Where in port Harcourt?. Is it fanced with security person Manning d gate?, how many cars can park in the compound?, what is the neighbourhood noise rate like?( I hate church noises, they constitutes nuisance to the enveronment). I wouldn't mind relocating to cut cost

My is 400k for 2 bedroom(Both ensuite), kitchen, store, visitors toilets, dinning and 9x8 tiles sitting room, fanced with security person Manning the gate( 3000/flat for 6 flat), big compound that can accommodate up to 6 cars. Mr. minister i want to autoritatively tell you that NCC( national Control center) is not telling you the truth of the power situation in Aloaji and cipp calaba. Many a time alaoji power station in Aba will be on 120Mwatts or 110Mwatts because CIPP calaba want to come up, NCC will ask Alaoji to reduce the power output to 40 or 60Mwatts. the reason given will be because they do not want to overload the transmission line. if they do not ask Alaoji to reduce power produce, they will ask AIPP ikot abasi to reduces theirs. The problem is not production, 70% of the problem is that there is no enough transmission line to evacuate the power produced to the National Grid.. current as of the time of typing this massage, Alaoji power station is down. with adequate transmission line to nation grid, NCC will confortably evacuate Alaoji and CIPP power generation at the same time without asking one to reduce power to allow another mostly CIPP calaba to evacuate.

NCC should tell you the truth and stop laying blame on pipeline and low gas. pipeline vanders knows the different between crude pipe line and gas line as such they avoid gas pipe line.

Yes, there was killings but what buhari said about Rivers state is politically motivated statement. A girl bought an iPad. When her father saw it, He asked her "What was the 1st thing you did when you bought it?

"I put an anti-scratch sticker on the screen and bought a cover for the iPad" she replied.

"Did someone force you to do so?"
- "No"

"Don't you think it's an insult to the manufacturer?"
- "No dad! In fact they even recommend using a cover for the iPad"

"Did you cover it because it was cheap & ugly?"
- "Actually, I covered it because I didn't want it to get damage and decrease in value."

"When you put the cover on, didn't it reduce the iPad's beauty?"
- "I think it looks better and it is worth it for the protection it gives my iPad."

The father looked lovingly at his daughter and said,
"Yet if I had asked you to cover your body which is much more precious than the iPad, would you have readily agreedhuh"

She was mute.....

BusinessThe Rothschild’s Sank The Titanic To Set UP The Federal Reserve by viewflux(op): 2:34am On Feb 17, 2016
There’s a conspiracy theory that links the Rothschild’s, the sinking of the Titanic, and the creation of the Federal Reserve.

On Friday I stumbled across a tweet sent in reply to a prominent finance parody account on Twitter. It featured the black-and-white image of three men and the Titanic.

The text on the photos named Benjamin Guggenheim, Isa Strauss (actual name Isidor Straus), and David Astor as three wealthy men who died on the Titanic. So far, so good — the men were all real and wealthy.

As with many other conspiracy theories, there’s a transparently anti-Semitic tint to the story, and the Rothschild family is implicated (as it is in almost every conspiracy theory involving money in any way).

A YouTube video offers some additional “information,” hinting that the sinking of the Titanic was effectively drawn up as a re-creation of a late-19th-century book called “Futility, or the Wreck of the Titan.” The book was published 14 years before the Titanic sank and a decade before any construction began.

The video goes on to say that “by April 1912, all opposition to the Federal Reserve was eliminated. In December 1913, the Federal Reserve was born, controlled by the elite banking cabal, whose ultimate agenda was to enslave humanity.”

i never believed this vika virus theory based on my knowledge of biology, the effect of the atomic bomb in japan. i just know it has to be in connection with contamination. there was a case in india sometime ago that a particular region had a high rate of cancer and after an investigation was conducted around the region, it was confirmed that a government fumigation carried out on crops to kill pest some years back was the course and the government stopped the use of such substance. when i saw this article on zika virus, i immediately know that the mosquitoes theory was a cover up to avoid litigation and crop up more cash into their pharmaceutical industry.

