Tinubu should simply appoint Buhari as an envoy to go and make peace in his ancestral country homeland. Although, forgery is a felony in most countries, Innoson is really the only victim here. Innoson should have done exactly what the Anambra state commissioner did. Verify before making an award and announcing to the press. The forged result WAS NOT submitted in place of the real one in any OFFICIAL/LEGAL process. It was not submitted to any universities, INEC, Job application etc. Innoson and her school and family were the primary/only victims. Other than her family, the others should know better, due diligence requires that school transcripts, SAT, JAMB, IELTS scores are ONLY accepted directly from the Exam bodies.

JAMB's behavior though understandable WAS EXCESSIVE. The press release, tv interviews, disclosure of private/sensitive data publicly -on national TV, announcing sanctions/bans, was not necessary -especially while the ministry was making a good faith attempt to investigate. Simply alerting the ministry of education, Innoson and the media to retract their earlier reports would have sufficed. Any necessary sanctions could've been levied and later announced. Their press releases should not have specified the personal details of students involved just state, school and age. They are minors if nothing else. The feeding frenzy seemed contrived and deliberately triggered. It made many people suspicious considering the submissions at the PEP tribunal on the same day -not farfetched considering the level of IGBO HATE in the country.

Go through this thread, very few comments focus on the young lady. It is just another IGBO BASHING FESTIVAL to refresh their dose of IGBO HATE for the day. Hypocrisy on steroids. Thanks for the direction. It answered my question so succinctly. Tinubu doesn't have any case at all in regards to the drug dealings. It was a civil case and forfeiture was based on correction or as said in the explanation.....it was based and meant to be remedial which could be well explained to mean....You are discharged and acquitted. No conviction or sentence.

This is a highly technical case and for the fact that he wasn't convicted or sentenced, that made the case a forgone conclusion but for the forfeiture of that money is what I still can't relate to the criminal involvement of this case.
I think the forfeiture of the amount probably made the case a civil matter and not criminalized and also because of non direct involvement in the drug saga but just an account holder for drug related proceeds. It's a highly technical case that the principal was adjusted and acquitted and should be thrown out as non issue......

Then use computer to insert the date cos the app doesn't carry date. Look at it very well, that's this girl flaunted slip....you will see the date looking awkward to the rest of the other words. As for the exam date, the jamb date of 3 July is telling you the date she printed her original slip before she took it to her accomplices to manipulate. Look with your inward eye and see so many errors, her date of birth was also mistaking for the old notification of the Yoruba girl that scored 138 in 2021......that Jamb notification was last used in 2021. She played smart but not entirely smart after all but one thing I hate and dislike so much is that this case is so small that we have wasted so much energy and resources on as Nigerian. So sad. We aren't united at all in this country especially the Eastern side. It's sad, so sad....

1. The result is outright fake
2. The girl probably knows nothing about it hence her confidence in coming out to defend the score (She is obviously a brilliant girl going by even the score of 249)

If I lay my hand on the hard copy....I can itemise all the doctoring and manipulation in a tabulated form square with Red Dots. So sad indeed. I have travelled on that same channel severally enroute to Calabar fairway bouy. infact Calabar Channel wave is one of the greatest and most tumultuous wave we have in Nigeria water. I have seen where the waves broke a fibre boat into two. The waves goes as high as 6 to 7meters high and you can imagine the impact on the boat during landing. Another tumultuous channels is Bonny channels, then Ibeano/QIT channels....those areas should be explore with high carefulness and readiness. Even with good life jackets and having swimming experience, it will still be difficult to manoeuvre your way out easily. RIP
