iphyconsult: Hello. This is my first post. I've been following this trend for a whole now, really acknowledged the contribution of everyone.
Please I will like to inquire on: 1). SEVIS payment, I've provided my coupon no/account no, coy name(SEVISFEE) and amount($200) to the friend @ US for payment @ any Western Union outlet but he said its the coy name does not exist on WU programme, how true is this? Or is there other info needed. Pls? 2). When best is track my visa schedule for July, it's been Aug 10/11 for about a week now?. School resumes Aug 24th.
Thanks You guy funny no be small.. Anyway tell him to go to another WU outlet and am sure most WU outlet in USA can process SEVIS fee payment and he should tell them there that he want to pay bill or payment to DHS (SEVP or SEVIS) account |

ayyyyo: yes they do , I am still nervous that's why I came to look for public opinion. If you are nervous, after the VO question just take a deep breathe and answer it Likely questions; Why the school? How do you know about the school? Why the course? Who is your sponsor Do you write test? What year did you grad from either high school or university? E.T.C.... Note that question might be in another grammar |

ayyyyo: Good day every one , I have a visa interview on Wednesday and due to the public holidays I am unable to conduct mock interviews ( I am a member of educationUSA in the U.S. Embassy Abuja) so the embassy would be closed. Please can anyone give me a clue on questions that may be asked (undergrad student). Thanks And God bless in anticipation. Why can EducationUSA do this for you I thought people from the US embassy do come to enlighten you and gear you educationUSA memeber up Just take chill pie and read part 5 and 6, you will get questions and answers.. Hardly educationUSA member were denied visa unless those who are not serious and didn't do their research home work |

casalucky: sorry, I don't understand what you mean by transcript. do mean what I was asked on my previous meetings The questions VO asked applincats and the answers the applicants gave to the VO is what we called transcript on this thread |
Travel › Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 7 by Walspring: 6:10pm On Jul 17, 2015 |
casalucky: Thank you for your interest in traveling to us. This is to inform you that you that you have been found ineligible for a nonimmigrant visa under section 214(b) of the u.s. immigration and nationality Act. A denial under section 214(b) means that you were not able to demonstrate that your intended activities in the U.S would be consistent with the classification of the nonimmigrant visa for which you applied.
While nonimmigrant visa classifications each have their own unique requirements, one requirement shared by many of the nonimmigrant visa categories is for the applicant to demonstrate that he/ she has a residence in a foreign country which he/she has no intention of abandoning. Applicants usually meet this requirement by demonstrating that they have strong ties overseas that indicate that they will return to a foreign country after a temporary visit to the U.S. such ties include professional, work, school, family, or social links to a foreign country. You have not demonstrated that you have the ties that will compel you to return to your home country after your travel to the u.s.
Today's decision cannot be appealed. However, you may reapply at anytime. If you decide to reapply, you must submit a new application form and photo, pay the visa application fee again, and make a new appointment to be interviewed by a consular officer. If you choose to reapply, you should be prepared to provide information that was not presented in your original application, or to demonstrate that your circumstances have changed since that application.
Sincerely, This is not your interview transcript (The questions VO asked you and the answers you gave to the VO). This is just meaning of 214B paper that was given to you.. Try to sit down and take your precious time to think back how the interview was and the questions the VO asked you, Am sure you will recall most of the questions |
