Hello seniors,

Please I want you to clear some concerns we have about POF.

We are using a gift deed from my mum plus some money in wifey's account. My mum will send the money to me & do a gift deed for me. Wifey is the PA.

Are we okay if we submit the ffg docs:

1. Gift deed
2. A simple letter (from me) that she has access to the money
3. One week or One month SA from me (accompanying spouse) to reflect the transfer
4. Transfer receipt
5. Wifey's 6 months statement of account
6. Wifey's Bank reference letter

I don't know if I need to get my Bank reference letter too?
How long (2or 3 days ) does the money need to be in my account before I collect my statement of account?

Thanks so much as you assist.

Ok. I appreciate.

Stencil:
IRCC isn't concerned with how much you get paid. What they care about is that you do get paid, no matter how "small" it is

Travel / Re: Living In Canada/Life As A Canadian Immigrant Part 2 by wale200: 7:57am On Jan 12, 2021
Okay. Many thanks.

slushy:
I don’t think the amount of money stated as salary matters to IRCC as long as you have your POF. They just want to know that it was paid work. People have used only NYSC for experience and their pay was 19800.

Good day my dear seniors.

Please pardon my question here.

If spouse is the PA and because of covid her salary was slashed. This has been her salary for more than 6 months now and it's clear on her statement of account.

My question is this. Which salary is it advisable for her to use? She feels the current salary is kinda small.

Thanks and may God bless all of you in Canada. We are coming to join you guys soon God willing.

Thanks for the answers. Appreciate.

You are welcome ,glad I could help
Personally I will advice the funds are directly done to the PA by a blood relative and a gift deed for the sum (mother, father or siblings).
Documents required would be BS,GD and REF ....or any other document required to proof your funds

Please correct me if any

Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by wale200: 10:41am On Jan 05, 2021
And please try and enlighten me further. If I do gift deed as an accompanying spouse for the money from my parent and I write a simple letter that the PA has access to the funds:
1. Will I add my statement of account for 6 months?
2 Will my wife still add her 6 months statement of account if the remaining POF is her account?
3. Does the PA need SA and bank Ref letters in bank accounts that don't involve in the POF.

Thanks very much as you kindly answer my questions. And may God bless you.

Hello House.

Pls I would like to ask about Gift deeds.

If I'm accompanying spouse and the money is coming from my parent. Do I ask for the money to be sent to my wife (PA) or me (accompanying spouse) before we do the gift deed for it?
Thanks my seniors.

PS: This particular scenario was discussed this year but I couldn't get it from the Search.

Hello My Good people.
Pls when creating the EE Profile, there was no place to put the data of our child. Please at what point are we going to add our child in this process?

Also, after doing medicals are there documents from the clinic to be uploaded by each member of the family Post-ITA?

I was always afraid the lights had gone off when it appears as if the fridge has stopped working.. Obviously the thermostat regulating the temperature.
The lights has not blinked. My shoes hardly get dirty even after walking hundreds of metres.

I wrote Ielts once, was I that brilliant? NO. But one thing I had, was determination and God's grace. Infact I was damn slow, that I had to write the major essay in less than 10mins as I had no time. One thing on my mind was that, I won't be paying this exam fee twice, and God helped me.

As a youth try and explore other worlds, Nigeria is an upside down country - this is the best way I can describe it as I am short of words. A country where a PhD holder answers sir to a school certificate holder.

Has it been easy, sure no. But the pain is worth it. Well worth it.

Last word, don't do it for yourself, do it for your kids, your future generation, they will one day thank you.

This is my little pep talk for us here and way of giving back from loads of info obtained here during the process.

Many thanks.
