It is not easy to get visa with this when it has to do with US embassy during visa interview, I always say 0.00000000000000%

The ones I sent has not been delivered and it over 10 days now and still showing

There is time and season for the bold and hardly you see schools resuming in October so let's wait till maybe early October when applicants will start going for visa interview at the US embassy for spring 2017 semester.

i also want to know: when a school admit you by sending form to you, will you pay for all the tuition once and after searching online, getting exact tuitions wasnt as easy as i thought it would

When you get to your school you can pay at once but majority of the schools have installment payment method..

Yes it possible to get scholarship or funding ou if you get good score and meet the test score requirements of the schools you applied to.

Welcome to the right place where you will do it yourself without using any agent or falling into wrong hand only if you are ready to read from previous parts to this present part and learn a lot.

1, you can use your Aunty as sponsor provided you will prove to VO why she is going to spend such money on you and to be realistic California is very expensive in terms of living while the Bay Area is not if I am not wrong then it is sure and on record that most schools in California will be expensive with housing as well..

2, you will get schools but in terms of affordability maybe above 30k for overall total maybe that is affordable for you and your sponsor but make use of Google and gradschools.com to get your taste.

3, do the process yourself then make use of my answer 1 and 2 and update your Aunty because your Aunty won't be the one to go for the visa interview and reply questions that VO will ask as well..

If ets is collecting $205 then you wont be able to see if for less because that site will still register with ets and then still make profit. ......so its either the 60k is old information as the site has not updated or maybe they want to run away with your money. ...or check if 60k is lesson fee and not exam fee

Maybe the agency want to pay with voucher and that will be cheaper or so..

According to the GURUS here, was told some like (IERF e.t.c) are cheaper compared to the others like (WES and the likes). Buh you might wanna check if your school really state a particular evaluating agency they prefer. AND IF NOT,
You might wanna check IERF too is quite cheaper compare to WES and they don't really send back (email or hardcopy) your document to school for verification, buh WES does this.
Though I used WES for mine shaa.
For IERF;

WES is the best, it add to GPA as well but very expensive comparing to other evaluating agency and that's why they say soup wey sweet nah money kill am.

Most schools accepts WES conversion.

Just check the schools you are applying to and see which of the evaluating agency they prefer and make use of it but trust me if you use WES you won't regret since it generally accepted like money all over US schools and other countries.

In one word, check your pocket to determine which agency you will use if your school didn't asked you for WES

GRE and either Toelf or Ielts will be your best shot as for the test to write for you to purse your masters in US and make sure you have good score so that it can land you for funding in any schools you wish to apply to..

Also you need to research online and read previous parts of this thread and make use of www.gradschools.com
