Many Nigerians are ignorant that Sharia Law is included in Nigerian constitution. It's not imposed on peoples or regions who don't want it.

I will implore you to change the topic such that the mods don't get to see it. The thread may not only be closed but you may get banned.

From the beginning Nigeria has always had sharia law, it is in the constitution. He only wanted it to be practised honestly in the zone where it applies and only between Muslims. It was under obasanjo that zamfara started claiming the states official religion is Islam, and non believers started to get harassed to wear hijab or not ride okada etc. Pdp did nothing to challenge that, and of course we know that sharia or whatever law, in Nigeria it is poor people that will suffer it's impact.
