Bro I actually experienced this as well. I paid my sevis at geiva and after a week I couldn't get my receipt and my interview was approaching.. I was advised by peeps not to go for the interview even my brother here Ricky advised me to reschedule . But I just didn't want to reschedule so I went to geiva on the eve of my interview and complained I really racked for them. The guy had to call his boss to scan the receipt he used in paying for me, I got the scanned receipt and took it to the embassy. At the embassy during the bio metric and all those stuffs , the lady asked me for my sevis receipt and I told her the agency that helped me to pay in the states delayed the payment so the receipt hasn't reflected yet on the website but that I had the confirmation of payment the man used in paying the fee, I was about showing her.. She said I shouldn't mind . So when I was eventually called up for interview by the VO, he checked on his system and I guess he saw I have actually paid and didn't bother asking for the receipt... My interview went normally and by the Grace of God I got my VISA.
I guess even if u don't hv the receipt and the payment hasn't reflected at fmjfee website there's some other way the VO's could verify if you have actually paid . So bro if u sure u prepared for the interview. Pls go ahead!

I'm reinstating my statement, student visa is the easiest to get at the US Embassy provided u know what you saying and having a vast knowledge about your course and school . Many more Success stories to come by Gods grace.

Just take a look @ the way you SMASHED your Visa interview. You are so on point!!!!

Let me tell you something, The reason why the VO issued you that Visa even @ that age of yours is because the VO didn't see you as a Potential Immigrant. He saw you in a different perspective.

The VO saw you as a man with an ambition and you REALLY showed so much signs of a GENUINE STUDENT. And you most especially demonstrated strong HOME TIES in the question where neccessary!

Everything were all spotted in your Interview transcript. You must be very smart and Intelligent. Keep it Up!!!!!

News reaching me now from the US Embassy lagos Location, Just confirmed to me now that our very own Brother here on NL, Walecrysler, just got his US student visa APPROVED today.

And to give you a tip of the iceberg, he is 26 yrs old going for undergraduate studies @ Southwest Minnesota State University and got the Visa @ the first trial.

A big Record breaking here on NL with that age. God really showered a Big favour upon you bro. He is really Wonderful.

Getting US student Visa for undergraduate studies this days with that kind of age and @ your first trial for that matter, is almost like a night mare in the US Embassy lately.

In other words, this goes out to Prospective students who fall under his category, Nothing is Impossible. Keep pushing and believe you shall get it. Age will never be a limit or an obstacule to your success.

honourable house. pls i need everyone's opinion on this.
I made my sevis fee payment thru xxxx on monday 4th of nov. I was told i would be able to print out my receipt from fmjfee.com in 3 working days. I have trying to print out my receipt but it keeps telling me Record not found. I called Bleep office today and they said the payment has been made n i wld be able to print before the end of today bt i just checked it still says the same thing - Record not found. Im confused n bothered as my interview comes up early nxt week. Pls wat do u guys advise i do. Will i be allowed into the embassy without the receipt? Can the vo verify online if i have truely paid? Can the interview be conducted without the receipt,i still have the receipt i used in paying thru Bleep Pls let me knw what you people think. Thanks

waledudu: 3 working days he meant 4 ups.. Sent doc since 2wks via ems nipost 4 9k.. Waiting 2 b delivered.

I can confirm this as well.. My advice to the guy that needs his document sent is to use a recognized courier service , I think FedEx is quite cheap.
I sent my documents through EMS speed post . The school didn't get them till after 14 working days I kept tracking and it was all crappy! If u know say the stuffs important u might wanna use a private courier!!
