Don't get it wrong, Sharia law will be for Muslims and Sharia court will also be for the Muslims, there won't be any form of generalization. Look at ilorin for instance there is Sharia court in ilorin so is Christianity affected in any form in ilorin? Is traditional worshipers affected in ilorin? Everyone will be doing there things according to their religion teachings. I believe you understand better now?

Why do you want Sharia in a state that already has legal system? In a state that is cosmopolitan and has vast number of Christians and Moslems.

Ilorin - Kwara is predominantly a Moslem state. That is why Sharia, which is illegal, is operational there.

There is no state in the South West that is predominantly Moslem state so operating Sharia there will create conflict.

If Sharia is tolerated in South West, you will now want to have Hisbah or a Sharia enforcement agency about that will now be terrorizing everyone the various neighborhood.

If anyone in the South West prefers a state where Sharia is operational, they can relocate to those states in the North.
