DEATHMACHINE: DEATHMACHINE:This na so e suppose be. No be to dey bus and bustop dey shout say do you who I am. |
optimisticmee:I want them to do their best and use their brain during the process and beyond. And is also the police, the yellow fever(this one needs to be replaced with technologies like traffic light cameras); So that vehicle movement on major roads can be monitored especially areas of unrest like BH affected zones. Intelligence needs to be better by employing better instruments that is more invasive than usual but orderly like an intelligent society. I give them props but they haven't done their best or even close. When people see that is not about killing them especially internal sabos, because you have the capacity to stay ahead of them to arrest them and interrogate them and lock the heinous ones up. levels go change. We have deeper problems than bh that are truly national. Bh knows it and that is what they are exploiting. In normal societies, the military are the smartest group. Them suppose code wella. |

Am speaking about the immediate environment aka surrounding. I dun realize say environment assists in individual sanity. Especially when it involves education, hospitals, and really in general. These are some videos and pictures on a normal day https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XlOBZ6ndoA0 |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ca12REljk84 Laser warfare. God abeg increase Nigeria sense for better things. |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jgv5ixxgTsQ Real definition of engineering. Thermodynamics, controls, sensors, instrumentation, material science, computation, etc. and operators. This is how serious people function. |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tJw_QmlEic This is how you coordinate affairs. not bullying civilians and disturbing society. With a highly professional attitude, we can collectively achieve a lot. You will find out that everyone, every school is valuable. BH for dun be story. |
<iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/VtFCsWeO1Lc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> This is what real armies do. They stay fit and display this video types of capabilities. Not bullying civilians and disrupting society. Professionalism follow for the matter. |
With an unbiased view, I offer these opinions. I think is only right you do the same. The General Buhari/Prof. Osinbanjo administration will be faced with various problems of our nation and the citizens might not be of much help but I believe they can achieve a lot if they put their minds to it. I can't name every situation they will encounter but feel free to chip in. 1) Corruption: Deeply rooted in our genes in all spheres of activities (formal and informal), will be a huge task ahead. It has eaten deep into our security personals, education system, all forms of government and ministries, industries, etc. Proposed solutions: continuous preaching against it to the masses and congress, electronic sting operations(set up) and jail terms to create uneasiness among perpetuators, cooperation with other governments, seizing of properties if one can't defend their charges, and training of appropriate staffs. 2) Security: This, an corruption to me are 60% of our problems. From BH insecurity to ND insecurity to Massob insecurity to OPC insecurity; Then to the robbers, kidnappers, cultist(am guilty- will talk about this in another thread), 419, and idleness. I mean if you have money as a small investor will you risk it in place like that except for the hard heads like us. Proposed solutions: Continuous training of the appropriate staffs, all out forensics for crime fighting like documenting all the INEC election information and acquiring more information through law like making every student from secondary school to university tender their finger print and other DNA relevant to crime fighting. Never owing our security apparatus people salary under any circumstance and hiring competent people with extensive background check. DO not hire cultist or incompetent staffs. 3) Tribalism: This is another dangerous hindrance to our country's existence. Every group is guilty of this shii even me. Tribalism everywhere. I was born and raised in Lagos but some people no one let me drink water drop cup. I go Benin, trouble. I go east, trouble. Proposed solutions: Can tamper the harshness of tribalism through law. Retrain lawyers without that yeye wig and give them the authority to press credible charges on offenders that can cost money, loss of property, and/or jail term(kirikiri tins). 4) Power: This should have been number one but my list still stands. No light creates one more heavy burden we all have to carry in our minds. Our industry suffers, our health declines, our sanity is shaken, and our cost of living increases. Proposed solutions: Supervise this project closely. It might eat a lot of money at first but it needs to be done. All forms of power so that we can say never again. Training staffs with experts on the job. 5) Maintenance culture: We lack this as a society to the point of chronic disorder. Our schools don't encourage it. he government don't encourage it. Really, you have to know the principles and working operations of something before you can maintain it. We lack that. Proposed solution: Encourage it through programs. Give awards for it. Preach it and do it beginning from asorock. Train people for it whenever a new project is started or retrofit is started. 