sunnypastic: Finally am here with my testimony special thanks be to almighty God the one on the throne. I want to start by narrating the ugly experience I had with some criminals called Nigeria Police at CMS immediately I alighted at CMS I decided to take Okada as there was no time on my side as the Okada man who carried me was about to enter the road leading to Victoria Island I was double-crossed by some non-uniformed four men and asked the Okada man to pack his byke. Guess what? Their target was me. They requested me to come down from the byke which I did. Next thing I heard is we are Police can we aee your file I gave to the my well packaged envelops. They started asking me all sorts of rubbish questions when they were scanning through my documents. I pleaded them that I don't have time for all these questions as my interview was scheduled for 7:15am hmmmm I felt momentarily sick but suddenly God's wisdom enveloped me and I quickly sighted a soldier passing on the other side of the road I immediately ran to him explaining my conditions as God will have it he listened across the road with me and confronted the quadruple idiots called Police initially they started brandishing there ID card that they are Nigeria Police. After the Officer finished listening he ordered them to bring all my documents for his sake which they did and I carefully went through it and confirmed if they were complete and collected my passport from one of their most irrational idiots thanked the soldier man very well boarded the same Okada that was stand by and left. God will continue to bless Nigeria army as they care for the Citizens Finally the interview here SUN: Good morning VO: Good morning VO: Please your passport SUN: Quickly passed it to her VO: What is your study programme? SUN: Am going in pursuit of Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering. VO: Of what benefit is it to your work. SUN: It is a research course on Computational Fluid Dynamics which is needed in my company series of inviscid flow analysis and solution (At this point she was just nodding her head for my mind I be like say this woman don enter my boat finally) VO: Who is sponsoring? SUN: I quickly replied my elder brother VO: She started typing fast and furiously for up to one minutes that looked like one hour my ears were itching for good news already and suddenly she singled out a paper and said your visa has been approved go to your designated centre for collection. Thank you SUN: Thank you too.
Please if you are going to the US Embassy Okada is the worst mistake you will make to enter because it seems they work hand in hand with the Police. If you not driving or not going with a Cab it is safer to enter a bus. Get yourself prepared from home by arranging document well also don't listen to all those miscreants at the embassy be yourself and be confident and you will get it.
I declare today and days to come for those who are going for theirs from this family and thread that God will give them the glorious victory in Jesus name. Amen. The mystery is that instead of VO to delay you for your visa, the policemen did that ahead of the VO... Congrats and enjoy your stay in Obamaland |

LagosismyHome: It is possible to apply again but if the time is too close to i20 then it best you defer it
Regarding your specific comments below, i have not made an application in years so cannot answer CC Walspring or others . Does anyone know the answer to above ? website says 6 months while some say 3 months and some say 7 days Although someone re fire within 2 weeks and got his/her visa, some after a month and more than a month.. |

wowchild22: My brother, they stopped me at cms too and they checked all my documents but at last they confirmed that i was actually going for an interview so they let me go, we were even laughing and gisting and they all wished me good luck. about 5 of them. Thats when i knew that it would be a good day. for a Nigerian police to wish you good luck without dropping something, I shock. All these i never chop police looking for who to devour. It is well |

OJCITY22: Is it still possible to apply again? I think its after seven days? Does it mean I can fill another new ds160 and schedule before the seven days (buh my date will be after seven days? Or can't fill anything yet untill after 7days? ...please help throw more light ma'am website says 6 months while some say 3 months and some say 7 days Although someone re fire within 2 weeks and got his/her visa Its up to you to decide and make a decision and after that make sure you work on your lapses before you re fire back Next time have confidence in yourself, As for me i will say that is the reason for you delay and don't say i am going there to try your luck again because those who are not qualify for it only key into it and get their visa |

balash: I need help on advise please, this is it? In 2014 I went for interview at the American embassy on b1 / b2 that's visit and it was actually an agent who did it all, I could remember bits he said I was a final year student in lasu and studied banking and finance or so!! And I was denied.
Actually I have never been to lasu I finished from a sch in Ghana. I actually dont know why he lied then. But he insisted that's the only way I can get visa but I was denied.
I have always been an aviation enthusiasts either been a pilot or flight dispatch, althrough if I knew how to go about the American visa documentation then I wouldn't have allowed it but I was more like a novice with no knowledge of anything atal about travelling.
So this is the case, I realised I can actually just apply to IFOD Texas aviation school and apply for i-20 and just fill everything myself that has to do with documentation without anyone's help. My problem now is that I can actually apply for the IFOD with just my high sch certification as my only sch leaving cause I don't want problems with my previous documentation 3yrs back. Because you don't need bsC to apply going for the course you can just use WAEC
So I heard there's a space in the application to signify if u have ever defamed or misappropriated informations or so? I don't know if I should just be honest and say yes because I don't want it to tally with my course now cause this time I want to be entirely honest and genuine because just this i-20 is costing me $500 and I have my course fee programmed down which they want me to pay after I have been granted the visa. I just want honesty and I wouldn't want that past interview to hunt me because even my BSc cert I have not gone back to Ghana to pick them up, not interested in it at all I just want to be a pilot or flight dispatch.
What should I do please when I fill the application form
N:B That passport has been virgin for long and 2months back I wanted to just travel to Kenya to disvirgin the passport and as well go for vacation so I got the visa to Kenya for 3 months but somehow got too busy for something else and I didn't go to Kenya again and the visa has expired. What should I do... I have a older passport which I was using back then in Ghana schooling days but that has expired so that's why I got another one which I got Kenyan visa on but didn't go? Help me what should I do.. my i-20 is already on the way to 9ja. You have done enough but now just surrender all to him and forget about the past then focus and you will get the visa |

OJCITY22: Thanks boss, as regards your response. 1. Asked for my doc: and I gave him. It took him about 45secs before he asked me d question and he was just looking at the system. 2. Stood right infront of him and my hands was on the slab.I would say I didn't really stammer or sounds too intimidating. 3. The person before me was approved. I don't really know buh seems I'm among the first 6. No second chance @ all[b]

Vo..Gud morning me..gud morning sir Vo..can i have your passport please me..Yes sir Vo..who is your sponsor me..My daddy Vo..where does he work me..bla bla bla Vo..why r u going for an associate degree instead of a Bachelor's degree me..(had no idea at first so i said)..i applied for an associate degree because that d level i want now not bachelor's degree after my Associate degree I can decide to go for a bachelors degree
that all Am reapplying next week and I need you guys help a lot, thanks very soon I will share my testimony. If I may ask, how old are you? I guess the VO want you to apply for bachelor degree and that was why he asked that question. Maybe if you have given a unique reply the VO would have grant you visa. I suggest you defer and apply to university for Bsc degree and it will also give you an edge in getting your visa as well |

WESTERNCR: Good morning my people!
Please I need an urgent help on this: my Jr brother has been accepted at a uni for a four year program but the school hasn't send his I-20 including other admission package and classes starts Aug 31. My question is that shld he just defer the admission to spring or can he still meet up if he receives the I-20 like next week considering the embassy's appointment time? If he is fully prepared for the interview and have necessary funds available to pay tuition and fee with visa and sevis fee then he can go ahead but if not, let him defer and start preparing for the interview. All what he will need is to ask the school for an update I20 for spring 2017 and school resume January 2017 |
