MMM hasn't crashed. But payments have been stopped for one month due to the increased demands for help from people and government interference.
As the scheme is based on the percentage of returning members, I believe it will serve to maintain continuity.
The only problem is that most Nigerians swallow rumours and may declare that it has crashed. Proper education on the freezing/postponement will ensure that people do not panic.

So far MMM has come under a constant attack from you. In this regard, I would like to ask you a few simple questions. Since you are concerned with the interests of millions of your fellow citizens, I hope that you would be so kind to answer them.

1. What are you trying to get? Do you want the MMM System to collapse and millions of people to suffer? Who will support them then if now MMM is their only means of livelihood? Will you? You even don’t pay wages to people? Or might you not care about them? Might you be using a trendy topic to make a good name for yourselves? What will you say to a mother who will have no money to buy food for her child? Will you let her child die for the sake of the higher interests of the economy?

2. You say that MMM is a scam. What is the scam here, if all members are warned in advance about all the risks, the possible and impossible ones? They know there are no investments at all. The warning is a red text on a yellow background placed on most prominent place of the website.

3. You say that MMM is bad. Why? Yes, it produces nothing, but nothing gets out of the country either. The money is just redistributed among the citizens of Nigeria. It gets from those who are richer to poorer ones, in this way restoring social justice. What''s wrong with that?

4. You have repeatedly stated that "it should be investigated!.. researched!.." It means you know nothing about this System yet; you even haven’t understood how it works. Isn’t it completely irresponsible of you to make all these allegations and play with the lives of millions of ordinary people?

5. And finally. If you know what is right for people, why is the life so bad in the country?

P.S. As for your statement that "everything will collapse soon". The system has been working in Nigeria for a year, and according to your estimates, the total number of members now is about 3 million people. In Nigeria the population is approximately 195 million. Can you calculate? Will it be “soon"? :-))

According to a report by Daily Mail UK, a conspiracy theorist, Nora Roth, has claimed that Jesus will return to Earth this month, December 2016, guiding his people to heaven and leaving the planet totally sterile for 1,000 years.

Nora who is a Christian computer programmer, says she has performed complex calculations which suggest the apocalypse will occur by the end of 2016. The claims have been made on Ms Roth’s website, MarkBeast, in a post called ‘2016 The Time of the End.’

At that point she said, ‘everlasting righteousness will be brought in’, and Earth will be ‘left to rest’ for a millennium.

Ms Nora Roth wrote:

‘In the fall [autumn] of 2016, the 6,000 years of sin on earth will come to an end, everlasting righteousness will be brought in, and Jesus will come again to take His people to heaven.’

‘Then the Earth will begin its 1,000 years of rest.’


Nora Roth believes that each person has a probation time on Earth. Her calculations are based on an excerpt from the Bible’s Book of Daniel, which tells the story of the Jewish people’s forced relocation to Babylon. In the story, Gabriel says that ‘Seventy sevens are decreed […] to put an end to sin.’ She believes that ‘sevens’ refers to a Jubilee cycle, which is a unit of time.

The Bible states that the working week should be six days long, with a rest day on Sunday. This also extends on a larger scale, and Ms Roth says that God ‘told the children of Israel to plant and to harvest their land for six years and then let the land rest the seventh year.’

A Jubilee Cycle consists of seven of the larger units, followed by a year of rest – a total of 50 years. Ms Roth writes:

‘The 70 Jubilees began in 1416 BC when God’s children entered Canaan.

‘The 70 Jubilees will end 3,431 years later in 2016 AD.’

However, Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual, says the predictions have little evidence to them.

Speaking to MailOnline he said:

‘Obscure numbers and codes are loved by fear-mongers, and by using them to predict the end of the world, they show they have an insight into the mind of God and/or the workings of the Universe. Using knowledge of past predictions, and the fact we are still here, I predict we shouldn’t worry about this latest revelation.’

This is not the first claim that the world will end in 2016 due to the second coming of Jesus.

In July, a video posted on YouTube claimed that a magnetic polar flip would trigger worldwide earthquakes and a ‘rolling cloud’ that would destroy the world.

End Times Prophecies, who posted the video, claimed that the Earth is currently overdue a magnetic flip, and predicted it would happen in July as it overlapped with the ‘second coming of Jesus.’

Luckily for us, the world did not experience a magnetic polar flip, and did not end in July.