6) Education: Every thing about this one is serious. From owing teachers which decreases their morale to employing new teachers/lecturers who graduated from classes with reduced teacher morale. lose-lose situation. It is so bad that a Nigerian graduate is just a name because many can't spell or write well(am guilty of this) - if you catch our gboom we go claim say English no be my first language. If na science forget it because we dey use reserve from secondary school. Where be say, Chinese people go see mineral for one area for Nigeria or Africa, then come up with a scheme by telling the appropriate government official say them wan build something wey sound big eg stadium, road, govt. house, or even school; then durng construction them dey export sand and the minerals go back them zone to do more research which we lack and resell to us. Cultism in universities are another big factor in our education. How can you honestly learn when you know that if you let your guard down na only you go waka dat journey. So called non cultist students are looked down on, many are forced into churches which is good but when will you have time to read if you almost always have to be in church or explaining to various groups about how you neutral. Lecturers selling illegal handouts, old members of various fraternities, intimidating our future wives, sisters, family, etc into all sorts of activities all to pass. Proposed solutions: Not owing lecturers, conducive but basic infrastructure, electronic crime fighting technologies like electronically bugging the classes, schools, etc. This is a whole thread by itself .... coming soon. Lawlessness: from driving on the wrong side of the road, to selling everywhere and anywhere. Why should I go and have a shop when I can just open one if I divide my house in two or if I can just build a shed and put products in there. Lastma taking money from commercial drivers, police also, dirty bus parks, shitting and urinating anywhere and everywhere comfortable; I mean it goes on and on and on. Proposed solutions: The president and vice should work behind the scenes on this one because many people illiteracy and bruised egos no go make us reason well. They should train and train and train police, mopol, etc. Latsma needs to be disbanded. The judges, lawyers, and police should be given the appropriate authority to bring offenders to book. |
APC go win this election. For the haters na YOYO (you on your own). If APC don't get serious from the get go, top speed, 100km and running na YOYO for them next election. Infrastructure, security, and education is what I need to see happening or else you know the rest .... Thank God, Nigeria dun dey mature so by next election even with security changes, we Nigerians will vote in a more civilized manner and even the political parties will campaign with credible results not America is doing this and that to us, our army WAS not equipped so any hoodlum fit disband them, or money for infrastructure missing with no repercussions. Never again; its better to start cultivating those habits than to keep digging and playing in the mud with corruption habits, no rule of law habits, mediocre habits from all branches of our government and lecturers. We need to start putting our state govt. feet to the fire and make them do their work. Mr President, you have tried, e no easy. Is not a child's play to lead Nigeria, which is the capital of West Africa and the head quarter of Africa. We are moving too slow to claim our mantle under your leadership like many of those before you; some came and played with it, which am guessing is what you went there to do. Thank you for your great services. You are in Nigeria's history book and will always be respected by all including by our incoming President. You are a great Nigerian and many will learn from you in our different spheres of life. Thank you very much. May God lead our leader and bless his followers. Nigeria is going to the mountain top where the world will come and learn full time study of progression. We are the light of the black race. And together we will make anything African proud with humbleness. Our journey has begun. Buckle up people, the time is now. |
@lookingforjob, you made some sense but then you messed up when you critizied the great Chief Ojukwu of the whole igbo land. So you want Igbo people to criticize the only one that stood up to muslim tyrants whose intentions then were to wipe us out or at least depopulate us. Na wa for you o. Igbo people were not terrorizing Nigeria like boko haram and niger delta militants then, people just let their envy of hardworking igbos to mean arrogance and acted on it in a Nigeria that is supposed to be for all. Guy, i wonder wetin your cv go dey yarn. Goodluck on your job hunt. The great Chief Ojukwu will always be a hero even with his faults to the majority of Igbos in Nigeria and abroad because he gave Igbos hope when we were scared, confused, and disorganized. Am sorry, you will always live with us praising him. RIP the great one. Thank you for your great service in Igbo history. |
EMANY01:Brother, you are right, I speak from experience. I schooled in delsu before I went to UNN. I respect your opinion eventhough I no gbadu your vote. To each his own sha. Politics no suppose make us fight - much respect, unlike some dundees wey wan dey claim superman dem. |
How Mr Musa? because this your explaination don't hold water. They have been ringing it in everyone's ear for a while now to go and get your pvc. Moreover everyone is not going to vote for whatever reason and some even if they wanted to, shoutout to the innocent citizens wounded by terrorist groups in the north and the oil region area in delta, those wounded by armed robbers and cultist groups, those displaced by terrorists, and those that left Nigeria for greener pastures but wish they could participate; May God give you strength and give us(those with pvc) the wisdom to pick your choice in this election because it matters to everyone who leads this country from the pits of uncertainity to greater heights. As for me, Gen. Buhari will get my vote this time around; Not because I think he's the messiah or he will do everything I wish like when he was the military head of state with absolute power, but because I know where he leans. Even him will see the extent that Nigeria is so decayed in corruption, tribalism, planlessness, almost hopeless, and dirty. I just tire for this nation sometimes but I still believe. At least Gen. Buhari can start somethings to put us on the right track. To me I believe he knows that with no constant and affordable electrification then all those old school trains, mass production agriculture, domestic and international investment cannot be meaningful like how it was designed to be. And that's why he gets my vote for one term only because my vote for any candidate or party na term by term i don't care who you are. I was born sortly after gen. Buhari's military time and outside of the main heros(the real dr Azikwe, Awo and them) his term is one of the most respected times in Nigeria's history. I respect Presido. His story/history speaks to me interms of climbing to the top without having that solid connection and I respect that. By all means Presido is trying but he too humble for the many crooks around and to me is as if he just gave up on the common Nigerian and just kukuma start stashing his own pay for him his generation. He doesn't see anything bad in some islam nation called chad patrolling Nigeria's street with guns and flying anyhow in our air; Why couldn't our army encircle those terrorist like they and chad are doing now? too many unanswered questions with no answers. To be fair, many problems started before Presido but e suppose dun dey put us on the right track in full effect no be to dey play play laff laff favour favour everywhere. dey do say like me here like me there. I no dey dat one. My future dey at stake. I never even talk the rot in the universities nation wide where be say runz men dun turn campuses to runz courses, I know that one because I know. Anyhow no change that date o. E dey pain me for body. Tompolo, asari, and all you other cowards with your partners for north do your worst. Chumps. Igbo guy to the core even after I die. |