HealthZika HOAX Exposed By South American Doctors by viewflux(op): 12:31am On Feb 17, 2016
Despite all the public hoopla, all the cases of microcephaly being discovered in Brazil have never been scientifically linked to the Zika virus. A group of doctors from South America are now saying the brain deformations the world is witnessing are caused by the mass fumigation of low-income Brazilian people with a chemical larvicide, not by mosquitoes carrying the Zika virus.

What we’re seeing with the brain deformations of children, in other words, is more like the history of thalidomide, a prescription medicine given to pregnant women that caused children to be born with limbs missing. But the official narrative on all this is pushing a false link with Zika in order to justify more chemical fumigation, more vaccines and more genetically engineered mosquitoes.

From the doctors at Red Universitaria de Ambiente y Salud (the Red University of Environment and Health), with h/t to GM Watch: (SOURCE document)

A dramatic increase of congenital malformations, especially microcephaly in newborns, was detected and quickly linked to the Zika virus by the Brazilian Ministry of Health. However, they fail to recognise that in the area where most sick persons live, a chemical larvicide producing malformations in mosquitoes has been applied for 18 months, and that this poison (pyroproxyfen) is applied by the State on drinking water used by the affected population.

It looks like the world’s health authorities are using Zika virus mosquitoes as a cover story to conceal the damage caused by toxic chemicals manufactured by powerful globalist corporations.

The larvicide sprayed in Brazil, for example, is called “pyriproxyfen,” and it’s manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical, a corporation known to be a “strategic partner” of Monsanto. The Argentinian doctors’ report lists Sumitomo as a “subsidiary” of Monsanto. As GM Watch reports, “Pyriproxyfen is a growth inhibitor of mosquito larvae, which alters the development process from larva to pupa to adult, thus generating malformations in developing mosquitoes and killing or disabling them.”

Hmmm… a growth inhibitor of developing organisms? Does that raise any question marks with anyone when considering the under-developed cranial and neurological systems of the children being victimized in all this?

From the report:

Malformations detected in thousands of children from pregnant women living in areas where the Brazilian state added pyriproxyfen to drinking water is not a coincidence, even though the Ministry of Health places a direct blame on Zika virus for this damage, while trying to ignore its responsibility and ruling out the hypothesis of direct and cumulative chemical damage caused by years of endocrine and immunological disruption of the affected population. Doctors from the Brazilian Association for Collective Health (ABRASCO) demand that urgent epidemiological studies taking into account this causal link be carried out, especially when among 3,893 cases of malformations confirmed until January 20, 2016, 49 children have died and only five of them were confirmed to have been infected with Zika.

Zika virus doesn’t cause microcephaly!

As reported by the Argentinian doctors in their report, Zika virus has never been known to cause brain deformations in children:

Previous Zika epidemics did not cause birth defects in newborns, despite infecting 75% of the population in those countries. Also, in other countries such as Colombia there are no records of microcephaly; however, there are plenty of Zika cases.

The entire reason these brain deformations are being blamed on the Zika virus, we’re now learning, is so that powerful chemical companies can sell more toxic chemicals that poison the people and the environment even more! From the doctors’ report:

Brazilian doctors (Abrasco) are claiming that the strategy of chemical control is contaminating the environment as well as people, that it is not decreasing the amount of mosquitoes, and that this strategy is in fact a commercial manoeuvre from the chemical poisons industry, deeply integrated into Latin American ministries of health as well as WHO and PAHO.

It’s a vicious cycle, of course: The government sprays chemicals that cause brain deformations in children, but in order to avoid blaming the chemicals, they blame mosquitoes, thereby demanding MORE toxic chemicals be sprayed, causing yet more deformations that demand yet more chemicals and so on.

If all this sounds familiar, it’s because it’s ripped right out of the playbook of the vaccine industry: Many vaccines actually cause epidemics (which is why children who are stricken with measles and mumps have almost always been previously vaccinated against measles and mumps), thereby increasing public demand for more vaccines which cause more outbreaks, ad infinitum.

It’s the perfect business model: When your product causes an epidemic of disease or birth defects, just find something else to blame and then pay off all the government health authorities to demand more of your product! After all, even the CDC loves these pandemics because it gives them an opportunity to exhibit more “authority” and push for more vaccines.

