hunee: Thanks 🙏 But the address is not stated, and I’d like to know your opinion on their decision. I’m confused because they included the document, and their intention seems to be solely based on tourism, nothing more. Please, I need your advice on this. Thank you! |

Good day, everyone. I received my family visa application today along with a refusal letter. Although it was a first time application. My wife applied to travel with my two children, aged 9 and 7. Below is the list of documents I submitted: Application Letters: Personal, work, leave, children's school, and sponsorship. Financial Documents: Salary bank statement, sponsorship statement, and payslip. Ties to Home Country: Property documents, family photos, car documents, marriage certificate, and marriage photos. Travel History: My own travel history with my wife , and my other travel history. Certificates: Marriage certificate, birth certificates, school certificates, and achievement certificates. The only reason stated for the denial was that there’s doubt about their intentions to return to my home country after the visa expires. I’d like to appeal, but I don’t know where to send the appeal or if it should go through TLS as a normal application. Please, I need your advice on this and guidance on how to go about the appeal process. Thank you all! 1 Like |

Good day, everyone! Been a while. I trust you’re all doing great. I just wanted to remind you that perseverance is the key to success in life. Don’t give up, keep pushing forward. Brazil is a great country where you can invest your time, as it can pave the way to achieving your dreams. For those planning to give birth here in Brazil, start your application early and ensure all your documents are authentic. Your dreams will eventually become a testimony. Be genuine and authentic in everything you do, and trust the process. One love 💕 11 Likes |

xaves: Do not expect any emails from the embassy. You can only track the progress of your application through their website. Recently, it took someone’s application three weeks to move to "under review" after posting her application to the embassy. So, relax! God bless you. 🙏 2 Likes |

MsKay04: 1. I don’t think you should have any problems, but I recommend TAAG if you don’t mind. If you need any assistance at Lagos airport, I know some people who can help. 2. You can even get your CPF while you’re in Nigeria. Your family will also need CPFs to process any documents in Brazil. In short, you can’t do anything without a CPF in Brazil. 3. You don’t need a private hospital because public hospitals have more professionals than private ones. Public hospitals in Brazil are of a higher standard than private hospitals in Nigeria. 4. Yes, as long as they are in Brazil. 👍 5. It’s actually cheaper to buy baby items in Nigeria, but since you’re not planning to stay long, you can do the shopping here. 6. In public hospitals, both C-section and vaginal delivery are free. 7. To save time and money, get a legitimate person to help with the documentation. Pay someone to help you if you need quality services. --- I need your assistance, please. If you are coming anytime soon, I’d like you to help bring my driver’s license from Nigeria. Overall, I help people with their documentation in Brazil, including finding affordable accommodation. You will have to pay for my service. If you’re interested, talk to me on Instagram @its_olawhale. God bless you. 🙏 6 Likes |

IderadeAratumi: Regardless of your insurance, Brazil is not Nigeria and as a matter of fact public health is the best here compared to private. It depends on your choice though. However make sure you know someone that could guide you through because there’s more behind the scene in fact given birth is the cheapest in Brazil it’s not a big deal Ma. 1 Like |

[quote author=IderadeAratumi post=129990066] Thank you so much for your prompt response ma'am. Highly appreciated. I am on insurance and don't want to be a burden to their health system by using a public hospital. Please which hospitals do you suggest in Sao Paulo? I will weigh my options. Do you also think I can start the process of booking a doctor's appointment after my arrival (although that would be 1 month to my Edd)? I sincerely appreciate your time ma'am [ Regardless of your insurance, Brazil is not Nigeria and as a matter of fact public health is the best here compared to private. mobimuc9ja: The truth is Brazil doesn’t give reasons for visa rejection; however, there are many reasons for visa rejection. One could be because of how you fill out your application form, or it could be due to overstaying in travel histories, as the case may be. But I can't determine what caused the rejection until I see all the documents and the application form, based on embassy staff experience. Bro, as long as you weren’t banned, there’s always a way out. Fica com Deus! 1 Like |

untamedd: We all need to be careful with some people on this platform. Last year, I accommodated a pregnant woman I met here. I provided her a room in my apartment at a lower cost compared to what her agent charged. Her agent wanted to place her with another pregnant woman for a higher fee. I saw her like a prayer warrior, despite her disturbing the apartment with her prayers. I assured her I'd help with her documentation and transportation, which I charged her for together. She ate my food, Wi-Fi, and I even got her a SIM card, pizza, ice cream, and more. All for free. I stayed with her at the hospital for three sleepless nights and changed her baby's diapers as she was operated. I spent my own money from the day she arrived in Brazil. After she gave birth, her husband called to argue about our initial agreement. I directed him to his wife, as she knew the details. Despite doing numerous things for her for free, when I discussed the husband's inquiry with her, she blamed his stinginess as an Igbo man and assured me of her family's wealth, promising to pay. To shorten the story, they tried to deceive me and nearly escaped with my money. I managed to retrieve 80% of it before she fled, leaving her baby’s ETA with me because she couldn't pay. She was wicked, disrespectful, and proud. It was painful, especially because she's from my state. There's a saying: 'What goes around comes around.' So, be cautious when helping people on this platform. God bless you all." 6 Likes |