One man one vote anything else na cheating. With that said this talk sound like parables. I just believe that after 4years Gen. Buhari and his administration can look back and say he tried for electrification, security, and some other major infrastructure, I can't say the same for Mr johnatan. All those agriculture yarns and all those accomplishment wey person no dey see no make sense to me without affordable and steady power supply. Nigeria's problem go pass 20years to solve but this guy just laff laff play play six years like that. To come add insult to injury he come be ijaw wey me and them no fit see eye to eye as to per say their level never reach and e no go reach. Am not a bigot but Ijaw militants kill my very good friend wey happen to get job wey e qualify for inside oil company. And presido still open mouth say them no be terrorist on top of that say e know them. At the end of the day, bygone na bygone RIP bro. Gen. Buhari never open mouth defend boko devils. And all these yarns aside, Gen. Buhari qualify interms of integrity pass the guy. Presido na humble guy wey I go forever respect him humility but truth be told no be hin birthrite to president of a whole Nigeria for 10years like that. So feb. 14 2015 ni ike Chukwu, me one go thumb am for Gen. Buhari. And I hope say e win. |
Good information ayobase but not complete and i think a few electrical vocabulary differences. 1) the power generating plant and type used eg hydro; coal(including type eg bituminous, anthracite, or lignite); natural gas; oil; nuc-power; solar; wind;etc. 2)the step up transformer voltage level used from the generating plant to the transmission substations usually between 12.47kV to 245kV. 3)transmission substation voltage transformed to a lower primary (feeder) voltage normally between 4.16kV and 34.5kV(4160v to 34500v). the primary transmission lines delivers power to distribution substations and heavy industry eg innoson, or major manufacturing plant. 4) distribution substations lines are the lines we see on the roads and on the poles which carries power to a step down transformer normally between 480v or 110/120v which is located in our neighbourhoods. This is then delivered to our homes and small business centers. Our problem in Nigeria is firstly competence and then maintainance. Everybody knows this. Control rooms are part of the generating plant. I always thought a relay is a device that controls electrical circuit by opening and closing contacts in another circuit eg a relay application would be employed(used) in say a switch to start an industrial motor, so when you turn the switch on, an electrical circuit completes a path to a relay which then closes a contact in the relay and in so doing completes an electrical circuit for that motor. hence, relays normally have terms like spst or dpst (single-pole single-throw or double-pole single throw). Relays are used in several applications - using little power to control big power. Fuses and circuit breakers normally open/trip when high current is supplied to an equipment or load they are protecting. I no mean hijack your post. Good job on your part. I appreciate your knowledge. |
cheruv:Thank God say some people head they there. We cannot be dragged in and out anyhow. Look at how Yorubas are micro influencing itsekiri and benin almost like world power and puppet never the other way around. Am not saying we should do this but neither should we let any group in Nigeria bully us anytime they feel. Once again, the igbo tribe is a major tribe that is to be reckoned with and other major tribes know this. Na so e suppose be. Nwanne cheruv, may God bless you and continue to fill you with wisdom. We will continue to organize small small. Massob continues to recruit members daily and shaping up to be a formidable force. We igbos are not retailating the civil war but we surely know our true friends. Ijaw militants or their cause is not one of them. Our true friends akwa ibom and uyo are the most peaceful set of Nigerians on the national stage but no one should take them for granted cuz Igbos will back them no matter how small or large their aggressors are. We hope for peace but we ready for war or skimish. |
Some intelligent igbo guys here are giving me hope. I forsay, how can igbos, a very major tribe cower for some minority. People wey i hear say betray us. Yorubas can betray us because they are also a major tribe but our next door neighbor - mba; them mess up big time. We Igbos should fight and die for us, uyo, and akwa ibom. We should further more push for anioma state in delta state and solidify even more in ph. Ijaw militants will make a huge mistake messing with las gidi because igbos live there. Them go make igbo and Yoruba work together against them meanawhile, only Yoruba go dent them wella without igbo help talkless of north. all you militants should not come to asaba to hide o, talkless of crossing the niger bridge, na that one go pain me well well and e no go easy for una. You militants equals boko haram to me and we igbos don't support either one. |
Ohaneze is an illegitimate group of mumus, they speak for themselves; Their influence is steadily becoming a mockery. Next massob meeting i will def. let my disgust known. We the igbos cannot and should not bow to ijaws under any circumstance. Chei, na so my vote take go buhari end. Ijaw miltants should be treated as bokoharm militants. Meaning ijaw militants equals boko haram terrorist any how wey you look am. Same thing different locations. |
or present day AKS.they're the only true ally Igbos have in this Ohanjiko Ohaneze Naijiria.
