Uzodinma is mostly always a full time dunc^^e.

You don't know that fraudulent tribalist, don't plan to give it to the any igbo or related kins like akwa igbos or cross Rivers. If you know tribalist and religious politics, you will see that he wants a deep division between igbos and their cousins there, so that their agenda can fall into place. He wants one religion in number 1, 2, and 3; Remember, they need resources too, so that Saudi Arabia and iran plan can come to fruition. They want to make Nigeria their base of influence, so that they can sway it one way or the other as the big power increase their power struggle.

Don't just yawn of boredom, but yawn because it is a lot to know, observe, and draw a better informed opinion. Wagner of Russia are getting ready to leave Ukraine, which is a deflection ploy of Russia, they will now focus on resources sabotage of their enemies, and the resources accumulation for themselves and their country. Africa and Latin America are the focus. They will come with brute force. They will train many black Africans, who in turn would be their foot soldiers. Your guess is as good as mine who their willing African soldiers will be from Nigeria. That decision might not favor the igbos, where those new technologies resources are assumed to be in Nigeria, and just around the igbo part of the east.

We need to be respectful and disciplined, but we need to be very vigilant and continue to increase our security strength, as long as he doesn't integrate us equally. The fraudulent tribalist (ft), seem to be about ego and self acclimation, but some interest in generational wealth, like for seyi great grand kids. So, no rush in stealing from the national treasure from him, but some placements and cementing of funds will be systematically schemed.

Am not saying we should panic, but
we should be attentive and be transactional with him.

Let Akpabio or a northern Christian have it.

Politics › Re: Details You Did Not Know About The Ekweremadu Case By Emeka Ugwuonye by viodemus: 5:24pm On May 06, 2023
I support the boy with full coverage.

Ekweremadu was a selfish and desperate. He normally is. In 20years, he did nothing tangible and lasting for the east, instead he was seeking validation from the north and others. He is very useless. In 20 years, he did not tall to those people about eastern discrimination in security, economics, healthcare, transportation, etc

The UK might be old, and have all these people coming and going from there, but it is a foundational principled country. They are capable of giving hope to the hopeless. This is why God helps their country.

If there was a capable hospital in Nigeria, the boy might have been forced in there, probably taken his two kidneys, and dumped out on the street. If he survived and tried to make noise, they would have deleted him. So, I thank God for his life. Nigerian leaders are the most egoistic, incompetent, and the most arrogant, among all their peers world wide.

I pray for long term grace on the boy's life. He should be claiming that they are attacking his direct family, so that they might bring them over to him. Ekweremadu wanted to useless his life to save his daughter. Why didn't he go to Otedola to beg him to beg cuppy to donate her kidney. He for hear, "you dey craze?".
Ekweremadu wanted to take the boy to UK, take his kidney, pay him small change if any, then send him back to Nigeria; and if he acts irritated, probably silence him through intimidation or death. But now, the boy can get citizenship, and start a new life at this stage of his life.

In the UK or USA and other places like that, they are medical practices that need to be practiced and adhered to. He could have gotten a donor there in the UK, but he probably told the advising doctor, don't worry, I can get someone to you for the surgery quickly. You know confidently arrogant, and acting like a demigod, just like the rest of those incompetent leaders.

I thank God for places of hope like the USA and UK. Places that are ready to bet on anyone that is hopeful, whether rich or poor, strong or weak, woman or man. God bless the UK for giving this boy a chance, while also keeping Ekweremadu's daughter alive.

SE Money contributed to Nigeria, seems to not be wisely spent.

Fraudulent criminal tribalist.

I was just talking about AI yesterday. Ukraine is just impressing me.

This looks like an AI controls takeover from the Russian drone stock . They took it over and almost made the Russians pay for it. To be honest, they don't want to kill Pussin, they just wanted to wreck a building or two over there. It could even be a Ukrainian civilian with electronics prowess.

There is a limited chance the Ukrainians flew this from Ukraine to Russia. Moscow has radars of many frequencies on almost all the roof tops in the city. Even if you fly low, they will see you.

Igbos, this is the new frontier. We need to master it. It used to be only America, sometimes Russia and china that had that capability, but now, it is getting regular. The Russians will need to do a complete electronics overhaul, and they don't have the time. America has been upgrading since 2008.

