I have tried severally through wifi and through my airtel and mtn line to check for 10.2 update on my BlackBerry Q10 but was unable able to get a positive except that version 10.1.2030 that I installed is the current version avaliable. I have downloaded blackberry link new version to check for update instead it shows me same version 10.1.2030 which I already have on the fone. My BlackBerry 10, I bought it from at&t usa and unlock it there before started using it. What's your advice on how to go about upgrading it?

BBM now live!!!!!!

We promised you'd be the first to know when BBM™ for Android™ and iPhone® is available. We’re excited to announce that the rollout has resumed!

Due to incredible demand there is a line-up to start using BBM. But, since you took the time to sign up in advance, we'd like to give you the chance to start using BBM on Android or iPhone right away without having to wait in line.
Here's what to do to get past the line-up:
1. Visit BBM.com from your iPhone or Android browser to download BBM.
2. Once the BBM app has been installed, open it.
3. When asked to "Enter your email address to check if you can start using BBM", use the email address this message was sent to.
4. Get started with setting up BBM.
Note to iPhone users: Apps can take up to a few hours to appear in the App Store so if you don’t see it right away, it will be there soon.

mikeamosu: Tmobile USA
You need to generate unlock code with Imei number which will cost you 45 dollars since bb10 is still not easily generated. Meanwhile new law in usa forbids unlocking with proper approval from the network provider the phone is locked to. Cranckberry collect 55 dollars for the code.

I plug my Z10 and my Q10 on the charging point. Z10 is t-mobile branded while Q10 is at&t branded. Both unlocked. Later I discover that the z10 is off. I tried switching it on to no avail up till this moment. Have given it to be repaired. Does anyone has this same issue? Meanwhile this glo data fluctuation is giving me concern, I wish to change. Quantity without quality is not the best thing I guess.
PhonesRe: Blackberry 10 Devices Home: Z10, Q10 Etc by vozkini(m): 6:08pm On Sep 07, 2013
How is the airtel service because it's becoming frustrating that I may switch to airtel. My only trouble will be where to cut my sim card.

walcolm: Yeah I have been using glo bis for quite a while too and I liked the 3gb data allowance. The reason they are having this challenge now is because they are blocking androids from using their bis and partially blocking BlackBerry 10 to force us to use the expensive dedicated plan.

I currently use my airtel BIS on my GS3 but I might make the switch to airtel on my z10 too if glo continues like this
PhonesRe: Blackberry 10 Devices Home: Z10, Q10 Etc by vozkini(m): 3:28pm On Sep 06, 2013
@walcolm,
For long I have being using blackberry Internet services on Glo networks and have really enjoy their services. But sometime 3 months ago, I stop using their network before I got upgraded to Q10 and now decided to try them again. To my dismay, I have being experiencing frequent data fluctuations. It will come and go at intervals especially when you desire to make use of the data services. I also discovered that they restricted their blackberry service to only 3G and 2G. Whereas when I inserted another network in my Q10 I was able to detect 4G,3G, 2G and LTE. I wonder why Glo could be doing that while granting excess megabytes. I called their customer service and complained about this their frequent data fluctuations. They were never like this before.

walcolm: Is anybody else in ph and on the glo comonth plan having data issues or is it peculiar to me?

@Walcolm,
What gykes experience before his phone started working with Glo, I experience same when I first subscribed though I didn't subscribe with comonth but I subscribe BB10 Mid month at the cost of 1400. I was allocated 2GIG. But I have exhausted the data. I think I have less than 500MB now with me. My question is, if I exhausted the remaining one, can I be able to subscribe say Glo absolute plan that cost 1500 to get 3GIG cos I want to be receiving 3G networks on my phone. I prefer absolute plan to comonth. Please advice.

walcolm: glo is #1400 for the CoMonth plan although i hear the price has dropped to 1k

load #1500 and text CoMonth to 777

Look for code to migrate to easy clique or easy starter but make sure you have 100 naira worth of airtime before you do it. It will disconnect you from your BIS
