Just observing how the Gubernatorial elections have played out, one can see that the region where rigging took place the most was the South East.

All the South West results have been declared.

Leader and co-Convener of the Free Nigeria Group, Dr Moses Ogidi Paul, while addressing newsmen, described the Independent National Electoral Commision, INEC, as a failed institution.

It says whatever else you might have achieved in the election you need to obtain 25% vote cast in FCT.
