Bosses/Great minds.. Kindly advice/assist me with a good buy of below $100 for trading and penny stock that can be invested in for at least 6 months Thanks
Keep an eye on $GEVO (Gevo Inc) currently at $0.59. The COVID-19 pandemic hit this company hard in the first quarter. With business opening back up that run back to $2-$3 is on the cards

Honestly.
Stocks like this eventually gets the attention of the investing public and soars.
But they need to prove they are ready to compete and innovate like today's high flyers.

Eg. with all the opinions (including Elon Musk's voiced out comment weeks back) about Tesla being overvalued, it is still rising.
The rise may appear unjustified, but people invest for many diverse reasons.
It could crash or pull back any time as the market never moves in a straight line, but what will sustain or stabilize the price depends on what the company is doing to remain competitive.
They have concluded plans to buy their own lithium mine.
That's a very vital component of EV that eats deep into operating costs in the industry because the batteries that powers these vehicles are made of lithium.
Such bold and daring move is what makes Elon/Tesla tic.
This highlights the fact that large-scale EV adoption really depends on the reliable supply of battery materials. From the upstream mining companies to chemical companies, battery pack, and battery cell producers. This industry's stocks are the ones for the future.

I was told I need a dollar account for wire transfer by someone on Nairaland. Is that true? If so, what bank do you suggest I open one?
Yes, a dom account. I don't like giving all the banks free plugs, but GTbank is good for that

Skrill has a lot of complaints against them. From closing accounts without any tangible explanations to high deduction without refund. The list goes on. That's the only reason I paused my registration with trading 212.

Check naira land for more of those complaints. You might just decide to move on to something else.
Why not use wire transfer for Trading 212 instead Skrill?

I have a mind-bugging question.....

so, we trade with a specific strategies(every trader)… but market sentiment affects us all, day traders and swing traders.

my question is; what informs a change.

I know the market could be trendy, rangy or choppy, but in all my years ive not been able to spot the exert swing in mode...... .

any clues.
The earning reports, companies inside moves, the Fed's decisions, even the president's utterances, and most important to me is the price action... You have to keep tabs on at all times..

Yes, ma.
Minimum of $50 straight to your Naira or dorm account. Not as quick as PayPal though. It takes a few days for some banks and same day for some if the withdrawal is initiated on time.
Does Payoneer to dorm work? I think Payoneer's transfer is ACH, not wire

ROKU (Yesterday's price $113)

Based purely on technical analysis, this will give a quick returns.
For those who understand technical charts, ROKU is now sitting on a beautiful "Double-Bottom" as shown in the attached chart which is sure to give a good short term return.

So 4 days ago on 30th January I bought into this Chinese electric car manufacturer NIO at $4.03/share.
I thought it would tank further when it went down to $3.80ish yesterday due to the coronavirus scare in China.
It has powered to $4.54 right this moment at an 11.7% gain today.
Bros, which brokerage firm do you use?

Good evening guys, how are you all doing? As you read this, my total body system wants to shut down because of the stress I went through this week. I've been travelling from one state to another.

Why was this thread created? I bought $100 PayPal funds from Ayo84, in which I paid him instantly. Few minutes after, I received a mail saying someone sent me $50.

I discovered it was him and told him to send a email so I'll send it back. Obviously he wanted to be using my PayPal account to send and receive which I won't subscribe to. He then said I should login into my PayPal to send $20 to this Skrill account: "hassannasir1121@outlook.com".

I was surprised because it's not possible and was wondering where he was getting at. Before this time, I asked him why he sent $50 afterwards, and he said because he trusted me. I was still curious as to where he was headed when he said this.

This afternoon, after waking up from a deep sleep with a serious headache, I saw his WhatsApp message telling me to send $5 to someone. I didn't want to because my body was in pains and I was not comfortable to but I knew if I told him later, he could say something else and I knew ignoring him could result to keep his funds in my account.

I mistakenly sent $20 instead of $5. I thought it was the $20 he had said earlier. I apologized for this and told him to tell the guy to make a refund of $15, lobatan.

He said I should request for a refund, In short, I already opened a dispute. Then he started saying annoying words and made mention of my religion which got me mad. I told him to pay me to teach him how to create a PayPal account that can send and receive. He said he knows how to then I told him to create one so I'll move the rest of his funds to him today. He said he doesn't want to open one because of reasons best known to him. I don't want to have anything to do with him anymore. Some Nigerians are funny and can be very annoying.

I've given him till nightfall to move out all his funds, if he doesn't, the funds would remain in my PayPal till he sends an email to recieve all of his money.

Thank you reading guys. Be careful of people on here. Some just want to tarnish your image.

Stay safe you all. One love.
Bros, I wanna learn how to run me own PayPal... How much?

On Sunday night before the forex market opened, I and my boys made a call for a sell for Crude because of the dispute between Saudi and Russia and everyone of our students made good $$$. I also said Naira will fall and $$$ will rise and it happened yesterday. Most of us already made enough $$$ for the yr legally and some are still out there looking for a job!!!

Meanwhile some of my relatives and friends didn't help me when they had the opportunity to do so. They turned their back on me and God showed up with a skill set!!!

Moral of the story: Wealth is not in places, it's in people. Only one person can change ur life if he chooses to show u exactly what he is doing and succeeding...Think and grow rich, don't wait for others or Nigerian Govt!!! U go just old there...
