Kudos to those Eastern States despite all the unrest and killings, they still came out well and strong. How I wish all these can reflect on the standard of living of the people in those states and not just an academic exercise in fruitility. Kudos to the governors of those states.

We will ensure that we use our large number, consult widely, and ensure we put them where they belong.”

You can see what's stated above. Southern people better wake up and go get your PVC...You can see them claiming proudly of their large numbers which ofcourse includes Chad, Niger and all the cows of Sahel region. Go get your permanent voter's card and not only that.....come out and vote for a sensible and smart candidate and not usual thieves that are coming back to steal and enslave the citizens more than this Buhari......Tinubu said he would continue to suffer Nigerians from where Buhari stops while Atiku said he would enrich his family and friends.... Oligachaism system of government....so you know your friends and enemies already. Please southern people should wake up and never sell your PVC cos of peanut.....it's your power and don't ever give out to anybody not worthy.....don't give it to thieves, old rogues, ex.drug lords, womanizers, people that can't even manage their home like Atiku etc......

Get your PVC now if you have not before...

Am just thinking out loud. She would be thinking right now that she should have cautioned him all those times he was bringing raw foreign money home and keep in the cabinets. That time he collected Evans property, trucks etc ...and sold it. All Evans property he collected and money transferred through 3rd parties to him from Evans and associates with promise of giving him a soft landing. All the drugs dealing business she used to hear him discuss with Cubana and co in hush hush tones at the corridor to the BQ. How is junior brother was flaunting wealth about all over Abuja and neighboring states telling who cares that Nigeria na we own... All the sharp babes they used to sleep with in that stainless club house in Abuja. Babes from Lagos, Abuja, PH and Imo State. Babes you know your self . ....anyway, since you both enjoyed the illegal wealth of your husband, you are definitely going to enjoy the incastration together as one. What corruption has joined together, let no judgement or Justice put asunder.

Omo odua, the guy has said it already that the drug is for his own personal consumption which I believe even though I ain't the defendant here. However, by the raw energy he exhibits and the miracles he performs, he would surely need some extra energizer than the holy spirit. He is just fulfilling the scriptures that says " Last days, most pastors shall smoke Igbo, cocaine and tramadol whereby some envagelists shall dwell in the vineyards of prostitutes" Shallom. 34 Vs 6...

quote author=Loewe post=111023347]Well, I know this may be a bit off point, but that man was caught with only 40 grams of Cannabis.

40 grams of Cannabis is like what 2 or 3 people smoke for fun at a gathering, so I am wondering if that has any economic benefit in the first place. That's like N1000 weed in Naija.

Unless he is smoking it himself, the aim of the drug is certainly not to make money cos it doesn't make sense. I also hope it wasn't a setup to tarnish his image...

Before y'all come for me, Omo oodua ni mi o. I am not Igbo so this has nothing to do with ethnicity. Just asking a common sense question.
Muhammed, please don't let's make this personal even though we seems to be from the different divide of the country.

You are asking me to intelligently defend the scarcity of fuel and the facts that Failures are the people handling the helms of affair of those government parastatals ?

Am so sorry to disappoint you Muhammadu, I can't defend failure, ineptitude, corruption, nepotism and sheer hatred towards the Nigerian citizens by your idols in power. Your idol Buhari promised and cried like an idiot before getting the people's vote that he would make the refinery works and even protested against subsidy that it was farce but what do we see immediately he gets the power?

Abeg Muhammad, just be sincere to your self and imbibe the spirit of truth regardless even if you are Buhari's family or one of the thieves in Aso Rock or any politicians trending presently.

