I love all the women here but please as virtuous women pls

1. Lets respect our husband, men love respect, they feel like kings when respected, respect in the areas of, cooking what he wants, keeping his clothes in the manner he loves and other little things that makes him happy

2. Communication: sometimes we women assume that he man knows (oh he sees it so he knows), no its not like that. Open your mouth and talk, talk politely, as for me I can shout and talk for one hour for him to get the message, but in all know when to talk and don't say things that will hurt both of you

3. Be quick to forgive: when beef happens be quick to resolve the issue, don't go on for days keeping malice, always look for solution quick and allow joy and peace in the home

4. Appreciate and compliment him: when last did u kiss your husband? When last did you tell him you love him? Please I beg us, appreciate him no matter what, tell him you see all his effort and you appreciate him, when he dresses up, tell him he looks cute make him happy

5. Free your heart: make sure you are happy, take yourself out, or take him out, even if its just an evening walk, or any karaoke place.

May God bless our homes and may we enjoy our marriages, there shall not be any separation or bad news.
We all will grow old in peace, joy, love and happiness with our kids and DH, may GOD help us. Amen

Men don’t deserve nice women cos they will step on you and treat you like foot mat.. early in my marriage, i used to complain to my people or his over little things not even this serious o but now eh i trash things myself with my mouth or action.. I feel relieved seeing that I’m not the only one having discharge o! Was planning to see a doctor cos I didn’t have discharge in my other pregnancies and on a normal day, the only discharge i get is ovulation discharge..

8 weeks is perfectly fine for your first scan. For the antenatal, general hospitals won't take you until you have passed first trimester but you can register in a private hospital at anytime you want

God is good I was the one who said scan said baby weigh 4.1 to God be the glory contractions started last night went to hospital by 10am and delivered 3.4 baby boy by 12pm... Thank you all for your support and advice I love you,God is good am a living testimony of that

Thanks for all your suggestions, i got this nestle sparking water and i was able to drink it without throwing up..

Try chilled water, datz wat I do drink in my first trimester with yogurt

It’s chilled water i have been trying to drink o, i tried it again now and still threw up.. i will try adding lemon like someone suggested.. thank you

Try to add lemon or strawberries and ice to the water and see if you can tolerate it. I experienced this in my second trimester and was living on juice and Soda which made me badly constipated. My OB recommended I add lemon to cold water for some flavour. It worked for me. Till now, I am able to drink 2 - 3 litres of cold lemon water daily.

Good morning mamas, please has anyone tried having a vaginal delivery after 2 C sections? Do doctors encourage it in Nigeria? Google is saying you can try it but I’m always hearing that once you have had upto 2 that you cannot try VG delivery again.

Team November here � I’m not having any symptoms yet, just a positive test result.. Third pregnancy

I have been battling with ulcer since last year, I have tried different medications, symptoms go then come back.. I always experience severe heartburn then difficulty in breathing too.. it was a doctor and the lab that diagnosed it’s ulcer, I haven’t seen a gastroenterologist
Please without Endoscopy, can a gastroenterologist detect the exact thing wrong? Cos I have spent a lot of money on medication.. i even got some herbs but they are not effective

Scan said my baby weight was 4.2kg even at that I insisted on VBAC because the reason (bp) for the previous CS did not arise.

I laboured for four hours and baby was given birth to at 41 week with a tear.

What was the reason for your previous CS?

I stopped dilating after i was induced..And they said it's because the baby was big, he weighed 4.4kg

Good morning sirs and mas...please I am so worried .My son will be 2 months on Sunday..The last time he pooed was 3 days ago..I am very worried..So are my wife and MIL..He cried a lot throughout the night .We thought he will poo but he didn't .E Jo nitori olorun(pls for God sake).I am so worried right now .(2)We stopped using AAbidec multivitamin for him because without it,he eats a lot .Can we continue using it for him?

If he's on exclusive breastfeeding then there's no need to worry,at least that's what i learnt from newborn thread because my son also went like 6 days without pooing when we were on exclusive...you can give him enough water if he isn't exclusively breastfed, it should help..Do you think he cried throughout the night cos he hasn't pooed?

Awww, congrats...did you get a tear nd how long were you in labor pls? I will be going to the hospital tomorrow to see my doctor nd check baby's weight too..I don't know if I should just hold on and fall into labor or just have a repeat CS I think baby will be upto 4kg now

Dr don't advise big babies for VBAC moms cos of the pressure on the uterus.

I know I did but my baby was less than 3.5kg at 40 weeks
Lioha did too but I'm not sure how big her baby was.
You may need to do some digging as most VBAC moms might not be online to answer you.

Please those that had successful VBAC, did any of you have big babies? Like upto 4kg, I'm yet to make up my mind tho I have gotten a date for my ELCS but I want to see if i can try vaginal delivery.
