Today I got the email saying my application for citizenship has been approved. It took about 2.5/ 3 months but it’s done now. Thanks to everyone that has helped out along the way. Please any advise on what to do if new nigerian e-passport has not come as at when one wants to apply for ILR? We have done biometrics and still waiting for passports but while filling the ILR form, i indicated that new passport is delayed and gave the reasons, i also said I'll upload new passports as soon as its delivered and at the "compulsory documents to be submitted section", it asked to submit old passports. Just want to know if this will not be an issue because i won't want passports to affect the 28 day rule.

this is bitter truth ! Suddenly Matured Nigerian luv Masters program they sell everything including cars , furniture ,cloths ,gas cooker ,plates and pots just to attend this Masters in the UK ! They mirror the UK student visa = immigration and settlements visa .any real student will not behave in this manner ( the Chinese don't go about selling pots and pans to UK Masters ) ! The Master is so rewarding that Nigerians now used arrange POF ,fake marriages ,Fake dependants ,borrowed money just to attain this HIGHLY REWARDING UK MASTERS ( like is life and death matter ) They say they have JAPA to PARADISE !

My cousin bro just recently moved there … in as much I was against it because his first degree in Nigeria is not health or IT related.

What are his chances of survival in a competitive place like the UK with a Management degree certificate.

The confusing part is that they claim the government will add to our pension pot. Please, does this fall under claiming public funds?

A friend of mine who is based in London, England,gave me hope, by asking me to go ahead and apply for a post-graduate program if I have up to #2,000,000. That he would guide me on how to obtain study loan in the UK to aid my tuition payment and other expenses which I will pay back with interest. The icing on the cake was when He said, I can go with my wife and daughter as dependents.
I was very excited but unfortunately since last month after we had the discussion he stopped picking my calls.

I have some questions I would appreciate answers to. I have just done biometrics for my Nigerian passport renewal, hopefully it is sent to me soon but if not, I would need to go to Lagos with my UK passport and expired Nigerian passport. Does anyone know if Virgin would let me board? I called them and they were not helpful at all.
Does anyone have any experience of flying Virgin with an expired Nigerian passport and a UK passport?