Muhammed, Yes, so many leaking brains we have in this country. Starting from the idiot and demented soul that called himself the President.... Buhari has a leaking brain and almost empty presently. Likewise Melee Kyari etc...... Bunch of failures always looking for more ways to afflict Nigerians. That bullshits you are talking about should be prepared by you mix it with Cow Urine and feed it as breakfast to Buhari and his cohorts of vampires parading as leaders in that their coven call Aso Rock. Buhari has always been a failure and a mean terrorist and will never change. He came crying like a baby, begging people to vote for him and condemning all the atrocities the GEJ govt. was committing then, he sworn he would be better but what do we have today? Terrorism has been institutionalised, Corruption has been lifted and encrypted into Nigeria constitution, Senseless extra judicial Killing of Nigerians by Security personnel is the order of the day, Education is at abysmal level and nobody is doing anything about it. More and more terrible things going but some idiots will still come and praised the modafukka call Buhari. Forget about fuel Muhammad, the question is .......Is Nigeria fairing well under Buhari the demented soul from Sahel as compare to Jonathan regime?

hmohammed:
This write up is completely useless. Before 2022, Nigeria didn't witness any fuel scarcity in the past 5 years. What kind of leaking brain do we have in this country.

Secondly, how can this be the worst fuel scarcity we have experienced? This is all bullshit, I remember 2014/2015, we experienced scarcity that lasted for more than a month. Nigerians are forgetful people

The same Malo Malumi was the old one that read openly that Abba Kyari was indicted of money laundering and 33 charges were fined against him and therefore the Lord of Manor Buhari Muhammdu the idiot has agreed for his extradition to the USA... Just fee days ago he said this o.....what actually could have gone so well for this new version. Why coming to tell us something with the back of Buhari as you claimed and few days came to change the version entirely.....a whole Attorney general of Northern Cows....no wonder he tried treating this issue with levity since it came up....bunch of devilish human we have as leaders and so sad that there is nobody to counter attack him on this nonsense.... Life bring surprises everyday. Come to think of it. Reverse this issue and let's debate if the husband would have volunteer to donate one of his own kidney for her. I guess it would have been the same brick wall from the man's family if at all the man is willing.

Life is highly unfair and I advise that people should live life as it comes, be happy, have fun, love without care and take care of your health.

Wife can let you down any gademn time and also husband can do the same. Even children that you practically lived for can let you down big time. Only God wouldn't let you down. Nothing and nobody is dependable in this life and that doesn't mean the good and dependable ones aren't available, but how do we recognise them when they come our way other than trial and error and ofcourse God's guidance and direction.

Everybody should love himself or herself first before loving any other person. It's important. Love yourself , look good, take care of your health, eat well, go to gym and have that dream body and also stay healthy. Then you can love others.......trust nobody, don't think anybody got your back except God.

Love is rare and scarce in Nigeria, mostly interest, prospects, connections, mistakes, opportunities and wealth is what makes most people in Nigeria to say they are in love and wants to marry. Bad economy has deprived love to exist in Nigeria relationships. No Joy in most Nigeria Marriages.

Well written. Nuclear Energy as in reactor and other nuclear generated projects are very good in this our modern age. They are source of power to many industries and also help in stabilising the green house effect system of the world. Nuclear Energy's advantages can't be over emphasized..

Listed below are some of the uses of Nuclear Energy.

Nuclear Energy Examples and Uses
Nuclear Fusion. When you think about nuclear fusion, think about things fusing together. ...
Nuclear Fission. ...
Electricity. ...
Nuclear Weapons. ...
Space Exploration. ...
Nuclear Medicine. ...
Food Treatments.

Nuclear Armaments or Nuclear weapons are just a minute/ small part of the radioactive result of the fusion and fission of radioactive materials such Uranium and Plutonium to generate a decisive generated quantum of energy for a purpose.

Nuclear weapons is not even integral part of a Nuclear energy reactor but can easily be obtained during the course of generating the absolute. It's like a crude oil whereby you can derive so many derivates such as PMS, AGO, LUB OIL, GAS, GREASE etc.....