Billions already pledged to the vaccine industry… even with no scientific evidence of a link

Based entirely on fraudulent information and quack science, President Obama has now called for $1.8 billion in government handouts to vaccine companies and pharmaceutical corporations to combat Zika. Yet the linkage between Zika and microcephaly is nothing but an unproven, unscientific, mythological narrative dreamed up by the vaccine pushers. It carries the same scientific weight as saying “Black cats cause bad luck” or “Rubbing a rabbit’s foot gives me good luck.”

Hence the term “vaccine voodoo” which is a technically accurate description of the total lack of science underpinning the fraudulent vaccine industry. Isn’t it amazing how quickly the government, the media and the vaccine pushers have leaped to their preferred conclusion about microcephaly even without a shred of scientific evidence to support such a notion?

(Hey, it’s a pandemic… they don’t need any real EVIDENCE, right?)

Genetically engineered mosquitoes aren’t working either

When bad science and dangerous chemicals are already destroying people’s lives, the solution must be MORE bad science, right?

Enter genetically engineered mosquitoes. According to all the criminally insane GMO pushers, GM mosquitoes are the instant answer to mosquito-borne diseases (and nothing can ever go wrong, we’re assured).

The problem is that they’re criminally insane and scientifically illiterate to boot. That’s why the GM mosquitoes aren’t working. “The last strategy deployed in Brazil, and which might be replicated in all our countries, is the use of GM mosquitoes — a total failure, except for the company supplying mosquitoes,” say the Argentinian doctors.

The English company Oxitec sells male GM mosquitoes, supposedly in order to decrease the Aedes population. A lethal gene is inserted in those mosquitoes, which is transmitted to the offspring, causing death to larvae if it is not blocked by an antibiotic (tetracycline).

Currently in Brazil nearly 15 million GM mosquitoes have been released, and the failure is complete. Where field tests were carried out, less than 15% of larvae were transgenic, that is to say… wild females are not accepting the English mosquito from Oxitec. The response: increasing the release in poor areas. Also, we must take into account that the biology of the disease shows that the female only “stings” when it’s pregnant and generating eggs after being fertilised by a male; it does it in that state and only then, because it needs blood components in order to develop the eggs. So, if millions of male mosquitoes are released, there will be many more fertilised females looking to suck the blood of mammals, thus increasing the spreading of the disease from infected people to healthy people!

A massive science hoax, vaccine hoax and chemical hoax all designed to generate more industry profits while ignoring the true causes of suffering in Brazilian children

Once you put all the pieces of this puzzle together, it becomes crystal clear: The Zika virus narrative is a massive quack science hoax that’s being pushed solely to sell more chemicals, more GM mosquitoes, more vaccines and more fumigation of the Brazilian population with deadly substances.

The real cause of microcephaly is being systematically ignored, lending yet more support to the idea that this is all part of the population control agenda to poison the people of Brazil, deliberately reduce their offspring to mutants, increase abortions and demand that women no longer get pregnant.

All the signs are there, folks. This is the Bill Gates human depopulation agenda in full swing, disguised as a mosquito virus outbreak. It’s no mistake that the larvicide chemicals are being sprayed in the poorest areas of Brazil, targeting those very same populations that are now being told, “Don’t have any more babies!”

PoliticsMeet the Man Called Tompolo: How He Rose To Fame by viewflux(op): 7:56am On Feb 01, 2016
BY MURPHY GANAGANA

HE was born unnoticed, but celebrated with pomp by his parents who had waited a long time to have a male child after several hopes had been dashed. On the seventh day of celebrating his birth, he was named Oweizide Government Ekpemupolo.

The fifth and only male child among his mother’s eight children, his father, Thomas Ekpemupolo, now an octogenarian, named him Oweizide, meaning “I have given birth to a man” in his native Izon language. In a predictive manner, he further gave him ‘Government’ as a middle name, with an assertion that “my son would be a government, a ruler.”

