RYANAYO: Honourable Patrick, on Channels Television, blasted PDP with his heavy grammars, about the forth-coming election. Making it hard for us and even the presenters to know what he meant, he didn't even allow the other Presenters to talk. The video is indeed funny, cus they were trying to laugh, but they just had to behave themselves. Watch what he said for yourself.
Jezyfreezman: Ahead of the March 28 Presidential Election, Ex- Governor Sheriff Relocates Families, Pets, Out of Maiduguri With just 6 days to the Presidential election and sensing that General Mohammadu Buhari will emerge victorious in the polls, former Borno State Governor and alleged Boko Haram financier, Ali Modu Sheriff may have already perfected plans in moving his entire households and pets out of Maiduguri, KSM News has learnt. Our undercover correspondent who had kept a close tab on Sheriff homes in Maiduguri following a tip off by surrounding neighbours that valuable assets are being moved out from buildings owned by the former governor in the state at odd hours, reported seeing movements of valuables out of Sheriff's homes around midnight till in the early hours of the morning. One of such buildings is the ex-governor's multi-billion naira mansion located at the back of the Maiduguri Government House. The building is now completely empty, says one source. According to one Baba Goni Makinta, a popular German Shepherd dog within the vicinity of one of Sheriff's homes had disappeared and not been seen for the past one week and upon enquiry it was discovered the dog has been moved out of the state to an unknown location. There are rumours presently going round Maiduguri that Sheriff may have moved his families from Maiduguri and Abuja to one of his multi-billion dollar mansions in Dubai. The choice of Dubai is strategic. This is because Dubai is among five countries in the world that has not signed an extradition treaty with any country. According to the Daily Finance, in its report published on June 11th 2013, titled: Know Where to Run to: The 5 Best Countries With No Extradition, Dubai, being "widely regarded as the Las Vegas of the Persian Gulf, with its gorgeous buildings, vibrant nightlife and collection of private islands make it the perfect escape for the rich man with questionable morals and a healthy disdain

momentusjay: Few days ago I was accosted by a friend who wanted to know who between President Jonathan and General Mohammed Buhari, I would be voting for in the forthcoming March 28, 2015 presidential election. His reason for coming to me with this question was informed by what he described as a “remarkable shift in my political sentiment in the past few days.” Now, I had been an unrepentant critic of President Jonathan’s led administration and as such a staunch supporter of General Mahammdu Buhari’s candidacy. My unflinching support for General Buhari has more often than not got me into trouble with friends and fellow South Easterners who are fanatically committed to Jonathan’s re- election. Nevertheless, I have never allowed these often verbal attack and public humiliation to deter me from supporting Buhari. I was there in Okpara Square the day the good old General came campaigning in Enugu. I had to be there because I believe in the change he was going to bring and thought I had to give him all the support I could muster. So when I began speaking well of Jonathan in recent days, my sudden political u-turn did not go unnoticed by my closest friends. They wanted to know why I am leaving my beloved General who despite all odds I have stood by and voted for, for the three times he had run for the highest office in the land. As could be seen, my shift in allegiance was not informed by tribal sentiment. Though Igbo, I had voted for General Buhari in all the elections he contested for in this country. Also, I did not begin supporting Jonathan recently because I believe he is a better candidate to Buhari. In fact, truth be told, Jonathan has failed in many areas and is still going to fail in more areas. I am lobbying for Jonathan’s reelection today because I believe that his presidency more than that of my beloved Buhari will take Nigeria to the path of peace and prosperity that the great Ikemba longed and prayed for many years ago. As succinctly, argued in his magnum opus, Because I Am Involved, Ikemba believed that the trouble with Nigeria is premised on the undue political advantage given by the British to the North just before independence. He was insistent that Nigeria cannot move forward with its present lopsided and unjust political structure and suggested an East-West Alliance as the best if not the only way towards restructuring of the country. Any knee observer of Nigeria’s political permutation in recent weeks will notice that the quest for Jonathan’s re-election is gradually bringing to fruition the East-West alliance that the Ikemba had prayed for. For never before have the Igbo and their brothers in the South-South and South-West been so united in pursuing one cause as they are in ensuring the re-election of President Jonathan. I have feeling that If this new trend eventually pulls through, it will bring an end to the hegemonic position of the North and create a new Nigeria where all Nigerians will be considered equal; a Nigeria where the born to rule mentality is finally erased for good. As my present view can easily be misunderstood, let me categorically state that this is not an attack on the North. I bear no ill will towards the North. I honestly love northerners; however, the truth is that I believe that the present structure of the country has made Nigeria so unworkable that everybody, including the North is reaping from the tragedy. A restructured, more viable and strong Nigeria is also in the interest of the North. In the final analysis, I am thinking of a new Nigeria that will be born after March 28. A Nigeria where Jonathan emerges the president and my beloved General is made the chairman of EFCC. That will definitely be an interesting Nigeria. As you can see, I have a reason for supporting both Jonathan and Buhari after all. Sai Buhari and Goodluck Ebele Jonathan till 2019!

iHaveDecided: Welcome to a brand new week; a week in which Nigeria will begin to experience the dawn of a new era. We appreciate the immense efforts you have made towards the CHANGE project over the past few weeks and months. You have run a good race thus far and we are close to the finish line and we must remember that how we finish the race can make or mar all previous efforts which were made.
This election week is a special one in the history of our dear nation and we wish to remind you that CHANGE can only be made possible by our votes come March 28th, 2015. Your vote represents your passport to a better future. We must all bear in mind that a vote for change is a step towards progress. For no reason should you trade your vote; your vote is your right and is priceless.
We have been subjected to poor governance for so long and once again, we are presented with that rare opportunity to vote out leaders who have under-performed and vote in a government that will make each and every one of us proud of our dear nation.
A vote for Buhari/Osinbajo is definitely the key to better governance which will translate to better lives and opportunities for citizens of this nation which has been richly blessed but has been bedeviled by terrible leadership for decades now.
As the reality of this weekend’s election dawns on us, we urge you to go out with your PVCs and vote in an APC led government. Also remember to make sure your votes count after casting your votes. If you notice any electoral irregularities, make sure you report to the relevant authorities.
CALL TO ACTION 1. Make sure you cast your vote for APC come March 28th and ensure it does count. 2. Take along at least four eligible voters with you to the polling booth on Election Day. 3. Talk to at least four people each day about making sure they do not trade it for anything.