In a Nuclear plant assembly, you can make your own decision on the type of nuclear energy you want to be generating. Most countries with Nuclear power opted for a peaceful and benefitting uses inform of enhancement in power generation, agriculture, medicals, electricity, space exploration, research etc....while some countries stylish opted into creating a Nuclear weapon which ain't an integral parts of nuclear energy but one of the derivates of it. It's easy to generate a nuclear weapons as long as you have a nuclear power plant which ain't bad at all depending on your mission and intents at every moment of time. The most important ingredients for a Nuclear energy plants is Uranium and Plutonium with integration of other compound particles.... Due to the believe that some countries can misbehave and even threatened the world order if allowed to obtain the Nuclear Power Plant just like Iran did some years back and Russia doing the same now....that's why there a department in United Nations regulating anything that has to do with Nuclear Plants all over the world. They also decommission Nuclear plants if the country is found wanting or a suspect. Suspect means literally that the country is trying to generate Nuclear weapons through their Nuclear plants....it's a comprehensive exercise which involves the positioning of Satellites and several research to be able to detect that a country is producing or about to produce nuclear weapons from their nuclear plants. It's ain't a crime to have nuclear plants but the crime is producing a nuclear weapons through it. Infact, Nuclear plants is a blessing to the world as at today.
There is another body that dedicates their services to the observation and control of Nuclear Energy plants.....

The Nuclear Information and Resource Service (NIRS) is a non-profit anti-nuclear group founded in 1978 to be the information and networking center for citizens and organizations concerned about nuclear power, radioactive waste, radiation and sustainable energy issues. The organization advocates the implementation of safe, sustainable solutions such as energy efficiency, solar power, wind power and plug-in hybrids.
It's a blessing and God's gift to mankind to have given us Nuclear Energy Plants.

Bro, no one will survive a nuclear war. Hiroshima is still suffering from an atomic bomb 77 years later. The west has nuclear weapons 5 times that. If India fires a nuclear bomb against Pakistan, it’s estimated that about 90% of humans will die (of starvation). The world has agricultural supplies to last just 60 days.

No nuclear war at all. Don’t know why countries have nuclear ammunition. That’s just crazy.
Putin of Russia behaves really like an over angry brute. How can you instruct an independent nations not to follow the pact of securing their nations and citizens especially after seeing your aggressive nature and brutal attack on a fellow innocent Ukraine. Russia actions will even quicken most if not all Eastern European countries to join NATO and be safe afterwards. Putin antics and aggression will be the trigger that would eventually leads to the final castration of Russia.

Russia can't afford another invasion anymore.
I don't think they have enough finance or human power for that anymore.
Also, sister countries are looking at what they are doing in Ukraine and they think NATO will be more desirable/ reliable than staying neutral cos staying neutral got Ukraine nowhere except annexation of their cities and towns by Russia.

My brother, Russian military is overrated. The whole world have seen their weakpoints already, the only saving grace for Russia is that they are a nuclear armed nation like North Korea and they have irresponsible leader who doesn't care about his people and can order the use of these nuclear wareheads as a last resort. That's why they always test it to showoff to the west as a warning not to invade them.

Remove nuclear weapon, France or UK will defeat Russia bro.

Their fighter jets aren't modern enough to maneuver through latest technology anti aircraft and anti missile systems. Ordinary Turkish drone have been effective in destroying Russian fighter jets both in Ukraine, Libya and in Syria. They have tried to bomb Ukrainian Presidential villa severally and all got taken down by light anti missile and anti aircraft defense systems supplied by UK, France and Germany.

Take it from me, Russian military is not as formidable as most of you believe. Take away nuclear weapons, most other superpowers will deal a blow on Russia more than you ever think. Russia is a highly corrupt nation led by a corrupt greedy mafia Putin ruling and amasing wealth for years. Most of their military arsenal were inherited from USSR and from the look of things and from what military experts are saying, Russia havent been investing as much as they always say into their military due to corruption just like it is in Nigeria and most developing nations

