But now we have the Innjoo smartphones with even higher functions and at cheaper prices.

sorry dear but that will be in their dreams because Tecno are becoming wise and so far the rate of new model phones has reduced.they're watching the market before a release.at least innjoi does not have customer care centre at the moment.

I use L3 too .first of all,u to subscribe to a service provider e.g airtel bis or ais plan ,mtn night plan at 4.5g for N2,500.
then u have to download different applications that suits you.suggested ones are Avg anti virus, mobiwol(an application that restrict your data consumption),adobe reader,flash player,mobogenie (a substitute for Google play),upgrade your whatsapp or ask a friend to sent you via flash share, bbm ( optional for instance delivery and read messages), games(like angry bird if u are the game type).
3.android phones consumes data even if you switch off your data-especially on etisalat because I notice that even though my mb is exhausted and I off all my app from running, they still charge unlike bb phones.
Tecno L3 is so far one of the best Tecno brand that has long life battery span. I will post a picture of my phone and what I use in caring for it

NETSPIDER: Lol. Its not expensive. They charge you same call tariff you always use to call with your normal main account. The only thing I hate about it is just that you must finish your main account credit before moving to your bonus.

Dear Sir,

It is with utter dismay that I send this mail.

I am a post paid customer on the 2 good classic package since 2010.
Presently I run 2 lines for my wife and myself. The numbers are 0708xxxxxxx and 0808xxxxxxx.
Both have a monthly limit of 5000 naira and for the past four years, not once have i defaulted in monthly payment for bills accrued by me.

Both lines have the BCM monthly data plan running on them since February 2013. This allocates 1024megabytes of data for which the sum of 1400naira is automatically deducted from each line on the 1st of each month and this data has not been exhausted by us.

However to my extreme consternation, starting from this month, both lines have been debited ostensibly for data usage under a 'so called PAYU plan'. These deductions are collectively to the tune of over 3000 naira for both lines under one week.
This is nothing short of fraudulent as at no time did either my self or my spouse subscribe to such nonsense.

In any case, what manner of 'PAYU' deducts from the balance I work hard to purchase while claiming to be for my benefit. PAYU that actually steals from you?

Kindly look into this matter and refund the monies taken decietfully from us as I have resolved to change to an alternative network if a suitable solution is not found by the end of the next billing cycle.

from what I observed, I think you need to flash back wheather you browsed with your line before payment was made. steps to resolve this are
1. call the post paid customer care, record your conservation and save the customers I'd
2.make sure you are completely sure that it was not your fault in one way or the order before apporting blames
3.After discussing with them and you are not satisfied, call NCC and provide them with the customer's id

sorry to say but is that those using android are more than windows phone? because it surprise me when bbm for android was released, a lot of thread were opened even when it has not finally come out as at then. we even had possible solutions to some problems that occurred but the reverse is the case for windows phone. please windows user respond na

if you are interested in gaming, use android device like Tecno p5 and to reduce data consumption, download mobiwol firewall from Google play then limit the number pictures you view online . for bb bold 2,you hardly see those games you see on android but data wise it's good. you can use Airtel bis on android phones too.
