My view is that Trump will eventually come back to the negotiation table and meet with Z. Why?

1. Trump wants full credit for stopping the war and possibly a Nobel peace prize. There are advantages to him having a huge ego.

2. If the US does not secure the mineral deal and abandons Ukraine, then Russia will likely advance and appropriate the lucrative rare minerals for themselves

3. If #2 happens then Russia will have gained a massive upper hand over the US. Trump would have failed to recoup US funding and would lose face. I think it's inconceivable that the US (especially the likes of Rubio) would sit back and let Russia "win".

Right now, ego and emotions are high. When the dust clears and business man Trump considers that he also has a lot to lose if they don't secure the mineral deal via the security backstop, then I believe we will see some good progress.

For the record, I don't mind Trump's tough line on increased NATO spending. He maintained the same line in his last Presidency. Several countries, including the UK, needed to do (a lot)more and they got the push that they deserved.

On the point that Trump would come back to the table I doubt..my reasons are Ukraine needs all the support they can get and without the US Ukraine is done. Europeans are currently paying a hight toll so economically for this war and they are losing. It would be in the best interests for Europeans to reason amongst themselves and meet trump halfway.... Every war in history has always ended, so this won't be an exception short of nuclear annihilation... Peace and love 😘

If that family was black (UK citizen or not) I'm sure no other black family would attack the police that way. Eastern Europeans they are?

From the videos circulating via telegram I believe they are a mixture of south Asian communities. I observed the police were violently pulling 2 little children out of the property into their vehicle. I believe the police handling of the minors and other underlying community issue must have escalated the whole thing.