For now, as far as I know, in Africa, some areas of the SE and cross Rivers, have the raw materials for these types of AI. Or electronics capabilities pro max. When the news of the resources location comes out, please let us act like people with sense. We are blessed.

Is it not a planless nation.

In safe and sane countries, there are safe guards for things like this. They can do it in many ways, but in summary, they watch the companies return, when it becomes too shaky, questions will be asked. But normally, most businesses with a certain number of people, will have say 6 months to a year or more financial capital to even qualify to run the business. So, if they are in red, they can inform the employees, say at the 3rd or whatever month of running red, that way they are prepared. in countries like America, Brazil, uk, etc, if the company has it so bad, they will file for bankruptcy, and many of the employees that make a certain amount will qualify for unemployment or insurance payout for a little while, not forever; but it will give you time to be looking for a new job, sometimes, they require proof that you are looking for a new job to keep your unemployment going. So, it is not a time to relax period.

It's s good alert, but I think AI by itself is one part, and it needs other parts to be very formidable. To me, I will break it down to virtual AI and physical with virtual AI. Obviously, physical with virtual AI is the main worry, even though just virtual AI (cyber pro max) is just as deadly.

In an extreme case, say during a nation to nation conflict, depending on defenses, you can take over your enemies control system. Make their plane or weapons go awry, or not work fast enough until your own hits them. You can make phone calls get misdirected or tapped in to, etc

The physical with virtual AI are mostly robots with super AI capabilities. This to me is where vast deep knowledge becomes a focus, because material science is just as important as logic operations. if you build something that is very flexible, very high and low temperature tolerant, pressure tolerant, rugged in many uses, etc then that is a feat.

It will make humans adjust for sure, in good and bad ways.

Some of the bad ways could be for war, financial crimes, many manners of crime, propaganda, etc. It can disrupt life with the limitations we are used to, feeding, agriculture, etc and it might make humans start hiding behind bionic shields, maybe smart bionic shields. which is like armor and bunkers that can shield you from say laser, bullets, missiles, biological warfare, etc.

In a good way, it can help life in many ways, like medical improvements, building improvements (imagine there is a fire starting in one room, but you have a smart genius material in the cement that can extinguish the fire, immediately the sensor senses the danger. Or a building or material that can rebuild itself to the original length, basically regenerate. Or imagine having the ability to go to the moon or other planet in no time, in a reliable comfortable machine, personal plane.

At the end of the day, it is here to stay but it is still in its early stages, because as of now, it is more advanced in the virtual space than the robotic space.

Igbos let us be peaceful and discipline, be we need to be on this matter, that way, if enemies get out of line, we can take over Russian weapons and make it hit those that wish us real evil in Nigeria.

Na only God know wetin dey sup for this matter. Could it be that Air peace was frustrated by the authorities on purpose, or it was pure incompetence on the authorities part.

I can bet the Igbos there did not go there to increase their terrorism indoctrination. This is an example of the type of frustration that Nigeria does to everyone, but especially the igbos. Frustrating Igbos to hopelessness, that even Sudan is better in business for some of them, even as extremists as the north Sudan is.

Did igbos even make it in one of the 40 buses? Am not talking of any of the drivers. How can a whole 40 buses and no igbos in the buses, when even to my surprise they are close in population to the northerners in that country. So, the chances of many igbos not making the time, or hearing about the time, is low if you sent the message was sent out without bias.

At the end of the day, it was Nigerian money (resources and borrowed money in the name of all Nigeria), that the ability to finance these evacuations came from. So, igbos should be part of that evacuation. Igbos don't have a country yet, but some resources from there are being used to develop Nigeria. And all the states that are getting money from the FG, don't really have a right to deny other current Nigerians the right to board. Air peace probably didn't care if it was igbos or whoever that they will carry back home.

Politics › Re: Sense Of Entitlement Syndrome In Nigeria Too Much – Ngige by viodemus: 2:23am On May 02, 2023
Ngige is one egoistic authoritative and one of the most incompetent in an overall incompetent administration.

In America, you owe, but they don't restrict your movement if the revenue services have not deemed you so. It is mostly tax evaders like drug dealers, money laundering, other nefarious activities, etc that they mostly go to the length to go to court to restrict your movement or lock you up. I mean if the courts gave you a court date and you missed it, depending on the case severity, they could arrest you wherever they find you, or restrict your movement. This don't apply to education and even financial issues.