Thanks my brother, you know what? Russia story is like the story of my dog I loved so much. I bought this dog as a puppy and nursed this dog to full adult and my brother very strong and beautiful dog....like a werewolf.....doesn't go out and very massive....the barking alone scares people residing in the other surrounding streets. I bet some neighbors never saw this dog before but only hears the scary and terrifying barking. Something suddenly happened, the dog fell sick when I travelled and eventually died. This is the reason for this story, do you know that till today, people still believe that the dog is still in my house and that scares people away from my gate even close friends and distance family. The sense of this story is that Russia is Like my dog, beautiful and powerful, scary and terrifying but that attributes died with my dog as it died with old Russia (USSR). But the New Russia is still barking as if it's the old USSR which is a risk on its own. Russia might slide into the dungeon by this costly miscalculation.

Wonderful reply I must say. I think Europe and the US intentionally taunted Russia, and Putin fell for the bait. They have long been looking for the window to frustrate him with sanctions, because the wave at which they come from all angles, including FIFA ban, should tell us it is premeditated, and well planned. For America, as long as Russia still have that military capacity, and a little comfortable economic as it does, his own claim to the throne is still under threat. Hence, Russia must be disoriented, disorganized, disunited against themselves, and distabilized. Unfortunately, confrontations between those two will always and forever have very strong negative impact on the world at large

Yes, Nigeria is a very rich country with so much natural resources and human capacity just like Russia but made very poor by the politicians and greedy leaders. The World's Richest and Poorest Countries 2021
What does it mean for a nation to be rich or poor at a time of global pandemic? GDP per capita adjusted for relative purchasing power gives us an idea, albeit an imperfect one.

NOVEMBER 30, 2021
Author: LUCA VENTURA
Project Coordinator: BINH P

Luxembourg on the left is the world's richest country and Burundi on the right is the poorest.
Would you rather be rich in a poor country or poor in a rich one? Measuring how rich a country is not that easy (spoiler: it is not just about the GDP). Measuring how rich you are depends to a large degree on how rich and poor countries are defined.
If we simply consider a nation's gross domestic product—the sum of all goods and services produced by a country during one year—then we would have to conclude that the richest nations are exactly the ones with the largest GDP: United States, China, Japan, Germany. But how could the economies, for example, of Singapore or Luxembourg ever match that of such powerhouses when they are no more than small dots on the world map?

Another problem with GDP is that it does not measure wealth distribution. That is why a more accurate representation of people’s living conditions begins with dividing a nation's GDP by the number of people that live there: per capita GDP and its growth rate tell us much more about the social wealth potentially available to each person and whether this wealth is either increasing or decreasing over time.

However, using per capita GDP still poses a problem: the very same income can buy very little in some countries and go much further in others where basic necessities—food, clothing, shelter, or healthcare—cost far less. To gauge how a country’s citizens are wealthy it is necessary to understand how much they can buy. That is why, when comparing per capita GDP across countries, the GDP should be adjusted for purchasing power parity, which helps us take into account the inflation rates and the price of goods and services in each given place.

In conclusion, then, when considering whether it is better to be rich in a poor country or poor in a rich one, the best chance of enjoying a superior standard of living is to reside in a richer nation no matter where a person falls on the income distribution scale. The coronavirus pandemic proved it most strikingly. Low-income workers, often migrants, living in very wealthy nations suddenly found themselves unemployed, homeless and stranded. By contrast, some poor and developing nations were spared, or cleverly prevented, the worst health and socio-economic effects of the outbreak, allowing their citizens to continue their lives in a mostly unchanged way. Whether you are rich or you are poor, these—indeed—are very strange and frightening times.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Britain Searches For Helicopters, Jets Belonging To Sanctioned Russians by wallrichy: 3:57pm On Mar 12, 2022
Don't mind him until he starts buying one loaf of bread for N2,000 cos all the wheats Nigeria imports is from Ukraine and Russia......It's call wisdom to know about other countries and what's happening there.....if you are a business man of international repute, you will know what we are talking about. No country can live in isolation, no country can survive alone, even the most isolated country call North Korea still does business with the western countries and some other countries.....

