But before then, i experienced this not quite a long time ago.

A lady i know ,more like a neighbour, their flat is next to mine. But, this very incident got me cracking : One night, I eavesdroped- put it midly- i was out in the balcony - at half past 9pm, and then the next thing I heard after an angry man stormed out into his own balcony was pitiful. The wife asked him if he had replaced the hot water which he used to bath, that is replace it in the bucket where a boiler was connected to an outlet. Crazy! I must say, so I stopped what i was doing and listened more.

The man replied ' I no put any water o!'

The furious wife yelled with impunity.

The man groaned. Then began ' so if you put water for your husband to baff, you go expect am to replace the water. Okay wait for me'

I heard the man's first son say '' but papa why u no replace the water?

I laughed when the man said '' Your father there!!

Then the woman stormed out, told her son to go replace the water giving that he and his younger siblings hadnt taken their evening bath. The man rambled on how he had turned into a boy boy in his own house. This and that, but the lady said something that broke my ankle literally.

I grew up a butty boy until JSS3 in boarding school when I found out the true meaning of life. This guy, Olumide, was lying down on my bed during Saturday inspection so I asked him to get off my bed o, after all he had his own. He asked me to say it again if dem born me well. Of course, I asked him off my bed again and the chairman proceeded to give me the beating of my life. He beat me oooo... Goodness God! He beat the sh!t out of me, leaving me wondering if there was any justice in this world at all. Needless to say, I will never forget that day till the day I die. He beat shege comot for my head that day. I had never thrown a punch before, never been in a fight before, so I promised myself that such a thing will never happen to me again and that I'll always defend myself no matter what. Naturally, I'm never a bully or an aggressor. I took a keen interest in fighting, watching, learning, even practising. That was what also led me to start working out, so I that if I give you a dirty blow you will confess that Buhari is a muslim.

Son, I don't know your age but I've been in the aviation world, way before your birth.

@OP, what course do you intend to study? Most peeps are rushing to do ticketing and reservation but the truth is that there are very few jobs for them now. The sector is now revolving and embracing e-ticketing and that means the era of
TRO's are gradually over. If you must do tickeing and reservation, don't just do foundation course and runaway, no airline would employ you! Go all the way to atleast "consultant" course then quickly go for ' Amadeus, sabre and galileo' GDS courses and grab your certificates. If you are Bi lingual, that's another advantage.

I however won't advise anyone to study T&R now for reasons I gave above. Go for other ' frequently sought and equally highled paid positions' like cargo handling, managerial positions and others.

Just so you know, there's no course known as ' air hostess'. Run from any aviation school that offers such course, they are just after your money.

If you are smart, you really have no need to go to any aviation school. Register and pay online, all your coursebooks would be sent via DHL. You study and write your exams! What's more IATA permits you to go into the exam hall with all your textbooks except the world map(an open exams) so you have no reason to fail. Its even objective questions through out, can it get any better than this?lol

Let us know how it goes but bear in mind also that the aviation industry in naija is NOT all that interesting anymore. . . Salary wise. Lol

Sorry for my Ignorance, Is it possible to do any other course without "Foundation in Travels and Tourism Diploma". Based on my findings I learnt it's an entry level course (prequisite). Moreover I've started studying for the course and it is indeed and entry level course where you learn Industry codes terminology and definitions, GDI, The GDS etc.