The consequences, for borrowing money for many things including education, can vary, a few are:
they can get a court approval to investigate your account and take money or freeze it, - the level of consequence depends - they might leave you some money, if you qualified to be getting govt aid (local, state, fg) - they might be taking back some percentage of that money. Mind you, you have to be renewed for aid after a certain period, it is usually not a forever thing. if it is an illegal account with aliases case, or something of that nature, they might seize the whole thing.

Another aspect, is the ability to buy house or other property, many banks might be hesitant to approve you, unless you have a job that can support their percentage cut, your bills, etc. per pay check. They will do payment plan per pay period or per month, however you feel convenient, but you will be paying that money.

if you win any lottery or anything, they will get into a payment plan with you.

It might affect some jobs or contracts because you run the risks of being vulnerable to some elements of outside forces, especially sensitive security jobs, like research jobs, national security, etc.

Overall, if you are willing to be paying and working to pay it off, they will work with you, even if you go to Africa, and have the ability to be paying back, that will work; if you can't, they will be patient, but you will have some restrictions.

They don't try to suffer and be happy the person is suffering, added suffering, just so that the authority person can be forming demise god. They sometimes try not to have the evil heart like here. They have their ups and downs, but a high percentage of their intent is to invest in people. That is why a people brighten up a little bit when they go to places like that; even under their intense structure.

Those Nigerian doctors, can pay back their debt in no time if they get a job there.

some confirmed dunc^es are up there praising china for building 1000 schools, bla bla bla.
Is it not a shame to Africa that China is building all these things in Africa, and the lazy africans could not get versed in the process of building infrastructure. But the Africans are forming big people after the chinese build anything.

The chinese used to learn the process after less than 10 examples, then they start improving on their own trials and errors.

It is a fact that US and UK have trained many Nigerians in various skills, some of those skills are paid skills, but they trained more people without much knowledge hinderance, and most of the knowledge have transferred to Africa. The US,UK, and others like that, have made remittances of their Nigerian visitors a huge part of national GDP.

Lazy Africans. Always want others to do more for them while they enjoy the glory. If China was like Africa and that mentally lazy, what would have happened to africa, because the Europeans have realized that it is not worth it for them to be building for others, they don't mind directing the project. Even the chinese are now doing it, they are mostly directing and building, but soon they will be leaning to just directing. The chinese borrow the money, then the chinese build it, but the nation like Nigeria, will pay them and just get to use it.

It is a fact that knowledge transfer from US to Africa is way more than knowledge transfer from china to Africa.

Bh, Hisba, ISIS leaning, and other tribal and terrorist extremists etc are currently packed in the Nigerian security system. No credibility. They are doing all these to extort the Americans and some Europeans of funds in the name of terrorism fighting, while they secretly plan with Saudi Arabia on how they can use Russia and China to overthrow America, while Saudi Arabia builds or acquires weapons of mass destruction. That is why they are less than 10 igbos in the forces.

Igbos need to keep training Americans, Israelis, and other sensible and friendly countries on the fraud scheme going on in Nigeria. They are eating two ways, scheming on funds, and ability to buy even more weapons for nefarious activities. They are also diminishing the igbos in the eyes of foreigners, so we have to show the world their closest full of skeletons.

Your comment reminds me of the time when as a young medico, I once asked my oga why we did not have an anesthesia workstation at the rural hospital where I was working at the time. The man just dey look me with amusement and told me that if he got one, the cost of operations in the hospital, already rock bottom because na rural area we dey, would shoot up.

We could build a posh hostel, with each student having a room, but it would

1.Cost far more than this hostel, it would cost something like trillions of naira

2.Also cost far more in maintenance costs every year.

You know why universites overseas have high running costs...and have to charge high fees? Because they build the stuff you are crying for.

Me, I would agree we should build better hostels for Nigerian unviersities. But at the end , when fees go up to keep the hostel well maintained, people like you will start crying we are poor. So government will then spend more than the budget to keep up the thing...until the inevitable happens, either government runs out of money, or we take more loans.

You want high quality, you either pay the taxes, or the fees that can pay for that, or you just keep quiet, and accept the rubbish we have as hostels, because that is what we can afford in truth, even if we somehow manage to stop looting and corruption.

