I am always amazed at the level of comprehension of most Nairanlanders..most are damn illiterates that can't digest a simple news and even try and do your own research incase you want to know the in-depth of the particular news.

This money was stolen from NDIC ( hope some Nairanlanders knows the meaning) during the COVID 19 upsurge, 2020. The named government's workers stole the money and went to hide it in an apartment but during the stockpiling of the money, the driver of ok ne of the government official assumed that the cartons they were bringing every other day to store in the apartment was COVID-19 palliatives so after some months and at the height of masses broken into warehouses and apartment of government departments and officials looking for palliatives. The driver informed his friends who are scavengers within that environment and they quickly broke into the apartment with the intention of looting palliatives but on opening the cartons, it's was crispy dollars they saw and quickly pick some cartons allegedly said to be 4M USD.

After the government officials that stole the money from government of Buhari coffers discovered this incidence, they quickly got in touch with our notorious super cop (Before he was arrested)...Abba Kyari to help out to recover the money and also should keep their names out of it cos he would be well compensated. Abba Kyari went to work with his boys using Nigeria resources to find the scavengers and thereafter recovered just only 2M USD...... That's the summary of this news and occured under the most useless and stupid president Nigeria ever had......Buhari Muhammad or rather Muhammadu Buhari.......very stupid and timid man I have ever seen.

Generally, all cars are good and only develop serious fault when you don't give credence to maintenance. Regular maintenance could be once in 2 or 3 months depending on your manner and distance of driving. Cars are made to last and endure rough usage but not to be abandoned and starve of maintenance. Even Beatle (VOLKSWAGEN) of model 1958 can still be moving very well as long as the maintenance is in top notch......

Actually, nothing is bad in being a rubber stamp senate President if the executives are sensitive and sensible to citizens welfare....

For Instance now, the executives decides to reduce the cost of raw materials being imported into the country by reducing the overhead duty. That's a good initiative and if passed to the Senate, I expect a fast signing of such bill request either you call it Runner stamp or not......

All in all, as long as the Executive or rather the President is sensible, intelligent and determine to make the country good, rubber stamping or not rubber stamping wouldn't matter one bit cos everything is for the benefits of the citizens unlike Buhari government where everything is rubber stamping and sadly the Senate was always ready to protect the executive whenever question arises on stupid borrowing and also ignoble spending of our national treasure.... Prospective students wouldn't be given cash or even sight the cash....it's direct payment to the educational institution from the applicant bank after all due diligence must have been fulfilled No free money as compare to Baba Cows Buhari and Unprofessor Osinbajo Market money, trading money, chop chop money etc......

I guess the president family wouldn't need to access this bill because the president( their father) had made a solid arrangement for his children's children from generation to generation while young unlike some people's father that lazied, womanised, complained and generally didn't have the will to make a living but have the will only to father children they can't train.

This is a good initiative. It's not meant for the rich to enjoy but the downtrodden, those with brains but lack capacity to fund their education and not a failure like some people.

This bill will only benefit the poor cos it's specially for them.

Rich people can't even access it or come near it.

Far far better than Buhari Market money, chopping money etc.....
