Senator Ireti doesn't sound like someone scheming, she was put on the spot by Natasha that she knew about the sexual harassment and senator Ireti just defended herself by baring it all. Why would you be insulting and calling her terrible names because she told her story as she knows it?

Why wouldn't Senators hang out and spend time with each other privately? Why can't they be personal friends? There is no rule against that.

If you listen to Ireti, you would hear her saying the four (female) senators are quite close. She even mentioned herself severally visiting Natasha at home, at an instance she was even offered food and they dined together. She also mentioned another female senator visited Natasha at an occasion, she even said she was speaking for all the female senator so that should inform you that everything she said to Arise TV, the other female senators already discussed and agreed about it.

I don't want to see this as a victory for Wike, I would rather see this as a victory for democracy and the rule of law.

There was no way you as a governor will continue to recognize only 4 persons as the state assembly when the state and constituents elected over 30 representatives.

I doubt that they will respect the president's advice to stop impeachment proceedings against Fubara now especially because he didn't keep his bargain on respecting the gentleman advice of the president.

I have some issues and differences with Senator Apabio but on this conduct of Natasha in the Senate on that day, I can't fault him.

She is gone for good in that Senate. How can you make allegations against your leader. Akpabio’s lawyers will cash out by suing her Akpoti for defamation. It’s a criminal offense.

She filed a case of defamation of character against Apabio and his aide in court and then afterwards, she went to Arise TV to make a baseless allegation which can also be interpreted as a blackmail and defamation of character by thesame Apabio.

Did I hear that Natasha is a Lawyer, shouldn't she know better - that she should avoid making statements that can influence a case that she already has before the court. She could have compromised her case in court or exposed herself to the attorneys of the accused.

This drama from Natasha just looks like she wants to be trending or she she is seeking attention.

What I said about Natasha is not in any way inferring or stating that I was there when the Senate President (Apabio) allegedly hit on her, in the presence of her husband.

I only took strong exceptions to her conduct in the house on that day and I also strongly feel that she must be able to prove the "hit on me" allegation otherwise, it is null and void.
