I am unable to obtain any payslips and I can’t get a hold on my appointment letter for a job I mentioned in my profile pre-ITA .Do I go ahead and upload the reference letter only.

Could remember u were so eager to get dis ITA.Pls,if possible,lets stop declining ITAs...Its really not encouraging.Abeg lets plan ahead b4 entering d pool b4 CIC decides not to attend to decliners until after 3months... ...expensive joke right?

If you decline now,you will get another ITA which will still be declined and the cycle will continue till your finance issues are sorted out while those in need of the ITA will be loosing out. My advise is since you are allowed 60days grace period, wait till the 58/59th day before declining if need be,this is after exhausting all avenues of resolving your issues.

I have five years work experience but I only have a letter covering two years,do I say I have only two years experience?

As the money manager in my house, it was only normal for funds to be in my account. So I went ahead to make hubby signatory to my account that has POF and when banks issued reference i ensured it was stated clearly that both him and I are signatories ‘either to sign’

All CIC needs is that PA has access to funds and I did not have power for affidavit.

Guys please when creating an express entry profile do I need to upload any documents for example ECA or IELTSl?

A letter of spousal consent from you with the money in your account will solve the problem.

Your husband is not one of your dependants, he is your spouse and yes; his PCC is required.