Expectedly, the joy of his mother, Mrs. Sologha Ekpemupolo, was boundless, but the cruel claws of death deprived her from witnessing the manifestation of a ‘Government’ she painfully carried in her womb for nine months, and nurtured for 33 years. She died about 14 years ago, when her son was ascending the ladder of fame.

Born 47 years ago, Oweizide Government Ekpemupolo, now popularly known as Tompolo, grew up an introvert, un-socializing even during his school days at the Oge Primary School, Kunukunuma in Gbaramatu Kingdom, and the National Comprehensive College, a private school in Warri, Delta State, where he completed his secondary education.

The suffocating poverty, neglect and deprivation in the oil-rich Niger Delta region did not afford him the opportunity of a higher education after his secondary school, and he opted to partake in running the affairs of his father’s company, Tompolo Nigeria Limited, which at that time, engaged in sub-contract jobs to oil servicing companies, construction of boreholes and concrete jetties, supply of Automated Gas Oil, also called diesel, to oil firms, among other services, and eventually became the manager of the company.

Contrary to a widely-held belief, Tompolo, which has now become an alias for the dreaded ex-Niger Delta agitator, originated from his father’s business venture, Tompolo Nigeria Limited, a coinage of his father’s name, Thomas Ekpemupolo. As the manager of the company, the alias stuck with people assuming that he was the owner.

Though a believer in tradition and culture, the younger Ekpemupolo attends white garment churches regularly, and has no fuss blending Christianity with traditional worship. An unassuming, humble, but fearless person, he enjoys starch, served with fresh fish pepper soup prepared with cocoyam known as ‘okodo’ in his native language, as a favourite delicacy. And this, his wife, Victoria, prepares with utmost diligence. the younger Ekpemupolo attends white

While his father cherished polygamy and is married to about five wives with Tompolo’s late mother as the eldest, the generalissimo of the present day Niger Delta armed struggle married only one woman with whom he has a nine-year-old child, Mary.

A native of Okerenkoko in the Gbaramatu Kingdom of Delta State, his mother hailed from Ogulagha, in Burutu Local Government Area also in Delta. From childhood, he was seemingly destined to suffer the ignoble fate of being born to parents from communities situated in mangrove forests close to theA tlantic Ocean where survival was for the fittest and hope for tomorrow flickered.

But he nursed and sustained a tall dream of reversing the abject poverty and governmental neglect of his kinsmen, who drank even till date, flowing and stagnant salty water from the river and canals where they defecated; the terror of a neighbouring ethnic group whose words were allegedly law up to two decades back, and the trauma of difficulty in providing food for the table; in sneaking at night into the river to fish, occasioned by ethnic domineering and enslavement.

That was his lot till the creation of states and local government by the late General Sani Abacha’s regime, an exercise that led to the formation of deep gullies of bad blood and acrimony among various ethnic groups in the affected areas. At the Warri axis in Delta State for instance, Tompolo’s kinsmen of the Gbaramatu kingdom traded armed tackles with their neighbouring Itsekiris, in a bloody battle that consumed thousands of lives and some villages.

The bloodbath was fueled by the creation of three local government areas in Warri, among them, the Warri South West Local Government, in an area co-habited by the Ijaws of Gbaramatu and some Itsekiri communities, with the headquarters located at Ogbe-Ijoh, an Ijaw town. But the fire was ignited by the sudden relocation of the council headquarters to Ogidigben, an Itsekiri enclave, when elections into the council chairmanship had been concluded and Mr. Couple Oromoni, an Ijaw who is presently the paramount ruler of the Ogbe-Ijoh kingdom had emerged winner.

Already choked for long over the plight of his kinsmen, Tompolo reportedly took the development as the height of perceived enslavement by their Itsekiri neighbours, who allegedly worsened matters by attempting to overrun some Gbaramatu communities in an armed invasion. A source who spoke to Sunday Sun anonymously, claimed that in that incursion, his people had no weapons and resorted to using stones and sticks to defend themselves, a situation, he said, prompted Tompolo to draw a line.

