inspire, am waiting for the mail. |
Layonz we spoke. am calling you in the morning. remember our discussion. |
see how we kill ourselves for sake of money. Not many Nigerians have access to carfax report and such people fall prey to this greedy business men. I stumbled on this report on the net. helping to cascade. "Hello, can you please tell me of any news channels, news papers and internet classifieds where i can reach the mass public of nigeria about almost every car from toronto being exported to nigeria has the kilometers rolled back? I want the public to know that these people from Toronto are buying high mileage unsafe cars most with over 200,000 km and many over 300,000km and rolling back the mileage to less than 100,000km, they even remove the check engine and brake lights on dash so your people have no idea what they are driving. I see it happen every day as I work next door to a shipper, I watch them roll back the kilometers to at least 20 cars a day and that only this one shipper in Mississauga on Tompkin and Kamato. Innocent people from Nigeria are being ripped of by their own people from Toronto and they are being endangered because they have no idea what shape their car is really in. I want to inform the Nigerian public that they can check on websites the real mileage of their cars such as carfax and car proof which gives the cars actual kilometers and if its been in a accident. Ive posted this information on a bunch of online websites but need your help to reach the whole market about what is happening. If you can give me information on news channels and papers and online classifieds that many in Nigeria read it would be highly appreciated in my attempt to shut down these criminals defrauding their own people. Do you know how many Toyota Camry Carolla Sienn, Honda Accord Crv Oddyssy from years 1998-2005 go from Toronto Mississauga to Nigeria with less than 100,000 km? Hundreds every week. The shippers and exporters both roll back the mileage to maximize their profits. Looks on autotrader.com , you wont find one 98-2003 Carolla Camry Accord Oddyssy or Sienna with under 100,000km yet hundreds a week leave Toronto to Nigeria. If you need proof let those buying these cars in nigeria know about carfax and carproof and use it before buying a car. All they have to do is go on line type in the vin number and the cars history will show up. http://consciencedaily.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=297&Itemid=1 |
Siena, am here now. will contact you soon via this thread. |
Kobo junki, thank you very much. guess you are here to forment trouble. am out. God bless. |
Kobojunkie:Kobo Junkie, If you read well, i have been responding ONLy to SAUROn as I feel he is intelligent to be discussed with but somehow pissed about the state of our Country which I want him to start appreciating. I work hard for my money and don't have such to spend on Nigerians in or outside Nigeria but maybe able to spend some thousands just to correct the image of our country nigeria and not to show off wealth on the prompting of people. some charitable work or community work i do is also to stop and intervene whenver i see our policemen harassing innocent Nigerians. I will stand to defend anybody as long as he/sghe is right. You may like to know that I have helped quite a few nigerians to get back on track when deported. Most are now working and earning a living instead of running from police and doing illegal business abroad. |
Sauron, I don't know you and you don't me. But I want to promise you something that may change your attitude about Nigeria. am sure once experince this, you would want to come back home. next time you are coming to Nigeria, Let me know. I will pay ur flight down to my state. Lodge you in any hotel you want while I take you round the city. For you not to think someone wants to scam you, I can meet you up and we report to any police office to let them know you are with me. I can do anything to improve the image of our country. |
Sauron, I don't support the poster that said UK residents are jealous of home based Nigerians but you would be very surprise to hear that where I live and work,I can wake up 7am and get to my office by 7:15am. no stress and good roads and my pay is very very very ok. Most of my friends in UK have their CVs in my box that am ready to push in once the opportunity arises. Nigeria is not that bad as we think. may not be in the same bracket with Uk now but with our support, we will get there. I know lagos is tight man but you have other lovely states in Nigeria. |
I think this is a personal thing and not to be generalised. some of our brothers in UK would gladly welcome you if informed on time but since UK is not Nigeria and very different, why would you plan to stay in somebody's house. Plan to stay in hotel unless your friend suggest you can stay with him/her and if you chose the latter common sense should tell you to assist with your upkeep while there as you have been saved some money you would have spent on hotel. I live and work in Nigeria and I tell you I love staying in this country . It is true life in UK is better. I won't mind living in UK permanently if I am offered a desired job and not to get to UK first and starting looking for Job. I am enjoying life here and some us pay bills. yes most still enjoying electricity free of charge I have friends in UK that wanted me to stay with them whenever I visit but always decline so I won't portray i like one better than the other. It depends on the type of friemd you have. |
Thanks bro. May God continue to bless you |
