I was actually enjoying your write up until i got to the "The Current game plan..."part, i'm afraid i think your argument is kind of biased

let me give u guys one simple but overlooked fact about human nature, NO MAN/WOMAN IS EVER SATISFIED. which means if a person wants something and they get it, they begin to think they can do better.

the feminist movement began with demands for equal social and economic rights and if you ask me, that demand has been met (basically). but like i said, they now think they can do better.

Men are superior because nature says so, anything other than that alters the balance of nature.

The current game plan of feminists is to emasculate men, they say a man is supposed to help his wife in the kitchen or else he is considered old fashioned and crude.
They say a man should help do laundry and some cleaning cos its sexy...... , trust me, there is nothing sexy about a man with a mop.
They say no man should hit a woman,...... okay i have nothing to counter that except if maybe i say real men dont hit women, real men hit bitches.

If it were natural for women to be superior, why do men still approach women for dates? why do men take the blame when there is chaos in a family? why is it that the worst thing on this planet apart from a bad woman, is a broke and lazy man? why is the heir to every throne including family inheritance the first boy even if he has elder sisters? I will tell you why, it is because MEN HANDLE BULL SH*T BETTER, its because are wired to tolerate nonsense and to stay calm in the face of adversity.

The woman is there to SUPPORT. see how i highlighted the word support. that should be every womans guiding word in any relationship with a man. any woman that thinks she should be equals with her any relationship is only limiting the mans potential and laying the foundation for an unhappy future. infact men of destiny should steer clear of such women.

The one true solution to all these lies in the hands of the men. am saying men should be men and stop apologizing. take the lead, take control, be good to your woman but never compromise on discipline with her. and finally, at all cost, AVOID LAZYNESS.

As funny as your write up sounds,it is one sided. The question is for an arranged "marriage" and not for an arranged wife. I liked it though. As for. The question, I believe it's a fifty fifty chance but personally, I don't approve.

Not all men behave better when around a beautiful woman. Some of them are out there to humiliate women they see as Beautiful. I met one of such men when in school. I went to register for a course outside my dept. It was on a hot day and the queue was long and discouraging. I stood behind the last person,respecting myself and patiently waiting for my turn.This young Graduate assistant singled me out from the crowd and sent me on a stupid errand. I respected the fact that he was incharge of the registration ,and I didn't want any trouble. When I came back,he told me to come back the next day,"I'm tired",he said. I was so furious I refused going back there the next day. When I went there two days later,he refused to attend to me on the grounds that I did not heed his advice to come back when he told me to.I pleaded with him but it seemed he had made up his mind. He even told his colleagues that I was stubborn. I cried so hard my heart ached. I had to meet the lecturer before I could register that course.One month after that, an unknown number called me and behold it was this same fool. He told me he liked me and that the only thing he could do to get my attention was to hurt me. I dealt with him afterwards. To cut the long story short,some men feel so inferior they want to hurt/humiliate any lady they feel they can't get.

Congrats to her...BTW, this kind of traffic can drive someone nuts

cococandy: Any body who's a parent should know their family comes first. Be he husband or wife.
A man who makes all the money in the world without being available for his kids is still considered a failure as a father.
Kids who grew up with absentee fathers know this too. That no amount of money can make up for the parents deep and intimate involvement in their lives.

This mindset is what makes mothers more celebrated than fathers because despite all the money the kids are more bonded with who was available for them.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with being ambituous be you man or woman. But a balance is necessary for both parties. And curtailing your ambitions as a woman isn't the answer. That's bondage.
Knowing how to make the best of your time is the answer.

Who's talking about African women in particular here?
Do African women raise better kids than other races? Look at Nigeria as a case study and look at other societies and tell me how relegating yourselves to the background or curtailing your ambitions as african women has helped your country.

I still maintain it is better for the kids if both parents make time for them. Excusing fathers' absence in the name of bread winning is almost the same thing as a single mom raising her kids alone with the father paying child support.

remsonik: I would ve a hard time settling with such a man cos I and my siblings are raised to be very ambitious and there were no barriers or limitations cos I am a girl. My dad was doing his private business while my mum was in the civil service. My mom rose to the top and she retired and my dad kept pushing her to achieve more,get a doctorate degree and rise to the pinnacle of her career.
If the man is insecured that's when he starts feeling his wife is over ambitious. A woman doesn't need to abandon or limit her dreams cos of a man. If she indeed is lazy even limiting her dreams won't make the home any better.
We didn't ve maids while growing up but my mom was a homemaker and my dad assisted her too.
My parents have been married for close to 40 years.