JoshTim:

Oga, so this thing no concern you until they start using chemical weapons na that time your eyes go clear. Haven't you heard about imported inflation?.

The system of government adopted by Russia is exactly like Nigeria with a solid touch of communism. They practise paddy paddy government Just like Nigeria. It's call Oligachaism whereby some trusted President Putin's friends are pampers and giving juicing contracts and means of being wealthy more than ordinary citizens. The economy of Russia is very terrible before the war,. Infact, Russia is not a wealthy country but powerful militarily cos of the past USSR accumulation of military hardwares etc....but the present New Russia ain't rich at all except some selected government made men like Abrahamovich etc that are closer to Putin.

seunayantokun:

You're right there! ✓
When you have few rich people exercising power, the society is weak. Their system allows few to be more powerful. Many Russians don't support what Putin and his bunch of oligarchs are doing and if they speak up, they are pursued, arrested and locked up - just like it is in Nigeria. Putin is going down.

It ain't that Nigerian aren't concerned about Nigeria my brother, infact we are so seriously and madly concern about Nigeria than you can ever think of but we have terrible leaders and politicians + their followers that are ready to kill you if you dare say anything contrary to their chosen devil. We stood up in togetherness and protested against the atrocities of police during endsars but till now, have we gotten justice? Police are still killing us just the politicians and stupid leaders are skilfully stealing our common wealth and our future away. The other time, you must have seen how the illiterate education minister walked out on Nigerian students....Nigeria is tired of herself as a country, people are tired of Nigeria leaders and politicians, God is fed up with Nigeria as a country. A country whereby the baddest, corrupts, thieves and and ritualist and stupid politicians excel in everything with their ill gotten wealth. A country whereby stealing is not corruption but an attitude to prosperity. We never keep mute my dear, we have never kept mute and that's why you can still survive with that little salary that barely buy you anything tangible for a week. We never kept mute one day and that's why fuel price hasn't gotten to 1000 naira per litre, we never kept quiet and that's why dead bodies have not littered your streets by the handwork of ritualist politicians and the leaders....so many examples to give you my dear.... Nigerian aren't afraid or unconcerned about what's happening In Nigeria....please recant your statement.....

africanman85:
So surprising how Nigerians are so concern about what happens in another country but will keep mute on what is going on in there own country. As if this foreign countries cares about you.

The most hilarious comment this lovely morning. Your castrated infantile Buhari, the king of book haram terrorists and bandits, the dummy stupid president of Northern Nigeria, the porous headed failure of the universe.....really Putin is a lucky man o cos if not that Buhari went to buy Panadol in UK for his headache, men, he would have sent an atomic bomb of fulani cows of terrorists to Russia....I trust the Buhari the super failure president of Northern Nigeria for that.....lol

for
ChiefSosa:
I pity Putin. He is lucky Buhari doesn't have his time yet. By the time buhari gets angry, and start sending troops, nukes and missiles to Russia, I can assure you that Putin will beg for mercy, and he'll regret invading Ukraine.

That's a fallacy this man is talking about. Making a stupid excuse for endangering people's lives in that forest. Dip stick test is something anybody can carry out incase the guage is misbehaving. Why not have a standby drum of diesel in one of the coaches. Bedside, an average train has it crew that consist of Engineers, Electrician and a junior pilot. Everything in Nigeria is always trouble and trouble....

Foreign Affairs / Re: Russian Convoy To Kyiv Ambushed By Ukrainian Forces by wallrichy: 12:15pm On Mar 11, 2022
Russia is even very lucky that Ukraine has no air power at all or else, those Russian tanks that queued up to gain entrance into Kyiv would have been torn to shreds since last week....and would have been so terrible mad disastrous due to their closeness pact like sardine fish....

a
chaseblack:
Lol..people who knows the terrain well will always have a higher hand in this type of war. How on earth could everyone see the convoy and expect nobody to attack it.
Military convoys should move in secrecy but in this satellite age that is nearly impossible.
