I don’t think you guys can read properly. Any rule or regulation can be challenged in court as long as the plaintiff thinks it is unconstitutional.

Each Senator has the constitutional right to sit in the House. Her presence there as a Senator is not dependent on any senate leader. It only depends on the will of the voters who put her there.

If suspended, her absence for the period of suspension will be her doing. She would have been made to face a disciplinary committee and if penalty is suspension, so be it.
