What are you even talking about BVA, when inec allegedly gave expo of system architecture and enough collected data information to their campaign. Those are key informations to have if you are a computer tech team on Tinubu side. I respect your letter, and I respectfully disagree with your leniency proposal. The UK is mostly a law abiding society. They have a good law and order foundation.
