The governor did what I expected of him. The litigation is strictly between Lagos State government and the landowners and so sad that it's genesis is way back 1984 during the military era and after then, consistent Lagos governments never look at it properly and fashion out a solution until now.

Most states fraudulently inflated their budgets. Some are repetition budgets while some are just elusive and aren't meant to be implemented. Most states in the North aren't planning to implement most of their budgets especially by the insecurity in their domain but will quickly copy some other progressive states like Lagos, Rivers etc.....to pretend that they have plans for their people for the coming year.
