veritas3: You are not the primary applicant so no need for reference or payslips except the experience is from Canada. By all means, move everything pertaining to you to personal history. Thanks |

caseynewnn: CIC website states reference letter and payslip (if available)but reference letter is mandatory.appointment letters and other documents comes to play when one cannot get a reference letter or a reference letter in d required format.so if your payslip isn't available,by all means submit a reference letter in d required format. Thanks |

trendy09: Could remember u were so eager to get dis ITA.Pls,if possible, lets stop declining ITAs...Its really not encouraging.Abeg lets plan ahead b4 entering d pool b4 CIC decides not to attend to decliners until after 3months... ...expensive joke right? I was so eager I agree,I planned ahead but like I said I can’t help my present situation Thanks for d contribution though it didn’t address my concerns |

Godisincontrol: If you decline now,you will get another ITA which will still be declined and the cycle will continue till your finance issues are sorted out while those in need of the ITA will be loosing out. My advise is since you are allowed 60days grace period, wait till the 58/59th day before declining if need be,this is after exhausting all avenues of resolving your issues. Ok,thanks for the advice |

Onedimple: I am the PA, funds are in my wife's account and since IRCC allows funds in spouse's account we decided not to move it. She only wrote a letter stating the funds are meant for our immigration plans and i have access to them. I have received gcms notes twice no red flag raised. Funds acknowledged. Ok,thank you |

Madekay: As the money manager in my house, it was only normal for funds to be in my account. So I went ahead to make hubby signatory to my account that has POF and when banks issued reference i ensured it was stated clearly that both him and I are signatories ‘either to sign’
All CIC needs is that PA has access to funds and I did not have power for affidavit.
Cheers Thanks dear |

joo2018: "If your spouse is coming with you, you can count money you have together in a joint account. You may be able to count money in an account under their name only, but you must prove you have access to the money." https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html
A letter of spousal consent from you with the money in your account will solve the problem.
By the way, have you visited page 1? Thanks,I have.Didnt fond answer to my question. Would there be a problem if my husband’s statement shows a bulk sum transferred by me?Or do I make the transfer in bits over a period of time? |

Ifeoma77: Your husband is not one of your dependants, he is your spouse and yes; his PCC is required. No, you can't claim points from your cousin Thank you so much |
