It also seems like France has abandoned vfs. So any applications made through vfs will be delayed. Since they are now using TLS consult for their visa applications. |

How can one do that from Nigeria here Atinukemi23: l
We challenged the ECO decision last month for reconsideration, like I said previously it is not all the ECO that knows what he or she is doing, some roasted me for that statement, I have seen so many refusals that made absolute no sense, they are humans, they have hormones too we have the bad eggs among them who just refuse you based on flimsy excuse(s). I didn’t take the second refusal likely, as there was no difference between the previous refusal which was last year, and the this recent one and it is based on financial grounds( enough sufficient funds with proof). (Looked more like a copy and paste to me ) Pre action protocol (PAP) was sent to the home office giving them 14days to reconsider before taking it further to court for JR. They responded on the 14th day and yes a senior caseworker in his/ her right senses looked at the evidence submitted and he/she did agreed it was sufficient enough to grant the entry clearance visiting visa in the first place. If we had accepted fate and re - apply the third time it MAY be refused again and that is too much dent, although they claim every new application(s) is decided based on its merit but I do not want to believe they do not look at your past history with them in concluding. So fingers crossed on when my aunt and her children will be asked to bring their passports, it shouldn’t take up to 3months sha. Sometimes you just have to push some buttons. Don’t let the refusal bring you down, but first, do the right thing. And good luck to everyone. |

How can someone set up tracker with his UCI for someone that applied using old portal. Please advice Gentlesoul3268: I don't know why you people always worried yourself? Since you said she received passport collection and what else again do you want ?
IRCC portal don't shows update most time but if you can set up a tracker with your UCI you will see alot going on with your application.
Don't stress your self chikama lol infant many people on this thread feel ask if they should eat lunch !!!!?
Congratulations to your sister |

Atinukemi23: It was hers. They are well traveled, valid USA visa Valid Canada Visa Valid Schengen visa. She is into Poultry and Fish pond Business Savings accounts, business accounts, domiciliary accounts, registration of business, CAC, tax clearance, hotel booking, cover letter, copy of my passport, utility bill, invoices, evidence of children in full time education, landed properties, assets and so much more bla bla bla.
But the ECO wasn’t satisfied. Like I said earlier you can submit all you have and still get spanked and you can make a big mistake and still get granted. Game of Luck do play important role. I told them they can continue to enjoy their visas and leave U.K. alone for now. Hope this helps. You are absolutely right. Travel to UK alone before and wanted to renew my visa and included my family. They denied us on a flimsy excuse. Most of them just Dey there Dey deny visa on any flimsy excuses. |

Thank you Newbiein2016: Congrats!
I love Paris but with the ongoing strikes, you may need to adjust your plans carefully to enjoy your stay with minimal disruptions.
There's a lot to do and depending on your interests (museums, architecture, food, fashion etc. ) you can tailor your itinerary accordingly but my biggest tip especially during this period of strikes is to stay in one of the single digit arrondissements - this will allow you walk to sites if the transport lines are shutdown.
See this blog post for tips and itinerary ideas while travelling amidst the strikes: https://worldinparis.com/tips-for-visiting-paris-during-paris-transportation-strikes |

Prior the issuance of the visa. Previous application was denied. It’s the same application and same documents used earlier even my cover letter was a shorten instead of before and I even use pen to complete the cover letter and sign. I was denied earlier and someone told me that most people are likely to be given visa by Schengen country if you have the mention visas on your passport. That’s the reason for the observation @hunee hunee: I just observed that UK, Usa and Canada or Australian gives you 50~70% credit for them to consider issuing you visa Please explain this |

Another income is from rents Tutu82: To move a large sum at once looks fixed why can’t she just use that account since it’s hers as well then explain the source on additional information page.1.2m is a decent amount and since you sponsoring her it looks okay.
£14,000 is over 10m so looks good in principle but remember you not expected to spend all your savings on one trip so recalculate ticket, accommodation and everyday spending for the duration of the trip and make sure it’s no more than 5million.Tickets alone will set you back 2m depending on the ages of your children ie a toddler,s ticket would be way cheaper than a child above 10 years old.Hope this makes sense.
I based this on the fact that your wife has 1.2 m which is emergency money not spending money since you sponsoring her as well.
Do you have any other stream of income?. |

Her bal is 1.2m which she will move 1m to her regular account from another account she hardly transact on. Just trying to make sure her own account issue won’t affect us all. As for me the sponsor I have about £14k naira value on my savings. I hope that will work for family of 5? |

Tutu82: Hi. You would use the same online procedure you used for your visa and same documents sort of documents you used to sponsor yourself such as iv letter or proof of accommodation,A recent 3-6 months statement of account…stuff like that.
A difference would be you will add marriage certificate for your spouse and birth certificate for your children and a letter from their school saying they on holiday that period though this is not a compulsory step but helps.
You also need to have enough funds to cover the return airfare and living cost throughout the duration of their trip.
That’s all i can think of for now but follow the previous thread and go on the gov website it’s been discussed repeatedly. Happy Sunday to you all. Tutu82 et all. Thank you on your guide.