Modified

Below is the University of Toronto's student apartments. It cost the university some 68 million dollars Canadian to buy. Or 22 billion naira. Meanwhile, UNN Nssuka's budget allawee for this year was 25 billion naira. We could get the money for Nsukka to afford things like this.....but it means more taxes and higher fees. You ready to pay? By the way it houses 1000 students only.
I see your points. I was also aware of some of those factors when I made that post.

In life, some decisions are necessity or choice, then some things are options. This post is one of option, with not much restriction. They built that building out of necessity but their choice of building is a choice.

The leaders of Nigeria like the masses to manage in inconvenience while they don't or can't manage any inconvenience themselves.

Why should a Nigerian senator earn over $40,000 a year. That is even much for a group of leaders who are steady coming in last or bottom 10, in every developmental category when compared to other serious countries. As it is now, the average take home pay for most leaders in Nigeria is almost $1 million. And that is not including smart personal investments.

If this buildings cost too much, then maybe they need to focus on building teaching spaces for construction engineers and the material science. Then the acquisition of raw materials for buildings and infrastructure, then the ease of movement to ease materials delivery. I could go on, but I am not in the mode to do that.

My summary is, invest in people like most serious countries do, mind you serious countries are steady adjusting to technology. Some technologies can render a 50 man work to a man and machine doing their capabilities in that work, so they have to find ways to still use humans while not compromising on quality if the machine can do that better.

We need have a high standard to grow very fast in Africa. This building can be a certain size for two people, maybe no kitchen, if the school feeds them, and a kitchen if not. If you want to be frugal with money, then you can make two seperate but close rooms of four people, share a little kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. With exhaust vents included.

This building should not house 500 people for no reason. I doubt that building in Toronto is an approved 1000 occupancy building. I didn't school there, but a very good friend of mine did- he is here in Nigeria, and moreover some research of the city of Toronto, will tell me about the minimum space for occupancy on a floor, The international building code for institutional residency is 6 sq ft for someone standing. Then you can do a calculation from that. If it was a party area like club, theatre, or other places of assembly, etc, then you can multiply with the number of expected people eg if 100 people are expected, then you will need 600 sq ft of venue space, which don't include stage, and other active areas.
Most serious countries do 12 ft × 17 or 19ft actual living space, for a dorm of one or two if you want to squeeze things. What about fire suppression strategies for the building. I know that the building in toronto utilizes working elevators, chute type thrash disposal systems, etc

I would admit that I don't know the actual dimensions of this building in Benin or the one in Toronto, but I doubt that the Toronto one is a 1000 living capacity, maybe a human load holding capacity. You know, visiting day, or gathering for whatever ever reason. I also don't know the floor level, it seems like a 22 story or so building, counting from the windows. but I don't know the width capacity. The picture look like it was taken from a distance and probably not zoomed in. So, the width size might be skewed, I don't know if it's two windows wide to make one room, and then an offset dimension for rooms across the exterior windows we are seeing from the picture, then the number of elevators and the placements. I don't know yet.

My point is, we need to build a conducive environment for living and other purposes, while accounting for taxes, money at hand, expertise, material availability, material accessibility, and overall knowledge of projects.

I just pray that igbos improve our overall knowledge and understanding of everything that will help us progress. We will need it.

They have frustrated air peace but his offer is still on I heard.

I thank God that none of those students are going to the east, if not, they should be detained for debriefings, because it could be that many of them may have gone there to sharpen up their terrorist skills.

Igbos should keep alerting the UN and America about the movement of disease samples in Nigeria, in 4 days, they have moved things to various states and re-moved them again, and again. From Kaduna, to kebbi, to Benue, to Zamfara. So, what is going on. Do these people have materials handling skills? Or is there a sinister plan? We hope not. We hope it is being moved around by professionals that are diligent in their duties.

Regarding the topic, they need to diversify the forces, it shouldn't just be northerners and some sw.

Dem wan pack them in there as sardines

Repackaged suffering

The most useless country in the world. The people involved in the project from idea of project to finishing the project, probably marked up a lot of money for the project, so they built this rubbish. If it is not 2 people per room, then it is thrash, inconvenient, and suffer head.

I wonder about the plumbing, the interior ease of movement, etc. Nigeria is just a very wicked place with straight face. They are really spoiling the igbos, teaching igbos bad ways of conduct. Igbos please shun these criminal ways, let us not act and live like people that scores 1 or 2 in a test and their graduate slaves. Let us do our best for the collective progress of all. It will favor us.