“Tompolo felt the attempt by the Itsekiris to enslave the Gbaramatu people must stop. Then a young man, he was not poor, having bought a Mercedes V-Boot car when it was in vogue in the early 90s, and built three houses in Warri, among other properties. In his determination to rescue his people, he sold all his property, including houses and speedboats, to acquire firearms to defend his kinsmen, though not very sophisticated ones, and personally led the battle to flush out the Itsekiris in a very tense battle. This was in 1996.

“As the war raged, the Gbaramatu Ijaws now started clearing Itsekiri communities where there were major oil tank farms, and by then, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo had become president. When the threat to the oil facilities in Delta State starred him glaringly in the face, Obasanjo relocated the Warri South West Local Government Council back to Ogbe-Ijoh, where it was originally situated. That was how Tompolo, a hitherto unknown and quiet person gained popularity for gallantry and leadership acumen.

“The truth is that Tompolo, as a warlord, was a creation of the Itsekiri ethnic group, and his fame garnered with the Kaiama Declaration of 1997 by leading Ijaw activists seeking a fair deal for the impoverished communities in the Niger Delta. In that Declaration, it was agreed and directed, among other decisions reached, that all oil companies in the Niger Delta should be shut down. By then, Obasanjo’s decision to relocate the Warri South West Local Council headquarters to Ogbe-Ijoh, had quelled the Gbaramatu Ijaw-Itsekiri squabbles, and Tompolo too had returned to Warri, to continue his business.”

In a separate interview last Friday in Warri, Delta State, Pastor Yerindideke Douglas, who claimed to be a relative of the ex-Niger Delta agitator, said that while the battle over the local government was on, Tompolo ferociously sacked all Itsekiri communities in the Escravos area of Delta State, where most of the multinational oil companies are sited.

According to him, “even when the crisis ended, people that were no longer comfortable with his increasing fame and status started making moves to get him arrested, and his weapons seized. In fact, he narrowly escaped arrest on two occasions at that time, and this forced him to relocate from Warri, again, to Okerenkoko. While in his village, soldiers were daily visiting the community in search of arms and the people started putting up resistance. This led to some instances of gunfight between the youths and soldiers.”

This, he said, fired Tompolo’s rebellious zeal and propelled him into full-blown militancy. He reportedly moved to a base hitherto used by construction giant, Julius Berger within the Gbaramatu Kingdom, while constructing tank farms for oil firms. Douglas noted that Tompolo’s newly found operational base, which became popularly known as Camp 5, had a jetty and containerized houses which accommodated the ex-agitator and his numerous boys.

“Tompolo moved with his boys as a result of security threats from Okerenkoko to form Camp 5, to avoid civilian casualities at Okerenkoko due to the daily gun battles with the military. And at that time, the Ijaw struggle had started in Rivers, Bayelsa and other Niger Delta states, with people like Asari Dokubo and Ateke Tom, springing up. And this led to the proliferation of small arms in the Niger Delta, coupled with incessant ethnic crises.

“This created a new problem, as hoodlums, who were Ijaw boys, started engaging in robbery and sea piracy, attacking market women and men, particularly at the Burutu market, then the commercial hub of Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State. Incidents of violent crimes and criminality became rampant in the Delta waterways, with the military seemingly helpless.

“But Tompolo took it upon himself to clean the mess. In the process, he mobilized two speedboats, went to the scene and a shoot-out ensued. Twenty nine of the Ijaw boys involved in sea piracy and attacks on the Burutu market were dislodged on that day; those he arrested, he handed over to the military.”

Douglas noted that before embarking on the cleansing exercise, the ex-warlord, presently referred to as GOC in the Niger Delta region had assembled the rampaging Ijaw youths perpetrating the atrocities along the waterways, and pleaded with them to desist from their nefarious act. “He even gave them money”, according to a source, but their recalcitrance infuriated Tompolo, and he brutally dealt with them.

He says, “Thereafter, different groups, which were formed because of the 1996 Gbaramatu-Itsekiri crises and were stopped by Tompolo, started engaging in illegal oil bunkering, and to proffer a sustainable solution to the Niger Delta debacle, the then President Obasanjo directed the Chief Ndutimi Alaibe-led Niger Delta Development Agancy (NDDC), to find a way of addressing the situation. That was how the amnesty proposal for Niger Delta youths was drafted and submitted to Obasanjo, but it was implemented by the late President Yar’Adua’s administration.

