I have reread that tweet, there was no part of it that suggested they were soliciting fund to rent people as you implied.

She clearly stated the purpose for the fund.

1. To hire the buses to be used to convey people from the rural areas.

Meaning there are obidients in the rural areas that are willing to participate but needs to be conveyed. Even churches makes provisions for conveying members in rural areas for service and crusades.


2. To hire lowbeds they will use for rally.

She wasn't soliciting for money to hire anyone. The money she mentioned wouldn't have been enough to hire anyone
