korlahwarleh: Please, in a case whereby the minimum point for the latest draw is 70, is it advisable for someone whose highest possible point is/will be 65 to continue? As in, is there hope for someone with 65 points? I hope one will not get stuck in the system, after paying for assessment and other things, waiting for his or her time to come. Thanks This is a good question bro but I believe the cutoff will still drop to the normal 60.if not now, @ least within the next few months. And assessment is valid for 1 year or so. |

zanyzara: Use the MSA booklet as a guide. Click here for some CDR samples.
Zany. Thanks Zany. That link was very useful. If EA accepts some of those cdr as simple as they look, then mine is more than okay. |

trastar: It can actually cover air travel as well. Lemme break it down. I was charged 288naira to 1 aud when I paid using my Gtb card for assessment recently That means visa fees =3600aud =1,036,800 Accessment assuming 1000aud=288,000 Medical. =52k (?) Police report. =5k (max) PTE =52k Transcript collection and misc. = 50k (or less) All of these is less than 1.5M. And ppl have bought tix for less than 400k through IOM here.. So yes. 2M will do Really??... I used to think air ticket to Australia was up to 900k. Or is that for emirates? |

Hello Electrical Engineers in the house. Please kindly assist with a successful cdr sample. I am currently writing mine and need a guide.
If you from another engineering department with a successful cdr, you can still help.
I am writing my cdr based on school project so something similar will be preferred. Thanks. |

Guitarlife: Some one should speak to this na............. Hi @guitarlife, Looks like we are both on the same stage and nominating the same profession, electrical engineer. I will also use my project only to write my cdr. Email me at inusavictor@gmail.com so that we can push this together. And house, please I need successful CDRs for electrical engineer. And my question, can I use my ielts result for EA assessment, and the pte I'm about to write for EOI. My lowest for the ielts was 6 which goes well for EA, but not for EOI Thanks. |

catchdwind4rmkd: Important
For those sending PM, I've responded to all your PM requests but some of bounced back with delivery failure notifications. So, if you haven't heard back from me, that's probably the reason. However, you're better off posting your inquiries here. Good day bro I have a b.eng in elect/elect here in Nigeria and I specialized in the electronics option @ final year. It's a 5 years course. SINCE IT days and post-graduation, my career his been facing the telecommunications sector. I am able to get 20 points from English exam so I'm not claiming points for experience. And again, I will be able to write a very good cdr on the telecommunications field I have little experience on (fiber-to-the-home) or FTTH for short. So I'm nominating telecommunications network engineer which requires a professional engineer assessment from EA. My first question is will EA assess me as a professional engineer? Secondly, are they likely to approve my chosen employment nomination? Thirdly, In addition to my IT experience, I have some unaccountable experience on the same field in a contracting company. Can I make reference to the companies on my cdr when writing about some projects I carried out? even though Im not including any proofs that I worked with them. (remember I'm not claiming points for experience) Fourthly, I don't really know the difference between cdr and career episodes. But do I need to write career episodes since I'm not claiming points for experience? Finally, when making payment on EA, am I to pay for CDR + Relevant Skilled Employment Assessment,? or only CDR That's all I wanted to ask you. I know it's a bit long. Hopefully others will learn from the questions here. Thanks a lot!!! |

You guys are doing a great job here. I have just read through the 9 pages. I'm here because I need 20 points for aussie ita as I get zero points for less than 3years experience. And passing a camel through the eye of a needle looks easier than scoring an all round 8 in ielts I was told pte could be a more lenient exam. From what I've seen with @azy123 experience, speaking is the most challenging here. Im looking to write in mid next month. All your assistance will be appreciated. Thanks. |

Feygbe: Your CRS points will be 404 based on the above.
Here are ways to increase your points: 1. Get one more year work experience. This adds 25 extra points.
2. Get Another degree. This alone gives you 40 extra points (without one more year of work experience).
3. Explore PNP option. This gives 600 extra points And costs 1500cad.
4. A sibling in Canada that is a PR or citizen. This gives 15 extra points.
5. Another IELTS and aim for CLB 10. This gives 12 extra points (totally not a guaranteed option).
You can also enter the pool and hope for cut off to drop. Lowest so far has been 413 and last one was 436. Thanks bro. You are too much!!!I think my best option is to focus on Australian Pr. If I manage to score 8, 8, 8, 8 in ielts. I won't need experience points to shoot past the required 60 points |

Santino1: Go and tell that to the person whose CRS was 433 at the last draw (no offence, MippiShick). This is no mockery, one point could make or mar your Canadian dream. Be advised. Please help me calculate my crs score with the info I dropped. Thanks |

AyLuxury: Guys I'm new on mmm. I Phed around early Dec. and I just discovered that I have been paired today with someone. Should I click on the ' I consent to make payment' option before making the payment? Or is it unnecessary? Also, where and when can I upload the pop after payment. More so, do I need to contact the recipient so that he can confirm me after paying? Still got about 41 hours before deadline. call the person to be sure he's available. Get the account number and pay into the account. go back to ur po and acknowledge that you paid. cal d person to confirm ur payment and u r done. |
