I am facing the same issue, I applied two weeks ago for myself and 4 dependents. Their approval came the next day, I have not seen mine. I have chatted the customer care. They asked me to wait for the embassy to respond.

Hi, I believe you dissociated your dependents from your profile. You need to follow the steps below:
1. When you login into your account, confirm that the family details tile shows “0”. If yes, then you will get a date shortly. If not, go to step 2 below.
2. Call or have a live chat with CGI, let them know about dissociation of dependents from your account and how they have gotten an IW date but you have not. They will ask for some details (passport and email) and they will review your account. Once they notice the family details tile is showing a number other than zero, they will ask if every dependent had been totally removed. If you confirm that, they will escalate your case to the embassy to clear the number. You will get a new case opened and it should be resolved in a week. Finally, you will go through the process of getting a IW date and in 24hrs you should receive the email to select a date.

This was was my experience and I noticed send several notes through the feedback option was a longer process.

I contacted them through the chat within the week and they confirmed l had dissociated my dependents but my dashboard showed family details. They said they were opening a case file, I guess l will just give them a week, if l don't receive it, l will contact them again. Thanks

I had similar case and it took about a month for it to be resolved.

I kept sending messages upon messages to them thru the feedback option on my profile. And one morning after sending another one I got the approval immediately.

So I'd advise you to be persistent with sending your query to them.

Yes, you need to use different emails for each child. You can change their email in your profile before dissociating from yours. When you create their profile their data will be automatically updated.

Hi, I was in the same situation. You will need to create individual profiles for each of your kids. There are two options to do this:
1. Doing it yourself: create an account for the kids, when you get to the profile page, after filling out the passport details and application id, you will get a prompt once you click on the submit button informing you that an account with similar details exist. You will be prompted to have the information moved over, if you agree, you will need to upload the kid’s passport datapage and submit. You will get an email within 24-48hrs with a new default password to access the account.

2. Option 2 - Have a live chat with the CGI agent. This can be a bit time consuming.

Finally, you will need all individuals on your primary account removed before you can get a IW date approval. This was my situation.

Good day house, please I filled my DS160 form and submitted. I am applying for my family. After submitting mine, I clicked the box for family application and started filling for the next person but suddenly the page was closed. I could not retrieve as I had not saved the application or written the application number ( I got to travel page). Yes l got an email that my passport is at the visa center. Before then l had called UK immigration because l did biometrics on June 6th and did not see any update in TLS site when l tracked. So the immigration officer told me a decision had just been made.
Maybe you should give them a call.

I got my passport back with a two year visa. The tracking was not updated in TLS website so I never knew when a decision was made.

Good day experts. I did my biometrics on the 6th of June, till date no passport in sight. Each type I track, no decision has been made. The training I was going for was to start today. That aside, I have another trip which I have already paid for which I do not want to miss.
