

I have set up my Internet banking but it can't generate more than 92 days but embassy is asking of 6 months.

I uploaded my statement of account yesterday to my Immi account, this morning is am getting another message asking me to upload it again in the format that it was generated from the bank.

The one the bank is sending is password protected.

I don’t know how to go about this.

Every state have their internal board of revenue. Kindly locate one in your state and ask them for tax clearance certificate.

We can't say. But you should have prepared yourself ahead of time... Go, pay the tax payment. Don't show them the bank receipt, show them only the tax clearance certificate or card. Goodluck to you.

The tax certificate clearance have the date paid for each year on it.

It wasn’t on the certificate a year ago.

It was the new administration that introduced it.

I have a request to upload my 3 years tax clearance certificate.

I want to know if the date of the tax payment really matters. Can I go and pay the tax payment?

You can’t pay for any international transaction with naira card.

Find someone who go will help you pay for it In Australia or use Dollar card

You can pay for PTE exam with your Nigerian card.
I used an agent to pay for mine. Was around 80k then.

Hallelujah I just got my Grant started receiving classes online since September 15 or so. To those who are still waiting just accept the online classes option instead of deferring.
Do not defer please do classes online. I was skeptical at first but my agent insisted thank God.

NSF 14th Sept asking for additional documents for study gap of 7yrs and also a non straight forward mail
Replied the the second day and got a message from bank that Uk embassy want to confirm my bank statement of account
I had canada Ban-because of fake bank statement
Brazil refusal-because of fake bank statement
Colombia visa refusal too. All declared
Decision made on 22th Sept..

S56 request came on Friday to submit the colored certificate of my NYSC, DEGREE CERTIFICATE and TRANSCRIPT with my PASSPORT.

Submitted same day and am feeling anxious right now.
