Get to your agent today and demand visa application or money back!

I think it will be very hard to get refund back this month because agent already spent the money for owanbe et al.

Only brutal force or efcc or military and not even police can make the agent to produce the money within a week

I gained admission to the university of Indianapolis early this year with a 5000usd scholarship, I gave.my agent the money for visa application and sevis since them, bit till now he has not book an appointment at the U.S consulate, all he use to say is that I should chill my mind, that when it's time for me to go for it, he will let me know, and I learnt the school will be resuming by mid August, pls can I still get the visa ?? Advice me

You don enter once chance if you don't know because the agent don spend your money for visa fee, Sevis fee even admission fee as well and next thing is that you should come and pay another money to get date since no date is available..

Is better to go and collect your money and do it yourself and if I am not wrong the reason why he haven't pay the visa fee is because the fee has increased of recent.

My best advice is for you to forget the money if you want to go for our interview this money because he won't be able to pay you back to you early unless you will wait till when he can pay you back or you get the money back from him with aid of force..

What of a case of someone going to UB vie scholarship..... I.e the fees has being paid to the school by the awarder of the scholarship.......and the person feels like changing school...will UB transfer the fees to the new school?.....pls I need answers

Your question is damn funny and if you are the school will you give the money to the student when you knew that he is not coming to your school and he is about to run out of status?

Well it will be returned to the sender so that they will have a say when FBI or DHS question them about your status.

Guys please help me out, i'm a bit confused. I got admitted to TROY UNIVERSITY. I wrote the SAT twice which I passed and my I-20 shows "student is proficient" on the English proficiency notes. Would I still have to do TOEFL? Cos some people are saying TOEFL is mandatory for that school

Since it was stated proficient then You won't write toefl if only your essay section on SAT meets the requirement and is above 500 or the school requirement.

Just call the school and get full details on that. You either talk to Mr Peter or Mrs Stephanie on this

If you have gtbank online banking you can make the payment without going to bank..

Most times bank will tell you no network but from your online banking it will work because of the channels in processing it are different.

With a Professional certificate course of F1- visa can someone get visa from the embassy compared to the likes of undergraduate or masters degree.

Please someone should elaborate on F1-visa for professional certification courses.

Proffessional certificate is either less than 1 year or six months and I don't think is on F1 maybe J1 or M1 visa category.

If someone somewhere (I guess an agent) is telling you this kind of advice or deal, Its better for you to flew because they just want your money that's all..

Maybe only one or three people on this thread got visa for professional certificate and this kind of course is for people that their company or organisation will send them and they will surely return back after completing their professional course.

Part 1: I have been seeing people talking about transcript, like send your transcript to Wes for evaluation and so so so. My question is this, transcript of undergraduate should be 8 semesters (4 sessions) but mine is 6 semesters (3 sessions) because i gained admission through direct entry. If i want to send my transcript, do i send just the 6 semesters or should i request for my OND transcript and send it along too?

Part 2: I have read a lot of transcript here, kudos to those that shared their transcript. The question 'who is sponsoring you' is what my question is all about. All the sponsors i have been seeing here is, my Dad, mum, uncle, brother or sister. It is my sister husband that want to sponsor me. Do i call him my uncle or just the truth that he is my brother-in-law? CC; Walspring, aadeyi, gunther6, don4eye, profojah2, mevisbleek, slimmy2005, dickoflife, msnas, lagosismyhome, ojah, imperiouxx, and others.

Is it WES you want to send transcript to or schools ?
