hello good people.My brother was denied visa last december,but he e mailed the school that he want to defer the adnission to Fall semester which will resume by August.So, they just sent him email that they are sending the 120 and acceptance letter 4 for FAll semester this month,is that really possible?because resumption date is August

Yes 100% possible because they only updated his profile and they doesn't have much stress doing that since he was admitted before and they have his file unlike applying for the first time where they will create file for him, process his file and do other stuffs

Note that your brother can not visit the embassy now until May ending or June 2015 because of the 120 days rule...

If yes, you have a lot to do just exactly what slimmy said, you need to retrieve all the information that the agent used for your DS160, so you wont waste your time after so much efforts. so that it wont contradict your next visa interview

Evidence not needed, all dey want is a doctors signature, name and name of hospital with dates shots were given. Again I emphasize dates shots were given cos wen I came, I got a letter from luth stating nd listing dat I have taken all d shots and I am free from any infection or comunicable disease, my school rejected it on d grounds dt d doctor didn't state d dates each of d shots were given, so I had 2submit anoda document with dates each of d shot was given and dey acepted nd cleared me.

There is an immunization form on the school website u r supposed 2print and take to your doctor to fill and sign confirming u have taken all d required immunizations with dates shots were given.

Good evening House, I need your advice please, I receive a mail from the university I applied to stating thus: The final item required is an official TOEFL or IELTS score report. You may also submit a letter indicating your education was conducted in English so that we may consider a TOEFL waiver.

I did IELTS but was told it will take about 2 weeks before the result comes out. So as to fasten my application would it be advisable to submit a letter indicating my education was conducted in English or I should wait till the result is out. Thanks.

If you applying for Fall 2015, You can tell you school to wait till the IELTS result is out but if you can do that follow zeezahbee advice..

Be clear about this... The only reason why schools in usa give condition admission to applicants to study English before majoring in their real course is because they dont have a good record about English and that's why we do advice people to write any of the English test like toefl or Ielts so that their admission will be smooth and they wont do common entrance when they get to school

Advising someone to go an spend more than $5000 for English class in the usa after getting visa before starting his real course is a waste of money because the same person can use less that $200 to write toefl or ielts and pass it with good score, with his/her good score the person wont need to [b]start English class or common entrance [/b]in his/her again

N.B --- write toefl or ielts is not just because of VO but more of than