“Prior to that, due to disagreements between some Ijaw militant youths and personnel of the Joint Military Task Force (JTF) over sharing of illegal bunkering proceeds, they started shooting one another, and the then commander, General Zamani, ordered his soldiers to attack Camp 5. That was why Tompolo kidnapped the first set of nine expartriates working with Wilbros at Ogulagha axis as a human shield, and not for ransom, but later released them.”

Majority of respondents to Sunday Sun enquiries, posited that Tompolo is the least brutal of all the militant leaders in the Niger Delta. But they are united in declaring that beneath his quietness and humility lies a dangerous trait. “He is like a dangerous snake which doesn’t go out of its way to attack people, but only when provoked.”

Agura Bekeowei, a Niger Delta activist says he is amazed that successive governments apart from ex-president Goodluck Jonathan hold a wrong impression about Tompolo, whom he described as a patriot, philanthropist, and a fighter for just causes, who should be celebrated, rather than being vilified and harassed. “It is of no benefit for the Federal Government of Nigeria to fight a responsible and law abiding citizen for fears that he is running a parallel government, just because his name is Government. There is nothing like a government fighting another government.”

Stop looking for whom to blame for your problems. You have representatives at the National Assembly, what are they there for??

If the representatives from the North decide to fight for the interest of their people, why should you blame them when you equally have people representing you in there??

Nigerians are too damn emotional about things.
Me emotional, i am not emotional at all, i am a political spectator. i am still watching the govt with microscopic lens

I BELIEVE NIGERIANS DIE, ALL OF A SUDDEN EVERYBODY HAS BECOME VERY RELIGIOUS. PREACHING PEACE IN THE MIND. PREACHING AGAINST ABOTION AND SOUNDING LIKE THE GOOD GUY/FEMALE SO THAT THEIR COVER WILL NOT BE COMPROMISED. I BET YOU AND I CAN SWORE WITH MY CERTIFICATE THAT 95% OF ALL THOSE COMMENTING ON THIS TREAD WILL OPT FOR TERMINATION OF THE PREGNANCY IF THE CASE WAS THEIRS.

The mistake is mine, the regret is mine, the sin is mine. To repent of my sin is mine, I WILL GO FOR TERMINATION BUT WILL MAKE SURE ITS NOT DONE BY A QUACK DOCTORS.

CareerAutomation Training Institute To Attained In India by viewflux(op): 11:22pm On Jan 19, 2016
There are many Automation training institutes in india that claim to teach automation and control with the best of laboratory and qualified teachers but are not better that our computer training institutes that charge big cash to learn MS office but teach nothing.
This article is born out of many complains and regret that i have heard from my friends and from the friends of my friends who has travelled to india for a quality and practical training in automation but meet only theoretical training instead. I felt for them because i was almost a victim but survive mine(i refuse to pay complete cash till i meet with fellow Nigeria in the accommodation, hence having enough cash to run others training within india).
However, from the best of my knowledge and experience in india, i can only recommend 2 automation training institutes that are good in automation. the others are scam institutes although many Nigerians have attended most of the other ones but i know they are not happy with what they meet on ground neither are they happy with the accommodation that was offered to them.
www.smeclabs.com is one of the good schools in indian that has a seperate course for Industrial Automaton and Instrumentation.
www.excelautomation.com is another good school in indian that has many tailored courese in automation, although they have some of the field instruments such as HART communicator and transmitters to play around with but they do not have a full lab for instrumentation.
if you have cash then add yokogawa DCS training and prosafe training to you catalog. the yokogawa training institute is in Chennai and Banglore State of india.

Please stick to the above two schools and avoid any other automation institute you google out from the internet, they will tell you whatever you want to hear but your eyez will clear you when you fly to indian. they will collect your enrollment cash immediately you get to the school even if its 2am you get to india without allowing to see fellow Nigerians in the accommodation to guide your choice of course then you will be sent to an accommodation that will make you feel bad that is when it will down on you that you have been scammed.
