Ukraine intends to join NATO - Ok, does that justify it? Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania all border Russia and has been in NATO since 2004, have they been threat to Russia since then? Has NATO ever attacked Russia from their territory? Finland and Sweden has joined, will they attack Russia? Do you honestly think that Russia with the world largest Nukes will be attacked by NATO for any reason? Tell yourself the truth. So Ukraine joining NATO does not shake Russia in any way but only prevents Putin from bullying Ukraine.

Pro Russian government Ukrainian president was forced out of power in 2011 or so - Ok. I get it but does it warrant this death and destruction? In Belarus, the same power play happened with the west supported opposition and pro Russian Belarus president and the Belarus president won that struggle while opposition fled on exile, did the west declare war on Belarus because of it or annex it territory? So why is Russia willing to waste Ukraine cos of that, does it make sense?

Russia annexed Crimea in 2014, Ukraine did not fight back. They sponsored separatist to annex parts of eastern Ukraine yet Ukraine took the loss. They still went ahead to invade and destroy Ukraine. What exactly do they want from Ukraine? Become their ally? Do you win friends by force?
Please tell me exactly what Ukraine did to Russia that warrants these deaths and destruction from Russia.

Mind you the war is between Nato which includes (USA, uk, France, Nazi Germany and other little rats in Europe) and Russia. My suggestion is that you stay where you are and look out in the internal jobs portal for graduate programmes in IT and Engineering which comes up roughly every 2 to 4 years. It’s easy to navigate internally in BT if you know your way. Or look at other parts of the business there might be openings that would interest you.
