Just last week I applied for a job of which I met all requirements except one (age limit). I got called for an aptitude test and interview. After scaling through the test it was now time for the interview and as it went on I was asked again how old I was and I didn't wanna lie so I told them the truth. The lead interviewer then told me he was sorry that I missed the age limit with a year.

Now I told him that even though I saw the requirements and the fact that I didn't meet up with the age stuff I still applied and they called me for the test and interview. His response was thousands of people applied for the same job and its not possible to be going through applicants' CV to see if they meet up or not. Its only through the interview. As only me take waka come na so I take waka go.

They've already laid down their requirements bro but I'd advice you go so you will know how to prepare for the next interview. Goodluck

Nigeria should always see positivity in adversity. These guys can actually be rehabilitated and recruited into the force to make arms and ammunition. Imagine the good they would do if their talents are used to better our country. I just hope say dem no go fave firing squad sha.

I didn't mention school and transcripts. When making applications that requires you sending some documents they don't accept laminated ones. Take it from me

Good day my special Nairalanders, with this forum a lot of people have been saved and this forum will continue to save people. I have been hearing here and there, the effects of laminating certificates but don't really know much about it. Please I will like people to give their opinions on the effects of laminating Certificates.

Laminating your certificates isn't a bad thing but you should know that when making international applications for whatsoever thing, they don't accept laminated documents. And if you want to "unlaminate" the document (pardon my vocab) you may end up spoiling/ruining/tearing the document. I for one do not like the idea of laminating my stuff
